We had to leave our Volvo overnight after it was serviced. Our mirror and wiper cover were stolen. Service said, "What do you want us to do about it", among other comments. They were extremely rude about the whole incident. They told us the dealership doesn't have cameras and they aren't responsible for theft. I felt it was one thing to have things stolen but they were totally out of line they way they responded. We won't be back!!

I emailed my interest to dealership, they got right back to me, both with email and phone. Very accommodating about setting up appointment. When I arrived the person I was to meet was already busy but two other salespersons were ready. Car was pulled up and prepared to see and drive. Deb Allen was my first contact and then I also worked with Bob Fannon. Both were extremely professional and easy to deal with. We made the deal quickly and efficiently and Bob made sure I had water and coffee to drink while we waited. The only hitch was that it took a while to get into the finance office, but once I was there it went smoothly. One of the very best car buying experiences and I love my new car! I forgot my garage door opening and Bob sent it and the CD he found as well. Blessings,Deb

The only thing was we weren't explained to about the Blue link option and set up. Apparently we get 1 year free and 3 months trial period on some of the options.

I love my new car and the salesman was very nice and helpful. I just felt rushed when I finance this car and duked because I was never shown a price without the warranties when I got home and read everything I then went there and told them before I gave them my down payment I did not want the warranties. I feel they should have redone my loan and taken them off. Instead I was told to call when I make my first payment and they will be canceled and payed to the loan. Why could they not be canceled now and the money not be borrows but I was told that is how it is. I did not appreciate being treated in this manner after signing the papers I really think know the finance department should have made this right at the time. I also ask for credit life and was told it was not availiable i did some reserarch and found it is.That is why it was not a good experience and I will find my own financing the next.time I purchase a new car.

We felt rushed, they could have taken more time to explain the operation of our new car! We appreciate them taking the window sticker off of our new car, but we have always kept it for our records! We were told that the cargo mat was in the car with the floor mats but wasn't, & was offered to buy one at cost. We couldn't track if it was supposed to be included because the the window sticker was thrown away!

Good service is important! However, Ray in the Hyundai Parts and Service department at the Zoo Drive location in Billings, MT was outstanding! He was courteous and helpful. He assisted not only with diagnosing the problem with my vehicle and explaining all of my options, but he also found two recalls on my vehicle that needed to be addressed, and one of them was already causing me problems that I knew would need to be fixed. He found a way to get me in that very day for service, called a courtesy van to take me home until my car was diagnosed, and offered a return courtesy drive when it was finished. His exemplary service and kindness is not only going to prompt my return to this dealership in the future, but it will also mean that others will hear from me about where in town to go for good service and good people. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Our 2009 Honda pilot was involved in a minor accident, we chose Underriner to do the repair work because that is where we purchased it. They said they did not have time to wash it, which is a standard in most professional shops and the thing that brought me here is they swapped out our headlights for ones that have swirls, scratches and are real foggy. It looks like the lens have been sanded ir something. In my book that is theft. There was no reason they had to mess with headlights as the damage was the lower bumper. I have not tried to contact their body shop manager because I feel this is something they do, kindof like bubble gum on a hose stuff. It is obvious they are only concerned about money, and if it takes extra time to ensure a job is done right they choose to save time. Complete FAIL.
