Customer Service is the key to a Great Business!!! Eric you were upbeat and enthusiastic each time we spoke to you. You are a very knowledgeable salesman who makes sure everything is as close to perfect before sealing a deal. You sealed it and Anthony finished it! It was surprising that Anthony was just as upbeat and enthusiastic as Eric. :) I am truly grateful that my husband came across United Automotive! It has been a Blessing dealing with you and Anthony! We just purchased our truck last week from United Automotive and they really seem to cared about our buying experience!! Eric was fantastic about not letting just anyone run our credit. He worked very hard to get us a good interest rate and went above and beyond to help us get into our truck! They were very honest and stood by all their agreements and got us in a very nice vehicle. Seriously why would you go anywhere else to buy a car if they don't have what your looking for then they will search for it. These guys go above and beyond the what is expected. They worked extremely hard to get us in the truck we wanted. It was a long and sometimes frustrating process but they fought for us. When any other dealer would have given up they didn't!!! You won't find better customer service anywhere else I can promise you that. Check them out!!! Thanks Eric and Anthony!!
