I had an emergency car brake repair on short notice and they fit me in quickly. They were very helpful and always very cordial. Very nice hospitality with great chocolate chip cookies, popcorn, & soda! All the employees are always very courteous.

We have been shopping and buying new and used vehicles from Uptown for years. Always feels like a family homecoming. The owners have really worked hard to hire, support and maintain their crew of experienced/knowledgeable sales staff. This time we worked with both Wally and Jake. There was no pressure or games that a lot of dealers play. They stayed focused on finding the right vehicle for our needs and were very patient as we kicked tires from vehicle to vehicle. Decided on a Chevy Cruze 1LT. Jake very patiently gave us 2 hours of in car training to make sure we were comfortable before leaving the lot. We love our new vehicle....just right for us! Thank you Uptown for another great experience!

I bought a 2014 van that was slightly used from Uptown recently. After looking around at over 10 other dealers in the area, I can authoritatively state that Uptown was the most professional, easy, no pressure, buying experience of ANY of the other dealerships we went to. Also, selection was much greater than other dealerships. People there were not high-turnover - they were professional and experienced. The whole process was really smooth once we decided on a vehicle. We will be buying all vehicles from Uptown in the future.

It started with Cars.com! When you see what you want, you need to act quickly! I saw the Durango I wanted & emailed to see if it was available ! That's how I met Josh & Carrie. Great people to work with, I took the Durango for a test drive on 9-11-13, & decided to buy it on Friday the 13th! Came in the following Wednesday met up with Tracey & Josh ! Signed the papers & Durango is mine! Very nice & easy people to work with! I would send family & friends there if they need a car or truck!! And I'll continue going there too! The car I was interrested in was available and ready when I arrived. All my questions were answered. Sales person was polite, and well informed. Facility was very clean and had friendly staff.

I went to Uptown over a week ago and viewed a vehicle in the back lot that just arrived. I was told I could come back in a couple days to view it after it's been cleaned and detailed. No call. So in my quest to find the right vehicle, I returned yesterday and was shown yet another truck that just arrived. It was in the garage getting cleaned up. I put money down on it so that it couldn't be shown until I could see the cleaned up truck. Well the salesman says it could be shown, just not driven. Anyway, The truck still wasn't cleaned up like he said it would be. I told him I'd come back Monday and see it when it's ready. He told me he'd just give me my money back because someone else will pay top dollar for it without even cleaning it up. That may be legal, but obviously gaining a new customer (possibly more) isn't as important as his monthly bottom line. Having said all this, I am SO glad he was as rude as he was. I just found a WAY better truck at a different dealership - a year newer, less miles, runs better, no dents or scratches.. practically the same price. So really, THANK YOU Uptown Motors!

The people at Uptown were great to work with. We had been shopping around for a new car, so had visited many other local dealerships. When we got to Uptown, it was a completely different experience. We got the best deal on a brand new vehicle, and everyone that we worked with there went above and beyond to make it an overall wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new vehicle to check out Uptown in Slinger!

The sales (Carrie) and service (John) people both make a point to call you by name and learn about your needs so they can be a step ahead of the process. Our experiences with Uptown Motorcars has been wonderfull! We were looking at a pickup truck that was on the showroom floor. Instead of test driving a similar truck from the lot, our salesman, Josh, took the truck out of the showroom, and we actually got to drive that truck! Josh showed us everything about the truck, and we did buy it. The whole process from test drive to trade-in to driving away in our new truck only took about 90 minutes! This is our 4th trade-in/purchase from Josh at Uptown. He is honest and works hard to get the financing within our budget. Servicing our vehicles at Uptown has always been a good experience as well.
