Cesar was a great help in helping me get into my 2019 F250 Limited, at a nice price. Truck was very clean and well maintained, process of financing was a breeze. My schedule is so busy, but thanks to Cesar I didn't even have to come into dealership until the deal was made through text. Highly recommend!

I haven’t made a purchase yet; however, Robert Taylor had help me in any way being that I am a out of state buyer. He made a video of the vehicle I was interested, and provided the cost of transportation of the vehicle. So far, the customer service has been tremendous.

I have been looking for a Challenger for a while. I found this at USA CAR EXPO in Texas. I live in Florida so this is new to me. I talked with Cesar about the car & Eric about financing. These two guys made everything so easy, I wasn’t expecting that. A few days later the car was ready to be transported. Cesar had the car cleaned and sent pictures going on the trailer. It arrived a couple of days later and it was everything I was told. I am a very satisfied customer and give them a AAA+++ rating. PS: went to a car show the next day 👍

Very good experience here. No forceful/pushy salesmen. The cars and trucks are exactly how they look online, very clean and in good condition. Very fast and smooth process purchasing a vehicle. please never do business with this Dealer the general manager azamat is really a rubbish as a person. treating my family badly when buying a truck. I do not know who he works for or who manages the money but he is taking down the business. That customer service from this manager is a complete disaster. he has good vehicles but the manager is rubbish. worst rating for this Dealer

The dealership has very good cars. Slightly higher in price but the quality of the service is great. They value their customers time and get straight to the point. The willingness of negotiating is almost non-existent and usually firm or close to the price they are asking for.

I went to USA CAR EXPO looking for a newer diesel truck. They never pushed me, I test drove several trucks (THEY HAVE A LOT OF TRUCKS) and left to do some research on prices. This is when I realized how fair their prices were and returned the next day to purchase. Their finance department got me an awesome deal, I didn't even realize they work with so many banks. I have never in my life had such an easy experience buying a used vehicle. I will never go anywhere else. My absolute favorite thing was that they are not like another dealer and don't try to push you into anything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would truly recommend this dealership to everyone.

We found a Hummer online that we were interested in. My wife and I filled out the credit app online. Ramon promptly called us back the next day, and we headed out of town to look at said vehicle. Drove 4 1/2 hours one way and it was absolutely worth the effort. Got exactly what I wanted and they were willing to work with me to make the deal happen. They were great to work with and did exactly what they said they would do. Don't expect a big flashy showroom...but that is not what is important to me when buying a "new to me" car..('08 Toyota Avalon, white pearl with tan leather interior, moon roof and navigation)...exactly what I wanted. Tim was ready to make a deal and he did.

I talked to them on the phone -- not easy, they don't answer the phone. I drove to their location, and found the car, but could not find their actual office, just the cars on a empty lot. I called again, and the person I reached was extremely rude and unhelpful. I told him I was standing next to the car I was interested in, and he would not come to the car and show it to me. I expect I can find someone more friendly to do business with.

DO NOT buy from this dealership. Tim sold me a used F250 that had blown head gaskets. The repair cost me over $7K and they would not help with the bill. I believe they knew about the problem the whole time and sold me a piece of junk. These guys are very dishonest - be aware and stay away!!!

After much research spanning many different sites I found the right car for me through cars.com at USA Car Expo.
