David went above and beyond to get me into a reliable and much newer vehicle! He also was able to get my old clunker traded in so that it wouldn’t break down on the road anymore! Never was pushy and had an answer for our numerous questions. He was a joy to work with and definitely an ASSET to the car dealership. Went to the service department with a problem with my sunroof not closing on my 2016 Chevy Tahoe. Chris was able to free up a guy on short notice to check the fuse the one guy turned into two with John and Eddie taking the time to try and get it to close. not only did these guys get it closed but they figured out the problem and corrected it. Hats off to Chris and the guys for going above and beyond to make me a happy customer. All the guys in the Service Department are top notch and that is why it's easy to do business at United Auto Sales.

It was very easy to purchase my new vehicle with United Auto Sales. The staff went out of their way to make the transaction as smooth as possible. They answered every question and went above and beyond. The staff were extremely polite, courteous and professional. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever had.

We bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt from them and was notified about the ignition switch recall, brought the car back to them for the scheduled appointment then got their loaner car. They call us right away to pick up the car because they couldn't get it in for two more weeks and wanted their loaner car back! We live nearly an hour away so this was very inconvenient for their mistake... Other than that the car ran good, but I can see body work was done with aftermarket parts and not shown on the vehicle history report.

My wife and I bought vehicles from the Yorkville united auto dealer. Both vehicles turned out to be over priced, and both had issues that had not been taken care of or (fixed) prior to sale. We quickly learned that united auto sales only cares about making sales. They will sell you a warranty to fix things that are wrong with the vehicles at your expense rather than fixing them before the point of sale at their expense. As if this is not enough accurate information for anyone contemplating buying a used vehicle from united auto, they also talk about rewarding anyone who refers a new customer to them who makes a purchase. This is a lie. We know someone who referred us to untied auto. We then purchased two used vehicles that were over priced and that person who referred us never did receive their reward of $100.00. One more note ; united auto will sell you a warranty and add it to the already over-priced price, then you will not be able to refinance for a lower rate because any bank will not be able to get your remaining balance after purchase to equal the book value of the vehicle. United auto knows how they take full advantage of you just to make the sale, then you are screwed. POTENETIAL BUYER BEWARE !....
