Bought an 07 tahoe from universal auto sales. Nick our sales man was nice, patient and took his time with us. We actually drove to a few of their lots with him in tow to find what we wanted because they honestly had some of the best selection with multiple choices where we didn't have to keep jumping around and driving all over town and dealing with different people. We drove down from Portland with this place in mind and are happy with the results. We had looked a bunch of places and everyone had junk and wanted outrageous prices. Bottom line they're reasonable, friendly and patient.

Bought a new vehicle from Roberto last year in April 2020. It was a small vehicle and the price was more than reasonable so I paid it off in 1 month short of a year. We’ll, that was last year. I called Roberto inquiring of a vehicle on July 18th cause I could not bare NOT making my payments on nothing at all (too much extra money ya know). So we spoke and I told him I was coming back to purchase my second vehicle through Universal Auto. Well, Long story short I arrived a day too late ! Roberto went on vacation that Monday I purchased the car. I came in, I tested the vehicle and walked away in less than a hour. Great and quick service. Roberto’s now a friend and I trust his business. I want everyone to do good and be good to other people and Roberto and the crew exemplifies that. Went to several lots before I went here and no one was able to help me out. But Rolando made it happen and I got into something I've wanted for a while. Great customer service and willing to do what it takes to get you what you want. Would highly recommend universal auto to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Universal automotive made it easy to find the perfect truck for us! A 2006 Nissan Titan with 111k miles on it with a 1 time owner!
