I would recommend everyone here! Everyone was amazing and friendly. Made me feel comfortable. I had an issue with the car I bought and they were very helpful and fixed it. They didnt give me the run around. I would highly recommend to buy your car here. Very very happy. Thank you!

The guys were great and so was the price. Everyone there was very helpful. When we got home we realized a headlight was out and we brought it back and they replaced the headlight for us ( you have to remove the bumper to replace the headlights in this car) we picked it back up later that afternoon. I really can say enough about how helpful that are.

Above and beyond! The staff is helpful and trustworthy. They even replaced a door on the vehicle I purchased AFTER I bought it! They really care about their customers and want them to walk away with a quality vehicle for a fair price. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a very unpleasant experience. I asked to test drive a vehicle and they could not locate the keys. I left and returned later that afternoon after they called to say that they found the keys. Test drove the vehicle which clearly had something wrong with it because of a loud thump. The outside of the vehicle and interior were in excellent condition. I explained to the salesman that I would like for someone else to look at it because I don't have any experience buying used cars and he snatched the keys from me and very nastily said that there was absolutely wrong with the vehicle and walked away. It wasn't my first negative experience with him. The mechanics that I spoke to were very polite. My kids were there and even noticed is unprofessional, nonchalant, nasty attitude and asked me if he was okay. Needless to say, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Shopping cars.com has been a great experience for me. I purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon that I adore very well. No complaints. Special thanks to Faulkner Toyota for such a great selection. E-mailed about a car and received an immediate answer from the owner. Stopped by a very congested, busy lot. I was led to the car and left to my inspection, the car needed lots of work but was priced accordingly. Too many things wrong for my taste, even at the appropriate price. Returned the keys and was on my way with a thanks from the owner. I would go back, this vehicle wasn't for me but it was a professional, matter of fact experience.

I called united auto land about a 1991 mercedes they had for sale. I told the salesman that I was driving from an hour away and he assured me the car was in good shape. when I arrived there I was given the keys. The car sounded like a train if not worse. The paint was peeling all over and there was rust on right front. When I asked to look under the hood, the excuse that I got was that the hood was stuck????? All I am saying is that this was a total waste of my time and money driving an hour to and from and tolls. shame on you

This is my first and last experience with United Auto Land. I welcome Anthony or any other employee there to refute what I am about to write. I think the folks there do not know the difference between AS IS and AS IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. I purchased my 2001 Ford Explorer with 110,000 miles on 2/12/14. Purchase process was simple. Found it ironic that they only took cash (first clue). Anthony made it sound like the car was clean, safe, and ready to go. Car had 02/15 NJ Inspection Tags. The very moment I got behind the wheel I drove in normal traffic I knew something was wrong. On the way home the brakes and ABS locked up on every normal stop. The next day I had to pick up my 3 year old nephew and experienced the same thing and the brakes locked again almost sending us into on-coming traffic. That same weekend we happened to get our 10th & 11th snow storm. The truck has 4WD and I couldn't even drive it cause the ABS had it sliding like I was sledding on the streets. Almost got hit several times. I travel for work and didn't drive it again until the following week when I drove it to my local mechanic (in business for 20 years). He sent me an email stating that I'm not going to like what I hear. Rotors were completely rusted out, wheel bearings and hubs were completely worn out, upper and lower ball joints needed to be completely replaced, tires were bald, two cracks in window (were not there when I was in the vehicle on the lot) and driver side lock malfunctioning. I paid to fix the ABS and brakes so I could just drive it. Next, I am sitting on the highway and the engine starts fluttering. I knew this was bad as well. I email Anthony with all the issues and he tells me that he will have the mechanic (in the shop behind Auto Land) take a look at it. He gets back to me and now tells me that it needs 1,500.00 more in repairs. Timing chains need to be replaced. Hmmm. It was inspected to be driven for all of 2014, yet the timing chains now need to replaced? Ironic. He replies, "out of the goodness of his heart" he is going to front me 500 and I have to pay 1,000. At that point, I didn't believe a word out of this guy's mouth. I picked up my truck on 3/15/14 and will have a real mechanic do the work. My plan is to get it inspected (if it can even pass without engine work) and then turn around and trade it in. If you care driving your family in a vehicle that will not hurt or injure them, go to another dealership or go to a brand-sponsored dealer. I gave these people like 10 chances to be open and do the right thing and since they didn't, I am posting what I experienced here. The thing of it is that my sister works for a major auto insurer and my aunt works for NJDOT. I will find out where this truck was inspected. Here is my running list of parts and labor. PART TOTAL MOTORCRAFT ROTORS $114.00 MOTORCRAFT BEARING $333.58 LABOR $259.00 DORMAN UPPR BALL JOINT $27.79 DORMAN UPPR BALL JOINT ARM $28.79 ACDELCO LOWER BALL JOINTS $24.06 LABOR $260.00 TIRES $460.00 TOTAL TO DATE $1,507.22 You were warned

Dealt with Anthony on a cash purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Accent for my daughter's first car. Anthony replaced the radio and battery at my request without hesitation. I can tell he is in the business to put happy customers behind the wheel and move cars off his lot...my Taurus is on its last leg and I will be in the market again soon for myself, I will certainly be revisiting UAL and Anthony.

