I love this dealership. I stopped on a whim when searching for a Tahoe. Steve informed me that they didn't have one in stock, but would be happy to look for one. In the meantime he showed me some explorers that he did have. I fell for the white limited. I love the car. After a no hassle sale, i took it home. A couple weeks later it developed an emission problem. They promptly took it in and gave me a loaner til mine was fixed. I have a hectic schedule and they always do what ever they can to work around it and get me going as fast as possible. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My only gripe is that the lot is very tight and it can be difficult to find a parking spot. I recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

I had been searching for a particular car and had a particular price point in mind, and after calling, emailing, and visiting many dealers in the southern NH, ME and northern MA area, I found Josh and Steve at Uxbridge to be the most friendly, straightforward and open to discussing options with me of any of the ones I went to. I got the exact car I had in mind (with better options, woohoo!) with a great trade in value for my previous car. It was definitely worth the trip for me. Josh even spent plenty of time with me to help me set up my iPhone with the blue tooth and explained all of the features of the car. I would recommend without hesitation for your next used car purchase, and I'll be coming back in a couple of years when my daughter needs her first car.

I went to Uxbridge Auto after seeing an ad for a 2014 Mustang convertible in a local newspaper. It was a 45 minute drive and worth every minute of it. I was greeted by Josh Cahill in a professional manner and it was the easiest car shopping experience that I have ever had. Josh was personable and was my guide through the process, he gave me the carfax and the dealer backround on the car, the car is great, I am very satisfied, I recommend the dealer, Josh in particular. The dealership provided the sticker, the paperwork and changed the oil in the car using Mobil One, an unexpected perk.

We purchased 2 vehicles here within the last 3 years and have been very pleased. We have been bringing our cars here for service, prior to purchases, for about 7 years. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and dependable, both in sales and service departments. As busy as their service department is, on a few occasions I have called about an emergency repair requiring immediate attention prior to a long road trip and they took the car in right away. When purchasing a vehicle, the paperwork is handled quickly and efficiently, and always with a smile. Their inventory is good, covering many price ranges, and the cars are in great shape.

I had been to a few of the big dealships, the lions den I call them- the first one , I went too --alone. So the next few times I took my son with me- I just could not stand the hype and because I am a woman I felt as though they took advantage of me , so I watched my son do the talk and finally I thought I could go out on my own as I did not want to keep him in tow ! I wanted a 2012 Ford Escape! Just could not find one with the options and the price range and color --- Then my husband spotted one at Uxbridge Auto , but not in my color, so I ignored it- until I went onto the website- WOW ... price was right --options ? It was a LIMITED. I called and got Josh and it was smooth sailing from then- It was a dark gray not white but I am very happy with my 2012 FORD ESCAPE LIMITED :)

The team at Uxbridge Auto is fantastic. Steve has sold me 2 cars over the last 5 years. One was just totaled and I needed to replace it. He helped me make sure I got into the car I wanted and I love my new crv! Jeannie was out of town when I was ready to pick it up and Josh had it all ready for me. We've been using their service department for years since they also have a rental/ loaner service and we're a one car household. Besides that the service department is great and even gave me some great advice to make my battery last while they did my oil change (don't leave chargers plugged in folks). When I arrived to pick up my car, they pulled around front before I asked. Personal service!

On the way to work my12 year old Jeep died on the highway. Just a horrible experience. Millville gas station took my dead jeep off the road. Uxbridge Auto (Steve) delivered a rental to my home ,so I got to my job. Next day Steve let me test drive many used vehicles. Russ allowed me to come in late one evening to show my husband the car I fell in love with. That weekend I purchased the car from Joshua, who answered my million questions. These three men, Steve, Russ, & Joshua were so professional and down to earth. Three days later, I picked up my used car that looked like it just came off the show room floor. The vehicle had its new plates, registered, & I was given 1000,000 miles or 5 years from date of purchase (what ever comes 1st) vehicle extended head to toe service plan for a very reasonable price. They even waive the $100 deductible under this plan. I understand that I have to pay for any normal wear & tear on the car, such as breaks & tires. Joshua came to my home & program my garage door opener and Bluetooth phone. This car came with so many extras, heated leather seats, 13 speakers, sun roof, & every day I find more options that were put into this car. This 2012 used vehicle came with 16,000 miles on it, had I purchased a 2014 new, it would have cost me close to double the price. What a deal! I will send all of my friends & family for sure!

