I'm one of "those" people who look for a car for some time! I thought I had decided on the kind I wanted. My boyfriend went to look at Bob Utter Ford Pre-Owned Vehicles. Brad Kerrigan came out to help him. I live in Dallas, so I decided to check out the dealership on line. WOW what a bunch of NICE Pre-Owned vehicles!! Then, I saw "THE CAR" !! I called Brad and it was ON! I came to the dealership the next morning. Brad had my paperwork in order, answered all our questions and gave us lots of great information, and gave me a great deal. I thought it was going to be a difficult situation like I had to deal with in the past, but not this time. I suggest to anyone who is looking for a car, You gotta call this guy! Seriously, he will work hard for you. He understands our side and will do everything within his limits to help you. I will enjoy those free car washes too. Thanks again Brad

Bob Utter Ford should be very proud to have a man such as Brad Kerrigan to represent them!! I had been looking for a while at Ford Expeditions EL when I called your dealership and Brad was the one I got to talk with. He immediately went to work at trying to flatter me with his expertise and I was thinking to myself, GREAT, just another salesman!!! I went ahead and gave him my list of demands and he quickly told me he had one of two vehicles that had my name on it, but the only problem was the color, BLACK, yuck! The color that was on the bottom of the list. Well, one vehicle was there and the other one was at Blake Utter's dealership and Brad was so confident I was gonna own one of them he said he was gonna go and get the other one so I could see both of them side by side. Still unsure of the color, my husband and I decided to drive two and a half hours to see these vehicles. When we arrived, Brad met us, before we even got out of our vehicle, and had both BLACK Expeditions side by side as he said he would. Well very long and interesting story short....... I now own one, not only BLACK exterior but even BLACK interior Ford Expedition EL all because Brad Kerrigan is not only confident of himself with his job but confident in his customers with there feelings. Brad, you did good convincing me and thats not always an easy thing to do!! I love my Expedition and look foward to a long relationship with Bob Utter Ford Dealership.

With my '07 Ford Escape getting up there in mileage, it was time for us to buy another truck. After doing hours and hours of research on-line I had narrowed down the trucks / cars I wanted to look at. There were several trucks and a couple of cars spread out among four dealerships. Taking into account my past experiences with the Bob Utter Ford \ Lincoln \ Kia dealership (all extremely positive) I decided to start with them. The day was overcast, cold, windy and wet; not the best day to go shopping for a new truck. Arriving at the Pre-owned Supercenter of Bob Utter Ford we were met in the lot by Brad Kerrigan. The weather seemed to have no effect on him, he was energetic, friendly and likable. As it turned out he is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of purchasing a quality pre-owned vehicle. With just a few questions he knew what type, make, model and price range of truck we were looking for. Within minutes he was showing us the prefect truck. My first thoughts on seeing the truck he showed us was "no way this is in my price range, this is way more truck than I can afford". I had spent the previous week researching new and used vehicles and had a good idea what I could afford. Brad told me that "This is the truck for you". A short test drive later I was sold on trying to get this truck. We went inside and began the paperwork. In a very short while (compared to any other vehicle shopping experience I have had) he had the paper work prepared, financing confirmed and us headed over to the finance office. From the time I entered the lot until I was driving off with my new Pre-owned truck was less than the time it took to drive to the dealership. Brad Kerrigan has a degree of professionalism, honesty and integrity that is difficult to match anywhere. If you are in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle, make the trip to Bob Utter Ford \ Lincoln \ Kia to the Pre-Owned Supercenter and talk to Brad - you will not find a better person to purchase from.

I was dealing with brad kerrington and he was very helpful in helping me find the car that best suited my needs. he was knowledgeable about both new and used cars and helped me weigh my options about what was best. I was able to get pre approved over the phone and was there for less than an hour from start to finish and that time included my test drive.

I can't believe I have a new Ford Escape sitting in my driveway. I thought I needed to work on my credit rating, but was going to just look "and sit" in a Ford Escape and Nissan Rogue. Well, I never made it to Nissan. I met Brad Kerrigan and he is good at his job. He send me home to test drive the Escape for the weekend and I was hooked. While I was enjoying the new car smell Brad and Chris McClour in finance were making miracles happen. I cannot find the words for the deal I was offered. After the purchase, Danny Smith made sure I knew all about the controls of which I'm sure this old lady won't use half of. Brad, Chris and Danny said to let them know if I had any questions and they were sincere. I was so impressed with the staff at Bob Utter Ford, Lincoln, Kia.

