Service department folks are very courteous, professional, and always go the extra mile taking care of my vehicle. Every employee walking through the waiting area say “good morning” and ask if I need anything. Work quality is Excellent, and the whole dealership is clean. Owner has some classic cars in showroom area - what a beautiful bonus! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cars for my viewing pleasure!!

The Entire team at University Auto is great. Easy to deal with kept in contact with changes. They also offered to stay a little late because of my schedule. The Body shop did a great job and was helpful, friendly answered all my questions. I bought my truck from the right Dealership and I will be back

I dealt with mike for a 100 k service and check engine light. His communication was top notch and not only fixed my truck accordingly he was able to save me some money on the work. All round great experience, being a local to area finding a shop I can trust is tuff. My truck won’t be going anywhere else for service in future. Thanks Mike Squire

We have had our 2008 GMC pickup service at University Auto Center .. Repairs were made in timely fashion, do not recall every having to go back for "seconds" so to speak -- all of the employees we dealt with were very helpful. Just wish we hadn't had so many repairs on that truck. We would use their Service Department again.

Where do I start? No finance people on a Saturday, closed on Sunday.... Told me that they paid retail for the truck I was looking at so they had no room to budge on the truck. This is either a terrible lie to increase margin, or an insanely bad way to do business as a retail outlet themselves. Simply don't waste your time, they are NOT willing to negotiate at all.....
