My husband is an active duty soldier and, during his station at Fort Campbell, he purchased two vehicles from this lot. For both vehicles, he paid large enough sums to have them paid off months in advance of the contract and recommended this lot to many other soldiers needing a reliable vehicle without the hassle of financing. Recently, he commissioned and we have moved to Fort Benning. Since being here, he has contacted the lot interested in two additional vehicles. One was van, which he called the lot about multiple times, and they assured him they would call him back to set up a purchase agreement. He never received a call from them. Most recently, he contacted them about a truck on their lot. He spoke with the owner and set up a payment arrangement to purchase the vehicle. We planned to make the 400+ mile drive to get it in Veteran's day. Yesterday, we found out that we could leave earlier than expected and called the lot to ensure they could meet with us early as well - only for them to tell us they had sold the truck to someone else. They didn't call us to inform us of anything, yet again. This is the second extremely disrespectful and negative interaction we have had with them in the last month. My husband was a superb customer (as said repeatedly by the car lot owners). For them to sell the vehicle they had made a verbal agreement for him to purchase, knowing we intended to make an extremely long drive, has ensured we will NEVER do business with them again. This place has taken a huge nose dive in the last three years and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone your vehicle needs. They have become unreliable and untrustworthy.
