Brought my car in for a oil change , and when I picked it up Marsha told me there was a recall they couldn't get to because there was only one tech , so we scheduled another appointment this week. As I was driving home lights started turning on , on my dash .. mind you this is a brand new 2016 Honda Civic. I then call and explain to the service advisor what I encountered and she asked if the light was on before I came , WELL NO! She then said well I had them fill your tires up you must of hit a nail.. Wrong.. the right thing for them to do would of told me to come back since they made a mistake instead of blame me.. NOT IMPRESSED...

Can't say enough good things. On vacation from Iowa pulling teardrop camper with Pilot..engine and vtr4 lights came on 40 miles w. of Cody,WY. Left camper there and drove 106 miles to Billings. Underriner worked us in with a smile, detailed explanations and took care of problems right away to get us back on road. Wonderful service and knowledge by Buzz. Thank you!!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at UNDERRINER HONDA! As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Brandon Hill. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. His knowledge and customer service was far more superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. I Purchased a 2011 Honda Accord about three weeks ago from Brandon, and little did I know I wasn't such a lucky person, some guy crashed into my new car! Thanks to Brandon, Reid and everyone at Underriner Honda, I was able to trade out of my recently crashed car and was able to purchase a new 2016 Honda Accord Sport! Brandon found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that! Thank you Brandon! Thanks also goes out to General Manager Reid, for his assistance and for staying loyal to his customers! Finally, this would not have been possible without the help of Underriner Honda, being such a great honest dealership! I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle! The best car experience I have ever had! Brandon hill was great to work with! Brittany the phone receptionist was funny and energetic!! I met Bill Underriner before I even test drove the Honda CR-V and he made me feel welcomed right away!! I will never shop anywhere else! Thanks underriners for this buying experience!! I was looking online for a certain vehicle.I found it on their site.I submitted my loan application.I received financing in a couple hours.I did not have a way down to Billings to pick up the vehicle.So,they brought the vehicle to me.There was a few minor things wrong with the car.Sadly,I called them and told them that I was taking the car back to them.Because I couldn`t afford the repairs and car payment.Later that day Reid called me and asked if I could bring the vehicle to them?And they would fix it for me.They went out of their way to fix what was wrong.I am very tickled with Underinner.

Our salesperson, Casey White was fun to work with. This may be a cliche, but he acted like our advocate during the buying process. Perhaps it was the "good cop, bad cop" technique, but we were impressed that he had our interests at heart. Way to go, Casey.

I purchased a new CRV in 2007 and have been so pleased with that car and the service provided that I replaced it with a new 2014 CRV last week. Dan Chumney, the sales person pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. I even enjoyed working with the finance person, although I only had to write a check.

Casey has sold our family two used Hondas. First was a 2006 Pilot, and just recently a 2006 Element. I went in to the service dept and saw Matt in service, he went above and beyond to take care of all my service needs. He listened to my needs and let me know what was needed in the future to make the upcoming expenses break down easily for me... Great job!!! His tech was named Steve who also did a great job explaining what was going on after we went on a test drive.

Wanted to buy a new cr-v from them and this would have been are second one we would have bought from them, but they try to screw us over so much on the price of our old one and no extra deal on anything plus not finding the car we wanted. They could get one in with 400 mile on it but we wanted a new one. This would have been the third car we got from them. We call missoula and got what we wanted and save over $1500.00 dollors by going there. I will never buy another car from underriner again. I will go to missoula again for all my next honda.