Christmas 2013 I wanted a new Kia Soul. I knew exactly what car I wanted but I wanted a specific color. I live in Arlington, Texas and I could not find the exact car with the color I wanted but in Sherman. I contacted the dealership there and Brad Kerrigan quoted me the price of the car. I did my homework and checked many, many other dealerships to see what their price would be with the same features (just a different color). Other dealerships quoted me about $2,000 more. Me being a girl and being ripped off so many times throughout my life by car salesman I still didn't believe any car salesman could be trusted. But I thought I would chance it after all I didn't have to buy the car if I didn't want it. I got approved prior to me driving 1 1/2 hours to Sherman and knew approximately what my payments would be. Once I got there I checked the car out and it was perfect. I got the price as it was quoted to me. They had a person there to go over all the features in my car before I left. Brad did exactly as what he said he would do and I love my car. I kept up with Brad through Facebook since that time. My daughter and son-in law needed a car and they found a car in Grapevine. I had to co-sign. I should have known better to check out the price and everything prior to buying that car. I should have called Brad. But since my son in law was a guy and he supposedly checked out the price etc I thought he would know. He didn't. That salesman ripped me off bad. I paid about 10k more for that car then I should have. Then my other daughter needed a car about a month ago. Since I had been keeping up with Brad and knew his background I thought Brad could be trusted. So I contacted Brad. I tell you I will never ever buy another car but from Brad. He got my daughter such a great deal on a used car. He was totally honest about the car. I will only buy a car from Brad Kerrigan even though I have to drive 1 1/2 hours to get it.

Love my new Kia! FASTEST I have EVER completed a car deal. I found the car I wanted online and called them the next morning. After seeing reviews on another site, I knew the salesman I wanted to talk to was Brad Kerrigan. The reviews I had read were ABSOLUTELY correct! I felt like he put my best interest FIRST rather than seeing how little he could give and still get the sale. I was coming from Louisiana to purchase the car. Brad worked with me throughout the day to answer any questions I had, sent pictures, etc via phone and text. Sent me the financial paperwork and took it over to the finance guy, then sent me back what my payments would be. He even discounted the car further to compensate me for the trip to come purchase the car!!! When we arrived we were greeted at the door by name. The paperwork was waiting for us to sign. No waiting around there, and no major trying to pursuade us to add on more stuff to the deal. Chris simply told us what was available, and let us decide - NO pushy high pressure sales pitch! Quick and efficient. After the purchase of the car, their "tech guy," Danny, sat in the car with us and made sure we were comfortable with all the features and how to use them. From arrival at the front door to pulling out of the parking lot with a full tank of gas took only two hours! Everyone we dealt with was simply AWESOME!!! No haggling over price - can't imagine getting a better deal than they offered me!!! Now I'm glad it took a month to find the car I wanted, and the wait was well worth it!!!!!!!

I had many car troubles before and felt forced into going to small, local dealerships where I would pay countless dollars and receive only disappointment. I felt at my end with car dealerships, especially since the amount of a Master's degree worth of student loan debt mixed with a slew of bad personal choices at 18 left me with very poor credit. However, less than one year ago, I ventured to Bob Utter Ford Lincoln Kia to speak to Brad Kerrigan, at the reference of my sister. When I first entered Brad's office, we reviewed my situation and finances, and on that day, Brad promised he would find me a car I would love, could afford, and would help me in the credit department. Brad also made a bold dare that in a few months time, he would get me into a brand new car. Honestly, I didn't quite believe in my "car dreams" coming true, but I was wrong! Without giving an entire narrative, Brad achieved what I thought was impossible - he put me in a car I absolutely LOVED within the same week! It was a used car (what I was shopping for), but it was a one-owner, well-maintained luxury model that had an excellent maintenance record so it felt very new to me. Needless to say, I was more than pleased! As with used cars, I encountered a couple of bumps, but Brad promised to take care of me and he did. Issues were fixed with no questions asked and with respect to my time constraints and finances. Overall, the car was an excellent purchase and I had no issues! I got many compliments and remarks about how nice my car was and I loved having something that was finally mine! Brad maintained an open line of communication from the first day of meeting until about 7 months later when he shot me a message that asked how I felt about getting myself a brand NEW car. Skeptic me thought this impossible, but Brad had a plan and if anyone could do it, I believed Brad could! Long story short, Brad worked day in and day out and tirelessly to get me a car I could both afford and love. 7 months ago I was in a car I loved and on my birthday this year, Brad gave me a gift I never thought possible - a brand new, never driven, straight from the show room Kia Optima at both a price that was unbeatable and with amenities that I love! Coming from a family where "new car" had never happened before, this was a tremendous milestone for me! Brad kept his promise - to get me a car I loved, could afford, and was helping my credit, but he also built a tremendous bridge of loyalty and helped me achieve what I never thought possible for myself. It is a world of mirrors out there, especially when dealing with car dealerships and salesmen, but at Bob Utter, what you see is what you get and it is nothing short of excellent professionalism, superb customer service, dependability, and above all, extreme loyalty. I recently recommended my mother (who hates shopping for anything, by the way!) and she purchased a car from Brad as well, with the same extreme ease, happiness, and professionalism I received. From start to finish, the friendly staff at Bob Utter made me feel at home and completely at ease with my first ever new car purchase. From the car savvy of my salesman Brad Kerrigan, to the kindness of the receptionist Amy Pierce, to Chris McClour and Dustin McCormack who made signing the paperwork efficient, thorough, and fast, and to the awesome tech specialist, Danny Smith, who helped me set up everything in my car and was also able to thoroughly answer all of my questions - the entire experience (3 times - with my first car, new car, and with my mother's purchase) were nothing short of exceptional. This is by far one of the best buying experiences we have had. We purchased a new Kia from them just a few days ago and they are on top of their game. There was even some lot damage or something on the vehicle we found the day after we purchased it. They said no problem...we sent picks and they are fixing it when we pick up our tags in a week or so. Rick Burkhalter our sales associate listened to all of wants, answered all of our questions and treated us like a person not a number. We looked for a week or so and have no regrets picking an Utter Family Dealership. Finance department was nice, straightforward, and offered a great price on the Diamond warranty. You may get better finance prices at your bank instead of Kia but other than that wonderful experience. If you are in the market for a New Kia I would definitely take the afternoon off and run up to Sherman,

