Very pleasant and enjoyable experience when buying my 2010 Lexus IS350C from Sean. He even picked me up at home at 6:00PM the night we completed the sale so I would be able to drive it home. After I first test drove the vehicle, I noticed the tire pressure light was on and there was a loose piece on the interior roof. Told Sean about them and they were fixed by next day. The lot has great cars at fair prices. My car is six years old but looks brand new....get daily compliments on it. Have already told friends Sean is the man to see.

Had a quick response to my Car.com inquiry and came out to look at the car. Sean met me at their office which was neat and clean. He brought me to their indoor warehouse and showed me the car. I was stunned to find a BMW X5 that was 15 years old but in MINT condition just like the ad stated. It looks like they do a great job of finding good condition vehicles. This one looked like it was stored in a time capsule. Everything checked out with the vehicle and we purchased. The process was easy and quick. Sean was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. We are happy with the vehicle and our experience with United Auto Group.

We've been looking for a very specific SUV with a certain color and Sean had exactly what we wanted. UAG allowed us to take the SUV to our personal mechanic for his inspection. Our mechanic said it was in great shape and well maintained so we had independent confirmation that this was a great vehicle. I am in the Sales industry myself so I pay special attention to customer service and professionalism. I must say I was impressed from the initial meeting with Sean. He was very courteous and professional. Each time addressing me as ma'am and ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Sean made it a point to explain every detail of my vehicle which was very important. He didn't rush and was very engaging. For me, that goes along way. Kuddos to Sean and the entire staff of UAG. My wife drove from 3 hours away to look at a vehicle and the sales associate waited until she was minutes away from the facility to cancel. She then made arrangements to stay in the area until Monday (her original appointment was Saturday). She drove to the facility arriving at the time their website states they open, which is 9:00. While she is sitting there he responds to her and tells her they open at 10:00. Having wasted the entire weekend, what's another hour to waste? Maybe if we were shown the vehicle at the original date it wouldn't have been sold to someone else. They got their money so life goes on. I only dealt with them because they had a specific vehicle I was looking for. Save your time and money and do business with a more professional establishment.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a vehicle in Texas, as I live out-of-state and found my vehicle online. I texted Sean after seeing the ad. He promptly replied and answered all my questions. We came to an agreement that day including putting down a deposit via credit card. Sean was upfront and honest about everything throughout the process, and the vehicle was delivered in the condition showed in the pictures. Title was mailed as agreed upon. My wife loves the vehicle I bought for her, and we could not be happier.

I had been watching 2 Lexus SC430 on UAG's website for about 3 months. They were both a gorgeous red color. 1 sold about 3 weeks prior to me contacting Sean to see if they still had a sc430 in stock. I set an appointment time to see the car. Sean had the car outside waiting for me to see and if was more gorgeous than I had imagined. Sean went with me on a test drive and the car drives and ride like a dream. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day, but I had to have this car. Sean did not pressure me at all; he told me that I could take it to my mechanic to check it out. I needed to leave and I asked Sean if they could deliver the car to my house since I was riding solo. Someone came to my home about 2 hours later & I signed the paper work and about 20 minutes later my beautiful hard top convertible pulled up in front of my house. I carried the car to my mechanic about a week later and he was very impressed with the car. He said the car was well maintained and in good condition. I haven't driven the car very much because of all the recent rain; but I do enjoy looking at it inside the garage if I am not driving it. The car is in immaculate condition, inside and out! The only problem is the antenna does not work. I will be going back to UAG to find my seventeen year old son a car if he continues to keep his grades up. Sean is sweetheart and ladies he is great eye candy! Thanks Sean, you are a fantastic sales person.

My family bought a Toyota Sequoia from United Auto Group in January 2015. I had researched online many dealerships before contacting Brian. I'm happy to report all the great reviews are true! Brian did a great job in communicating with me through email and phone. We received a very fair offer on our trade-in and in return purchased a Sequoia that was loaded with extras! There was never a moment we felt pressured to purchase this vehicle once we inspected it. Brian made sure we were comfortable by letting us look it over and take it for a test drive. We did notice there was a piece missing off of the glove compartment. Brian assured us that the piece had already been ordered and would be mailed to our home in Arkansas. We received the piece with no problem. United Auto Group also took care of the tags, papers, etc., so that we paid for everything at the dealership. Once returning to Arkansas, United Auto Group mailed us what we needed. It was the easiest transaction ever! We would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Brian and United Auto Group.

