We initially found the vehicles we were interested in online. The next day we went to view them. Each person we encountered was very gracious and nice, while still not being pushy whatsoever. Very refreshing in the used car industry. The people we talked to regarding the vehicles were knowledgeable about them and the test driving process was incredibly easy. We ended up buying a vehicle and are very pleased we did. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the only one as their inventory and prices of vehicles is excellent. After not having purchased a vehicle for a while, every impression and feeling with Union Motors was top notch from the beginning to the very end.

Impressive from the first minute. Ali, the owner, greeted me. I asked about a car I'd seen, asking if they still had it in stock. "We do" he replied, point towards the car, "But I want you to know...." He described a problem with the car he'd noticed, and said "If it needs fixing, we will see to it." My wife and I returned the next day, drove several cars, and decided to think over our choices. Again, no sense of being in what many dealers consider the "45-minute kill zone", with pressure tactics. Just a sincere effort to help us find what we really wanted. We left impressed by the experience. It became obvious that Ali and his crew understood that they are not just in the car business, they are in the business of building trusting relationships. His forthright, honest manner, knowledge of all kinds of cars, and spirit of helpfulness are stand-outs from many other kinds of dealerships. This is a business that deserves to succeed by serving people.

We had a great experience with this dealership. We bought a Volvo XC70 from them.They were easy to contact and answered all questions about the vehicle we were interested in, sent us pictures and the carfax records. They kept us informed on the status of the vehicle and thoroughly checked it out before allowing us to come test drive. We drove 2 hours to the dealer, well worth the trip.

So....car buying is a nightmare. I had visited so many places with so many hidden little schemes and got turned down just about everywhere or they tried to put me in something that was falling apart. Visited Union Motors because of the reviews and they had the car of my dreams! A 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Convertible. I am so glad I came in here...the process at first was a lil headachey ( mainly from issues on my end ) but once everything was set it was a process that was over with within an hour. Ali is a really good guy, he was helpful, explained things to me and set me up on a path for success. My credit wasn't really all they great but he pushed to get me financed and he did! I am so very glad I came here, I got the car I've been wanting for a long time at a reasonable price I can afford! I would definitely refer people to them as well as do business with them in the future if I had to. Seriously, great place. THANKS ALI!!! You can come in for that free haircut anytime! =)

We drove from 200 miles away to just look at the vehicles that were showing on the internet. But when we got there we were impressed with the quality on the lot. We were looking to pay full cash. So we were picky with our choices. The dealers were just as they stated friendly and family. No pressure , showed the value of the vehicle and worked with us to imporve the experience. Very pleased..if you are looking for a used car, give them a look first.

Was really surprised that there was no pressure from the salesman. We were even allowed to test drive by our selves. We even talked on our way home how pleased we were with how the salesman helped us and loved the Nissan Murano , which we did purchase. They really worked hard to get us financed. We definitely recommend these guys to buy a great priced used vehicle. We would definitely buy again from this dealer. Thanks guys, job well done.

I called about the vehicle I was interested in because at least one of the pictures showed what appeared to be rust in the wheel rim. Also to travel to their dealership it was going to be at least 1.5 hrs one way and I wanted to make sure what was advertised was correct. Both the owner and his employee stated in different phone calls that the level of rust was minimal and did not affect the vehicle. They also verified that what was written in the ad on cars.com was accurate. However, once I arrived I could see that the back right wheel guard was almost falling off due to the rust. When looking underneath at the frame they had tried to cover up all the rust by spray painting it black. I did take it for a test drive and immediately knew there was an issue with the muffler/exhaust system due to the noise it was making. Plus several other items.The following was directly advertised about the vehicle on cars.com: "There are no known defects in this vehicle. There are no dings on this vehicle. The vehicle engine runs very, very smooth. The exterior of this vehicle is extra clean. It was very well kept. The transmission shifts like it was new. Vehicle does not show any signs of collision damage. This vehicle has brand new tires." None of this was true!

I found this dealership on the web site. I loved how i could view the cars, see the mileage, see a price, and a list of everything the car had, and I could fill an application out online. The guys was very nice. I absolutely love the car I bought off them, which I got a sale on it under blue book value. I was impressed that I had my tags in just a fews days. Thanks Union Motors for hooking me up with a sweet ride. I would recommend this place to my friends, or anyone.

I was very impressed with their inventory. I first found out about them from "Car Gurus". I drove from Asheville, NC. They are so friendly and helpful! I never felt like they were pushy. The car I originally went for wasn't available, ans they tried so hard to find me something similar. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely go back or recommend Union Motors.

The staff were all very nice and very helpful. I have had issues in the past with pushy pressure salesman but we experienced nothing but amazing people here as well as nice vehicles. They even changed my oil and detailed my car and put gas in. I highly recommend Union Motors and will be giving shout outs on Facebook. I bought a beautiful 2005 Volvo at a great price! I personally had never bought a car from a dealer before this, but they walked me through everything and were very patient and understanding. I didn't think i could drive off in higher end vehicle for the price i did .If I buy a used car again it will definitely be from them.

First and foremost, this was an AMAZING team to work with. We found our Nissan online, couldn't believe the great price and just "knew" there had to be something wrong with it. The dealership is 40 minutes away, so with a phone call ahead, we were assured the vehicle was in great condition and would be waiting on us. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly staff and had keys in our hand for a test drive. We were shocked, we did our research and could see this was a great deal. Only one downside, bad credit and on a budget. We gave Ali our specifics, told him about our tight budget and exactly what we could spend. It was already late in the day, so he said he would work with his 'bankers' in the morning and get back in touch with us. A few days later we went back to lot and Ali made his calls, he pulled some strings, and he really did work HARD to get us exactly where we needed to be with our numbers. We NEVER thought we would get such an amazing deal, with an interest rate and payments we were happy with. This whole team made our experience a truly great one. These guys are friendly, fun, and very personal. We will be sending everyone we know their way when they need a car! THANK YOU UNION MOTORS!!

Guys were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Test drove about every car on the lot with no hassle to make purchase until I was comfortable. If any minor defects were found while driving they were quick to make correct if not already aware of them and in the process of fixing. Would definitely recommend stopping by and looking, they have nice quality used cars at very reasonable prices.

I was looking for a newer car when I came across Union Motors. I gave them a call and visited their lot the following day. I was little worried, because my credit isn't that good, but thought it wont cost anything to see their inventory and also what they have to offer. The surprising part was that I never thought I will drive off their lot the same day, fully financed, with an affordable monthly payment, and a nice car.