My husband and I have purchased our last three cars from Uxbridge Auto. Before every purchase, we would have our own mechanic thoroughly check the car, and we've never had any "red flags" with any of the cars we chose. Negotiating a fair price wasn't a problem, either. We tend to do our homework well whenever making these kinds of decisions and we have always walked away satisfied with the people at Uxbridge Auto. Our only complaint is that there never is a place to park your own car when you want to look at the ones in the lot.

Brought vehicle in for an alignment and upon completion and driving expressed minor issue to Russ. Immediately had vehicle back, found cause of problem and promptly repaired at know additional cost. While working on vehicle Bob also noticed all tires cracking from dry rot. A potentially serious problem if not caught. I mention this because almost any other place would have tried to scare you into buying their tires. There was no hard sell or intimidation. Bob was simply alerting me of the the problem. Refreshing to do business with an honest company, especially local, who doesn't want to empty your pockets just to walk on their property. If the service department is any indication how the rest of the business is run, I wouldn't hesitate to see them for a vehicle. Very honest, professional and bend over backwards to assure customer satisfaction.

I went to Uxbridge Auto because I wanted to support a business in my town plus I have known Russ Rosborough all my life and I trust him. My daughter Kellie and I went together...told him what I was looking for. Tried out 3 cars...picked one that was perfect for me...went into the office and negotiated with Russ...agreed on a price...filled out the paperwork...all in 1 hour and 15 minutes and we walked out of there with smiles on our faces. Went back a few days later and Steve (salesman) sat in my new car with me and went over every single thing...answered all of my million questions...and if he didn't know an answer he looked it up in the car manual and found the answer. I drove out of there a very happy customer. A few days later I wasn't sure how to work my new keys (push buttons) and called Russ...he drove to my house and showed me all the features and how to work them. You can't ask for better service than that. I have had my car since May 2013...not one complaint. I will always be an Uxbridge Auto Customer. Back in December, my 2001 Jeep decided it was time to go. I was in a bind for a car and needed to get one quickly. I started my hunt at another dealership where they were more focused on selling me something for more money than what I actually needed. When I went to Uxbridge Auto and told Steve what I was looking for. He pointed me at a Pontiac G6. It was in beautiful shape, and it drove like new. He was patient and kind with me while I figured about getting a loan for it. They even stayed open a little bit later for me to pick it up one night since I worked past their closing time. Everyone I met at Uxbridge Auto was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be taking my car back there when it needs any type of service. Thank you Uxbridge Auto!

Outstanding dealership! I have dealt with many salesman and dealerships over the years and like most others, typically don't enjoy them and don't look forward to future encounters. Uxbridge Auto is a refreshing exception to that rule! The folks there are extremely helpful, no sales pressure, and no playing games. We were looking for a dependable car for my niece, searching the entire northeast and midwest, and found the best deal at Uxbridge Auto. We worked with Steve a little and mostly Russ, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with! I'll be sending Russ an email shortly looking for another vehicle for my BIL.....and we live in Ohio! We have dealt with Bob for service to our vehicle in the past when the location was a Chevy Dealer. We had airbag sensors replaced on our 2005 Chevy Suburban; which was done professionally. We did have to wait some additional time for the parts; but that appeared to be the fault of the auto parts supplier. In the future; we'll return to Uxbridge Auto for service to this boat!

Our family has bought multiple cars from Uxbridge Auto and we find the place to be clean, welcoming, easily accesible and Russ and Steve to be friendly and accomodating, never making me feel out of place or in the way as some service/garages make one feel. Although I dreaded going car shopping alone, Steve made my visit to Uxbridge Auto quite the opposite. He let me bring the used car to my mechanic to look it over, offered me a fair price for my trade in and made sure I was happy with the condition of the vehicle I was purchasing. I found the asking price was below blue book value. Russ went out of his way to help solve an insurance stamp delay I was experiencing. Steve and Russ kept their word, were fair and honest and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with the people at Uxbridge Auto. I have already recommended them to several friends.
