This was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had interactions with the sales person, manager and business manager, and they were all professional and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car.

We were looking to trade in our vehicle to purchase a larger Suv for our family .Saw what we wanted online went in and purchase it within our budget and without feeling pressured. The salesman Vadim was very helpful and friendly to us through out the process . The entire staff was very friendly ,professional and made sure our needs were met from the time we walk on the lot .

emailed and asked if the suv had the hd towing package. they said it did. Got there and the suv did not have it. their lie wasted my time.

I had the pleasure of test driving 3 separate vehicles from their lot. The service assistant who helped me, Vadim, was knowledgeable and very courteous. I would absolutely recommend this lot for anyone seeking to test drive or purchase.

I did a lot of research looking for the right Jetta. I was looking at a lot of 2006 and 2007. They advertised a 2005 near the same price range but better mileage. Everything was as advertised. The salesman Jordan was extremely helpful. There was no pressure and it was easy to do business with them. So far, I am enjoying my car and if everything goes right, I'll be looking to buy from them again in the future.

I began the process to purchase a fun, family friendly 4 door sedan. I had a long list of cars and visited a ton of dealers. After narrowing my search I stumbled across a Certified Pre-owned 2013 Audi S4 at the Lynnwood lot. I called to verify that is was still on site, and headed down. I was met by Vadim, who showed the me car, asked my needs and offered a test drive. After a short drive, I explained that my wife was out of town and would need to bring her in to see the car. I also received a site unseen trade in appraisal for my trade in. Shortly after this my trade in vehicle was hit in a parking lot and slightly damaged. I explained this to the dealer via emails and was told that if they were able to see the damage prior to repairs and then reviewed the repairs they'd be willing offer the same trade value. Saturday rolled around and my wife and I took the kids to the dealership to view the car, and let them see my trade. Vadim called me and apologized, he was on a trip out of town, and asked if I was comfortable working with his partner, John. I told him this wouldn't be an issue. Upon inspection of the damage, they determined that the damage wasn't bad and on the spot offered me my original trade value as is, no repairs needed. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that day. John was very low pressure and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. the entire sales process was smooth, easy and fast. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new audi, or a clean used vehicle to give John or Vadim at University Audi a call. The dealership lot is kind of small, which can make parking a pain, which is why I rated it 4 stars. They do have wifi and a kids play area, which is a plus.

I tried to purchase a car here and had a horrible experience in the process. I saw a car on cars.com, called to verify it was still on the lot and made the 3 hour trip to test drive. I loved the car. Over a couple of days, we negotiated and agreed to a price after which, they sent a purchase order for the agreed amount to my bank. Here's where the problems started. The P/O arrived at my bank Saturday morning. After signing all the paperwork and picking up a cashier's check for the car, I tried to arrange a time to pick up the car. After a dozen unanswered phone messages and emails over the weekend I find out on Monday that they sold the car out from under me on Friday. I would definitely not recommend anyone waste their time with this dealership. Go to Larson Audi of Tacoma - they're top notch.

I had found a used Volvo online that I was interested in and made the 1 1/2 hour trek to the dealership, my time was well spent as I ended up buying the car (with absolutely no buyer's remorse). I was treated with complete respect with all my questions answered. The car exceeded my expectations, had a detailed inspection and repair report which Ryan the salesperson went over in detail. The facility is extremely clean and organized with polite and professional salespeople. The inventory on the lot all appears to be very clean and well maintained. The whole process was easy and relaxing, outstanding coffee in the lobby, and I enjoyed conversation with Ryan. It is refreshing to shop with no pressure, given respect, and feeling safe with a solid value of a purchase. Without hesitation I would buy from again and recommend to everyone.