Bought a 2001 Vic Interceptor from them. Great price and the paperwork was done in extremely fast time to get out. Took literally 5 minutes to sign and go. I did have to put a little bit of work into it to make it perfect (brakes,rotors,calipers,tires), but the car is a used car and sold as is at a great price, so I dont mind putting some money into it to make it perfect. The total spent was still below what I would have paid for this car elsewhere. The car even had a steering issue that they fixed with a new part before they even let me take it off the lot. So the stuff I did, wasnt "must" do's. I also appreciate the no BS approach with selling. Here is the price, if you like it, take it. No pressure, so salesman on you once you walk onto the lot. It was awesome. Also, I put a downpayment on the car and had no issue with them keeping the car. No dealer will hold a car for someone (with no deposit) just to look if they have a buyer right in front of them. I will buy more Interceptors from them again.

Spoke with dealer several times, told a different story each time about a van for sale. Made an appointment with dealer and he agreed. Called dealer to confirm sale before coming and informed he sold the van. We had an appointment. Not certain of the quality of the cars he sells but customer service is not first priority but sales. If policy was first come first sold I could have been told that on the phone when we spoke on several occasions. I would not trust to purchase, you can make your own judgement.

I bought a 2004 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor from Anthony. upon arrival I started the car for a test drive and I'm not going to lie the alternator had a problem with seized Anthony was on the phone with in 5 minutes and within a half hour the alternator was replaced with a brand new 200 amp upgraded alternator just as the vehicle calls for. he took care of a problem which was very stand up in my book. Anthony is a straight shooter matter of fact the whole dealership is a straight shooter. they have extremely clean cars well kept cars & I advise anybody did least go check out his lotthank you Anthony I appreciate your service and business

When my motor in my '00 Hyundai accent blew up i thought all roads would lead to nowhere to finding a car due to a tight budget, part time job and being a full time student. I had just bought my 2000 VW beetle GLS at UAL and i absolutely love itt. I have waited 21 years to get my hands on a beetle, always wanted one since i was a little girl. Anthony is such a nice person, hes one of those people who cares for others and the staff there was great! The day after i drove my car home and took it out on some errands the temperature gauge started to beep so a friend had recommended that i take it back to see what the conflic was. They found a leak in my car and Anthony was nice enough to fix my buggy free of charge. One of the staff members also gave me and my friend a ride home as well instead of calling for rides. This in one way shows how well this company cares about their cars and the safety and well being of their customers. If i ever need another car or want to recommend someone where to go to get one UAL is deffinately the first choice!

A lot of good cars here, I would buy another car from here anytime. I got a 2002 Tahoe in Late May of year 2012 and only thing the car needed was a oil change 3k miles and some small things that don't cost much whatsoever. I was just a college student and only 19 years old and the guys at united autoland really help me out with buying this car. I'm looking forward to come back here soon to upgrade my car.

I have been looking for a car and I saw a few cars on CARS.COM that United Autoland had that I liked. I saw them and I liked them alot but they had an amazing selection of cars there so I was looking and I found a car that was even nicer and bellow my price range. I never thought I could buy a car like this that I got for this amount of money lucky for me they had so many cars to choose from. When we sat down to do the deal they did not pressure me or try to sell me all other stuff I didnt want in fact they gave me a free lifetime powertrain warranty!!! Anthony is a gentleman and the one of the most genuine people I have ever met please trust me I have purchased alot of cars in my lifetime both new and used and this was by far and away the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership or at any other retail outlet. I saw some other reviews on here that dont make sense because the people I met are kind and helpful. If you are looking for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! go to United AUTOLAND and ask for Anthony he even had home made christmas cookies for the customers!!!!

went to check out a vehicle for my daughter, lot was packed bumper to bumper could not even pull in. i had to park outside the lot...the only area available was a huge ditch. walked up to see the car and salesman saw us walked down the stairs looked at me then walked back in. never offered any info or help. why bother?

Emailed back and forth with "anthony," that is, when he decided to respond. He only responded to certain emails and not other involving pricing. I also requested carfax and still havent received it. Also, never any followup regarding receiving the carfax. Will not waste anymore time trying to find out information about the car.

I searched the internet high and low for an affordable Ford Explorer and all I could find was overpriced junk. I saw that United Autoland had a beautiful Silver Ford Explorer and when I called and asked about the vehicle they were extremely honest and fair and when I went to see the vehicle I was truly surprised because there humility of how nice there vehicles are is refreshing. I purchased the vehicle hassle free and drove directly from the United Autoland to Orlando Florida to see my daughter and it was a pure pleaseure to drive there in such a nice car. Anthony and the rest of the people that work there are honest and helpful buy from these guys they are not crooks like the rest of the dealers out there.

I purchased a car from United Autoland a few days ago and I can not say how friendly the people are at this dealership. They went above and beyond any other dealership I have ever been to in my life and I am 62 years old. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly nice car at an affordable price. I wemt to buy an 05 Expedition from this dealer and was approved on site. Everything seemed ok until they called to tell me they are having problems with the loan,they needed more info. I gave them what they needed,so I thought. The dealer said my paystubs & bank statements looked fake.This made no sense to me.I hade this truck for about a month.I spent $250 to have it detailed,$50 to get the keypad door code and I just put $60 in gas.Then the dealer calls me on a Thursday and says for me to go to a bank to get a loan, but before I could get to the bank that day I show up home from work and the dealership is repoing the truck at my house.I dont know what kind of business they are running,but i was scammed. DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM UNITED AUTO LAND IN DEPTFORD NJ!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
