My husband bought a truck from this dealership. We started having issues with the motor. Come to find out the motor was switched out. But on the car fax when he bought it it said it was the original. So basically they're not Truthful and selling lemons. About to get our selves a lawyer. We were lied to. The motor has spray paint marks indicating its not the original. And this company needs to be shutdown for that. So much stuff was switched out of our truck its not even funny. Extremely disappointed in this company and how much money its cost us. $600. In payments every month and we've put so much money into this truck. Do not buy from this company you will regret it! Plus we had work done to our truck and the motor had YELLOW writing. We all know what that means. They lied on our car fax. The motor was DEFINITELY changed out. When the car fax did not say it. Crooked company! Were so disappointed about the lies they sold us.

Amazing place. Mine and my wife have challenged credit and we were able to be approved for 2 vehicles, low interest and low monthly payments for both. They really work hard to get you into the vehicle you need and/or want. We really appreciate these guys!

Bought a truck from universal after looking around for a month and lots of driving. Was very pleased with sales and process. Pleasure sitting with and talking with during buying no pressure and worked with price. Would definitely recommend this place for a purchace to anyone looking.

Tony and Harmon are very friendly and easy to work with. The overall process of purchasing my new car was quick and stress free. They were very fair and concerned about getting me into the car I wanted at a good price. I had a wonderful experience. They let you know flat out what you can have or can't have, they worked with us, they were very friendly and truthful, all the vehicles are clean and have low mileage. The vehicles are reasonably priced! They help you in any way they can. I'd recommend them to everyone!

Earlier this year we visited Universal Auto Sales to purchase a used car. They had just what we were looking for a Chrysler 300. Harmon was honest, personable and fair with our purchase and trade-in. This was such a wonderful time. They make it so easy with the no nonsense pricing. They had several cars priced well below market price. All I needed to do is pick one. No hidden fees or expenses. And to my suprise, most of the cars on the lot have a certified warranty. How many dealers that specialize with the credit challenged have that. I dealt with Troy, the Sales Manager, directly. They have several other "characters" there as well. Once you buy here, I think it makes you wanna come back and hang out. I will send all my friends here.

This was the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Straight to the point with no double talk. Pricing very straight forward and Troy was great to deal with. Once the decision was made to purchase, he had us out of there in 20 minutes. Only place to buy a used vehicle.