Purchased a new to me 04 Corvette Z06 from United Auto Group. I was very pleased with the amount of attention Sean was able to give me throughout the buying process. The Z06 was as described to me, and my only issue is, I wish United Auto Group was located closer to me. I was shopping for a used BMW 328i for my daughter, and came across this one at United Auto Group. Being 3 1/2 hours away, I was very nervous about calling about it, not being able to see it in person, first hand. Sean answered his phone on the first call, and took the time, to tell me about every detail, and offered me the best deal he could. After numerous phone calls, and me being skeptical, that this was the exact car I was looking at online, Sean made me feel very comfortable, and gave me an overall good feeling about everything. I gave a deposit over the phone, and went and picked it up 4 days later. I got there, and he had the car on display and ready for me. It looked better than the pictures, and was super clean inside and out. I was literally in and out in 45 min., and that included test driving it. It was the easiest car transaction I have ever done. I have visited this dealers website many times because they seem to have the cleanest cars. When i read all the great reviews, I decided to visit the dealer. Thank you United Auto Group for taking care of me, again... I dealt with Brian, 2 years ago, when I bought an Accura MDX. Calling him was just the right thing to do, when it was time to buy another car. Unlike the experience I had with other dealerships, customer truly comes first at United Auto Group. With my work schedule, I had only 1 day to shop for a car, Brian was out of the office when I called him and he advised me to talk to Sean, I was impressed that he suggested someone different while he was out, usually a carsalesman asks you to come to their store when they are there (for their commission, and it is understandable). Sean was just as great. after few test drives, he gave me the Pros and Cons on each car I was interested in (gas mileage, affordability of parts, performance of the car,...) and I ended up getting a Lexus GX470 and couldn't be happier. I am not sure if and when I will buy my next car. The only thing I am positive about is where it will be from; United Auto Group.

After spending several months searching for the ideal "first car" for my teenager, we were fortunate to find a car with United Auto Group through cars.com. We went late one evening and despite it being Addison's Kaboom Town, Brian welcomed us and allowed us to test drive the car. He was professional, courteous and respectful - NOT the typical used car salesman - a class act. We were allowed to take the car to our mechanic for an inspection. The car was clean with minor items to be corrected. Dealing with Brian was a delight - we were extremely satisfied with the whole process. Bought a 08 cadillac sts. Got a good price on a great car. They did the financing for me. They do not do their own registration or title work, they sub that job out. After a month of trying to find out when I will be getting my tag (temp expires in 5 days) I still do not have an answer. I understand that it may not be their fault, but it IS their responsibility. While I love my car, but I wouldn't do business with them again, too much hassle running down paperwork that should be completed in house in a timely manner.

I was in the market for a Mercedes-Benz CLS550. I have sent an email to them and gotten an almost immediate response back from Sean. He had this vehicle prepped and ready to go during my lunch break after I requested to see it with only few hours notice. The process was easy and with absolutely NO PRESSURE. Very impressed with United Auto Group. I've had my eyes on an Audi S6 for years and was finally able to pull the trigger on the purchase. Sean made the entire process easy and comfortable. What impressed me the most was that Sean was very up front about the things he could do for me on the purchase and certain things that just were not in play. I would much rather be told straight up then have to hassle and haggle all day. Sean was very transparent throughout the entire visit on all topics and concerns that I had. I needed a small sedan to drive back and forth to work, I found this BMW at United Auto Group that looked clean on the pictures. Sean was great to deal with over the phone and few emails. Overall, I enjoyed purchasing my car from United Auto Group and I had a pleasant experience. I was given a $7,000 repair quote for a bad balance shaft on my 2007 E350 I had purchased from United Auto Group 58 days earlier. Brian and Sean refused to honor the advertised 90 day "no cost" warranty, because I had received a discount on the car. When I tried to find a solution they were difficult to reach by phone, email, and text. There was a lack of urgency to solve my issue and only when I went to the dealership did Brian offer to have one of his mechanics, not Mercedes, repair the defect at reduced rates. The job required the engine be pulled and disassembled, and I only felt comfortable having Mercedes perform the work. As a fair resolution I asked for a partial refund of $2,000, which combined with a $14,000 offer I had for the car would help make me whole. Brian refused to provide cash and said he would buy the car back for $2,500 less than I paid, if I bought another car from UAG. Brian and Sean broke my trust, sold me a bad car, and refused to do the right thing by both of us. I do not recommend buying a car from United Auto Group.

