I had been searching for a new car for the last few months or so, and came across Used Car Motor Mall in Grand Rapids. I checked the reviews naturally, and I read nothing but great reviews about the place. I had the pleasure of working with Jose; he truly goes the extra mile, is very easy to talk to, and really cares about his customers. On my test drive with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata everything was perfect except the taillights did not work at all; so while I was still there he immediately had them replaced. 100% recommend checking out this business if you're looking for a good used car!

I went to the Motor Mall with a very specific car in mind. Anthony was incredibly patient with me as I debated the right choice for my family. When the vehicle I went up to view didn't meet my expectations, he found a better alternative. I got a great deal, felt no pressure, and they even helped me get it delivered. Overall a great experience!

Great prices, friendly service; what more could you ask for! From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Anthony was great! He was informative, helpful and not pushy at all. I have nothing but positive things to say. I would highly recommend seeing Anthony at Used Car Motor Mall! You won't be disappointed!

Very satisfied with my visit. Came in with my old 2008 Suburban and left with a 2020 Malibu with only 20,000 miles and only 16,000$ Anthony was very helpful, and clarified things for me to fully understand things. He made sure i left pleased and helped me to get the cheapest option!! Definitely recommend coming here and getting a vehicle from them SUPER HELPFUL!!
