They really deserve 0 stars! Terrible cars, customer service, and ethics. They will scam you in a heartbeat. If you find a car that you like but you need time to decide, you need to deposit $300, which is reasonable, HOWEVER, they scammed me into depositing $980 from which they kept 25% when i changed my mind about buying from them. if you MUST, don't leave any more than the minimum. After that they did not have the decency to acknowledge their mistake and refund me the difference. Very unprofessional people.. At some point two of their salesmen referred to me as their " rich aunt".. highly inappropriate. cars are nasty and with check engine lights on. Go somewhere else.

Try CarMax no haggle.. No need to go here they won’t help you. You do better going to a new car dealership and buying a used car. US Express banks have lost their minds. Some people would rather get ripped off then doing the work of researching for a better deal. This is me talking to someone with challenged credit.

Mark was a gem. He helped me with patience and kindness explaining the whole process detailed and calm. Spending any larger amount of money is always a bit nerve racking. Steve his counter part was also very calm and diligent. I felt comfortable with my purchase and understood I was buying a used car. I understand what AS IS means. That is why you have it checked out after you take it home, or even take it to be checked before. These are good dudes, and will work with you and want to do you a solid by being up front with what they are doing. Is some of the interest higher, sure, but are they helping people fix credit and provide transportation. YUP. If you are in the market for an easy used car, go check them out. I am glad I did.

Easy process, did mostly everything online only had to go in to test drive and sign. Maria was great from start to finish and she let me know everything upfront. payments are low as well. Highly reccommended

great experience arrived 7.30pm they close at 8.pm. Marie stayed until 9.45 pm to complete the sale I really appreciated that. I picked car up next day only because I had to get insurance.
