My experience with United Auto Brokers was great. I have had very bad experiences dealing with smaller pre owned car dealerships and they have restored my faith in dealing with local small dealers again. Claudia and Chuck were very friendly and always respected my time when I was there. They have very good prices and a nice selection of good vehicles.

Bought a car. When I went to get insurance they told me it was a salvage. Replacing parts like the radiator, transmission mount. If your gonna sell a car, at least make sure it's worth buying. Fix what's wrong before you sell it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH UNITED AUTO BROKERS OF HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA at 1416 North Dixie Hwy. I bought a car that had a mechanical issue and Charlie promised it would be fixed in Hialeah after I pay for the car. It was a miracle the car made it there and then it broke on the way home after being “fixed by his mechanic”. I ended up spending almost $3000 in REPAIRS to get it to be safe to drive which is how much the car cost. I replaced tie rods, CV Axel, Motor mounts, 4 new tires, balance & aligned, The starter and the battery. The convertible back window was TAPED to hold in place and it shattered soon after and I was told I have to buy an entire new top which is very expensive. The roof leaks and also leaks into the trunk and is rusting the car and gas tank. This is to let you know to not think you are getting a great car at a great price from this ScamArtist. He does the least amount of work possible and turns off check engine lights and rigs the car as much as he can to make a huge profit. It is a shame this shady car dealership remains in business after scamming the customers.. PLEASE NOTIFY THE BBB and leave reviews of your terrible experiences so “Charlie” and his business will get the recognition he deserves. BBB has an F for this business. 1 star is too much to give. He PROMISED me an alarm keychain, an antenna, touch up paint ++ and he NEVER answered the phone after he took all my CA$H. WORST CAR DEALER EVER.

DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. Bought a car last week and it was going all pretty smooth. Spoke to the guy before I got there and told me there was no light and no problems with the car. Went to go see it myself and it looked good. We took it and I kid you not it did not want to start when we picked it up after hours. I told the guy and he told me to call his mechanic (who did not answer me). So we managed to start it and get it into a mechanic. They told me it looked like someone yanked out a sensor. The minute that sensor was replaced, check engine light, and the car didn't start at all. I told the owner what happened and he said no returns or exchanges, not even in a case like this, not even a week after leaving the lot. So I'm out money and have no car. Going to a dealer was supposed to be much easier, the guy even told me to not worry about him screwing me over and that exactly what ended up happening. No help what's so ever, no honesty.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life the car had issues driving home I was convinced to get extended warranty they didn’t cover not even half of the problems the car came with completely scammed me I was told immediately that they had no mechanic available had to spend thousands fixing car. They kept my down payment I paid half the car off I owe more than I was told the car would be and doesn’t even drive