I want to say that buying my 2012 Ford F 150 was a pleasant experience. Every person I encountered from my salesman, Brad Kerrigan to the finance and service departments were very professional and courteous. I am always reluctant in buying a car from a dealership because of previous bad experiences which used pressure and deceptive practices. Not so at Bob Utter Ford. My husband and I were just looking to see what type of vehicle we wanted when we stopped in to test drive an Expedition. A salesman immediately greeted us. We took a demo Expedition for a ride and when we came back the salesman asked what we thought. I told him for the cost of an Expedition, I wanted the color of my choice. He then invited another salesman over to answer questions that was more knowledgeable on the car we wanted. He asked our must haves and left for 5 minutes. He came back with the one I wanted 100 miles away and offered it as a competitive price to the demo. We told him we were just looking today. He then said he did not want to pressure anyone in purchasing a vehicle and that he would honor the price until Tuesday. It was Saturday. He then gave us his card with his cell and said we could call anytime. We felt no pressure in buying this car. We did not feel like we were annoying anyone by just looking. We were only there for 45 minutes and did not have to go through the awful sales negotiations, back and forth battle! Even the finance department was easy! We purchased it on Monday and I came back the next day and spent an hour with the technology man to teach me how to use the nav system. BEST car buying experience ever!!!

I've bought 2 cars from Bob Utter Ford, my parents have bought a car, my brother-in-law has bought 2 cars, and a co-worker just brought a truck. The reason we keep going back and recommending anyone who asks is simple, our salesman Tommy Altland. He will do whatever he can to get us AMAZING deals. He took a whole day and brought different cars to my office for me to look at becuase he knew I couldnt get away to come to the dealership. How many salesman would would give up an entire day to leave their desk just to cater to one client? You want a deal and first class service, shop at Bob Utter Ford. True car buying experience!

Ive bought a car there in the past and had a great experience i shopped around for ever and got the best deal at Bob Utter Ford but what really keeps me coming back is service Roy down in the service dept really takes care of me and unfortunately ive tried out there body shop and that even though it was tough time they made it as easy as possible and the car looked great afterwards. If your thinnking of buying a car give them a chance you wont regret it.

I had the most valuable experience at Bob Utter Ford. My salesman was: Tommy Atland, who went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I went in and explained to Tommy: I'm not here to buy, I'm just looking and yes I've been to other dealerships shopping around. Once I explained what I wanted, Tommmy looked for the specific SUV. He found the loaded FORD Edge, with exactly everything I was looking for. Once I sat down with Tommy and Chris (the Finance guy) they were able to get my payments to exactly where I needed them to be. Both guys provided excellant customer service and I would highly recommend anyone to them. Tommy went above and beyond to search for the right SUV and provided me outstanding customer service, just like I was part of his family. Everyone I have dealt with at Bob Utter makes you feel comfortable and at home with NO PRESSURE to purchase a vehicle. I am recently divorced and I was nervous about a salesmen trying to take advantage of or BS a single woman. I can definitely say that was NOT the case at Bob Utter. Recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape (Titanium Edition) from Bob Utter Ford in Sherman, TX. Like I told Bob, it was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I've ever had at an auto dealership. The salesperson, Tommy Altland, was outstanding. He knew I was busy and needed to handle a lot of the paperwork, etc., "on the run," so we worked via e-mail as much as possible and then -- and this was especially helpful -- he brought a vehicle for me to test drive to my office. Whatever I needed, he made it happen. Tommy also guided me through the new Sync technology and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. And best of all..... I love my 2013 Escape! It's perfect for my life and my needs. Great experience!