These guys, especially Bryan has been a joy to buy from. The price was right and so was the service. Within two days of having the car, the CD player went out. I called Bryan and he called me back within 15 minutes telling me that he had ordered me a new CD player and would have it delivered if I did not have time to come and pick it up. What used car salesman does that?!! I would reccommend these guys to anyone I know looking for a good used car.

Had been in contact for a week dicussing buying the car. Was called the noght before to tell me not to come at 10am to come around 2 due to family emeregency. This changed my family time too. when I did get there, the car was not ready and not delivered until 6:30 that night. the car was not clean and not ready to be sold. The brake lights was coming on in the dash and he tried to tell me it was good until it turned red....really??? yellow means to go for service... Walked away without buying the car cause they were not up front and honest as well as they were over charging for the car and the condition of the car....

My experience with United Auto Group was excellent. Sean was my Sales Rep. I called about a specific car and when I went down to see the car, Sean had already pulled a Car Fax, made me a good offer, gave me a good price on my trade in and assured me that if there were any problems with the car that I should not hesitate to contact him and that is there were any issues after purchase that they would be fixed. He introduced me to the General Manager and he also told me the same thing about the car. They were very knowledgeable about this particular car, and again assured me that if I had any issues regarding the car that all I had to do was call one of them, bring the car in and they would make sure that everything would always be in working order. My experience with United Auto Group was very pleasant, no crazy haggling over the price of the car and very generous on the amount they gave me on my Trade In. I walked in to United Auto Group after I had called in to check if a car is still available for sale. immediately I was greeted by Sean who is a super nice person to deal with. He showed me the car and answered all my questions. He never pressured me to close the deal, he let the car sell itself which is good because all their cars actually are the best and the cleanest in the market. I purchased a car from United Auto Group. I talked to Sean on the phone and he made arrangements to have a company representative pick me up from the airport. Upon my arrival to the airport, I found a person waiting for me who took me to their dealership. Once there, the vehicle was parked in the delivery area, all shiny and clean and ready for me. The paperwork process didn't take long and before I know it, I was driving my new car home. What a pleasant experience. Sean answered all my questions and was great to deal with. I never thought United Auto Group would make my purchase this easy considering I was coming from out of state. I will definitely consider these guys next time I am in the market for a car.

I saw a Volvo SUV on the website that I liked. I called to get information and set up an appointment to see one of the salespeople, Brian. I was skeptical at first, because the price was not too high and I didn't want to be pressured into buying a car right away. I went there and met Brian. He was very professional and took all his time to answer my questions. I have decided that the Volvo was not what I wanted, I liked an Acura MDX they had in the lot, unfortunately, it was already sold... To my surprise, Brian suggested not to rush, asked me to be patient and he took my contact information telling me that he can get me one from the auction. I gave him the price I didn't want to go over. A week later, he called me and, to my surprise again, the price was $1,000 less that my budget... Brian has a customer for life :)

We found several 2006 Range Rovers on line in the Dallas area and spoke with multiple dealers. Brian was the absolute most professional and responsive. I would say that 75% of the communication for our purchase was handled via email. My husband and I made a 5 hour drive from north Louisiana to purchase my "dream car" and I have not been disappointed. We received more than a fair price for my trade and what I feel is a great deal on the Range Rover. The fact that I had negative equity was not a deal breaker and I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout the entirety of this transaction. Brian included my husband in the buying process but recognized that I was the buying agent and did not attempt to do the "man to man" thing that can sometimes happen. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others and will be going back myself for my next high-end pre owned vehicle.
