So I will first say that Javier was the sweetest however, this is what saddens me. I purchased an infiniti jx35 on yesterday and the same day when I got home the check engine light came on and airbag light. Javier called me on Monday to rectify situation immediately. However when we took suv back to them to get fixed they lied and said the engine light was on because someone put wrong gas in it. When I got back home engine light came back on and it was the same code which is the catalyst and air bag light came back on.. I will be sending a letter to Infiniti as well a BBB because I was lied to several times and problem still is not rectified. I havent been able to drive the car like I want yet because of fear of breaking down...never again

Worked with Javier on getting a Jeep, was by far the best customer service I've had in town. He did everything he could to make things work and stayed after closing to make sure I drove off the lot the same day. I highly recommend them for any Vehicle needs. Zac 4/13/21

WORST dealer! I bought a car that appeared all good from the engine and it test drove well. However, I found they did ZERO inspection on their car as you can see from the air filter. I'm surprised it ran and tested so well, but I did not imagine I'd have to check the filter. It got worse from there. The car also had totally bad back brakes and NEW front brakes. HMMMMM!!! Why not spend money on new front brakes so it TESTS well and let the customer replace the back brakes? I also found shot struts, which are also expensive. Of course, I did not think to check after seeing everything else looking fine. EVERY dealer needs to check their cars before selling, and this dealership at minimum did not check and claimed they did a complete check. They lie to sell and appeared to hide a bad brake job. The worst of all of this is that I told them I would not write a bad review if they at least pay for the struts or fix them. I already spent a lot on the other repairs. NOPE!! The owner did not even have the respect to call me back after repeat tries. I hope nobody buys cars form this place. If they do fix their short comings, I'll write another review.

Bought my 2010 Subaru Legacy from United sports automotive and can honestly say the customer service was the best and not only that they answer all my questions I was able to take my car to get a pre purchase inspection and every thing checked out thank you for everything guys

Bought a car from this place yesterday, and my experience was great. The salesman Javier was excellent at his job. He got me in a great van in no time. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. I had a slight headlight issue and he was able to get me right in to have it fixed. I highly recommend this place if your looking for an affordable car with great customer service.
