As a lot of people are going to get their car repaired when you don't know a lot about cars, it is an anxious experience. I had some damage from the flooding and called the closest dealership near me to see if I could get it fixed asap. The service advisor, Victor, was very helpful over the phone and said I could bring my car in even though they were short staffed. I dropped my car off and got a call a few hours later that it was ready. He answered all my questions very politely and was nothing but friendly and professional. Would highly recommend service at this location if you need it!

I have been taking my custom van there for 10 years. I have always gotten good service and they have always been honest with me. Victor and Tommy are the latest in a long line of superior service managers. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. They also know my vehicle really well and that counts for a lot.

I bought a pre-owned Explorer from United Ford and had an excellent experience. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We worked with Mike on the purchase and Matt on the financing. They were great. Very easy-going with none of that car salesman bs. I even spoke to Tommy, their service manager, because I had questions about servicing the vehicle there for the future. He provided a lot of helpful information and answered every question I had. I'm very happy with the purchase.
