Buyer Beware if you are looking at the 2011 328i BMW! We purchased the vehicle in cash and thankfully also purchased the additional $150 return car within 48 hour option. As soon as we hopped on the freeway after purchase, the service engine light came on. After having diagnostics ran, we found well over $1500.00 worth of repairs. The rear brakes were at 20% which the dealer is not to sell under 50% for safety concerns. Exhaust cylinder needs repair and there is a mechanical issue with the brake lights and they are burned and melted (one of them inoperable). The owner was argumentative and refused to make repairs stating he had two people waiting that would buy the vehicle. Not a recommended dealer.

Just purchased a 15 year old Buick Lesabre from the owner of this dealership. This car is in very good condition with only a few scrapes and chips in the paint and the car only has 86000 miles on it. Everything works in the car and it drives like new. The owner met me after hours on a Sunday early evening and was very kind and good with with us and got us in and out fast with no waist of time. I am very confident that I purchased a very reliable used car from Unique Plaza Auto Sales for my 16 year old daughter and will come back here for our next 2 up and coming drivers.

Ruben was excellent! Easy to work with, fast, and polite. He had the car waiting for me as I pulled up to the lot, was more than happy to show me the carfax report as well has dealer wholesale values for the car. Would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a used car.

Shopped online from fifty miles away and discovered Unique Plaza had exactly the VW Jetta TDI I wanted. Got a loan preapproved through my credit union and drove down to look at the car. Ruben was easygoing, friendly, helpful and informative, and had the sales paperwork finished within minutes. Then we found out the credit union would not honor their preapproval or fund the loan. Ruben suggested another credit union (Schools) which funded the loan with no hassles at all. Entire process took less than three hours, start to finish, and was actually fun. This is car-buying the way it should be. I have managed a motor vehicle dealership and Unique Plaza is run exactly the way I would run it. I am happy to recommend them without reservation.

Bought a 2002 honda civic and the gentlemen at unique plaza auto sales was very helpful and understanding to work with me. I have bad credit and still got me financed. I suggest to go to this dealer especially if you have bad credit.
