I've lost track but I think I've bought 7 vehicles from V&H over the years. Both New and used. The Sales team has always been friendly, helpful and seems to really appreciate your business. I've dealt with Todd Barton for over 15 years now. Great guy!. My most recent purchase was a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I initiated the deal with Todd who then turned it over to Michael Steinert. Michael was very courteous and helpful and is a great source of information, especially on the Jeep. John Broome was incredibly fast and efficient in setting up the financing for the purchase and taking care of registration. Buying a vehicle is one thing but service is an issue over a much longer period of time. I has been my experience that the V&H Service department is courteous, thorough, and efficient in maintaining your vehicle. All in all, a great dealership!

We had a wonderful experience with V&H Automotive when we decided to trade in my Jeep for an updated model. We worked with Paul Brayer and couldn't have gotten a better salesman! We knew what we were looking for but didn't expect him to go above and beyond and completely exceed our expectations. He worked quickly and diligently over the Christmas holiday to get everything finalized for us. Not only did he just come through for us, he was such a nice, genuine and good guy to work with. I'd recommend him and V&H to anyone. I also have to say how impressed I was with the service department. Shortly after purchasing my Jeep I had taken it in to have the paint and rust protection as well as a hitch installed on my new Jeep. I can't say enough how amazing my Jeep looked when I picked it up. They did such a wonderful job! The hitch looked just as if it came from the factory, I was so pleased with how everything turned out. We would definitely recommend this dealership (especially Paul) to anyone!

This is the second time I bought a vehicle from this dealership and both times were hassle free. My salesman, Paul, was great from the time I contacted him by email right through driving both of my vehicles out the door. I was looking at a used vehicle and had one in mind when I went over to V & H on a Saturday morning. Alas, the truck I was thinking about buying was sold an hour before I walked in the door, but Paul was there for me. He went through his inventory and found a few suitable vehicles for what I had in mind and I still got a great deal on a nice vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else!

The whole team at V&H made the buying process from search to delivery an enjoyable experience. The V&H sales staff helped us decide what options we needed for our Transit Wagon and found one for us. The V&H office staff ensured shipping to Marshfield was expedited as we needed the Van by Christmas. The V&H parts department found the additional items we wanted installed on the Van. Finally the V&H service department ensured the rustproofing, paint seal and fabric protection was completed timely. Our overall experience was a wonderful Christmas present as Santa delivered the Van to our family at Midnight on Christmas... what a surprise for my 7 children.

I drove 86 miles from Eau Claire with my parents to look at a Dodge Avenger at V & H Automotive. We left after work and arrived there about a half hour before closing time. Looked at the car and loved it. Even though it was late and it was the day before the 4th of July, they bent over backwards to help me purchase my car. I worked with Randy Bluhm and talked financing with Eric Simonson. Most banks were already closed for the holiday but Eric spent as much time as it took until he found one that was willing to work with me. By the time we had finished all the paper work it was nearly 10PM. Randy Bluhm stayed even longer, sat in the car with me, set up my bluetooth phone, and went through all the bells and whistles with me so I knew all the features and how everything worked. I was taking a bite out of their holiday weekend but they couldn't have been nicer. I now have a car I absolutely love and purchasing it was a pleasure when working with these guys. Would definitely recommend V & H Automotive and Eric and Randy to anyone looking for a car. It was worth the drive!!

Randy worked with me to understand exactly what I needed and when I couldn't find it on the lot, he search until he found the perfect Jeep for me. Since August of 2013 we have purchased 2 vehicles and are currently looking for a third(to pull our big 5th wheel). We believe in keeping our money local, so each time including this third time we have come to V & H hoping to keep our money in the local economy. The building is great , the people have been generally polite.BUT... each time we think we will end up with a local deal, our sales person will come back after talking with "his boss" and no such luck. It would be different if they made some attempt at bargaining,but no. Last week when we came in all "his boss " would do is come down $300 and throw in mud flaps that we would have to install. As I said we gave them 2 other chances since last August and we bought 2 very nice vehicles through the internet from out of area dealers( Edge limited & Explorer) we got the deals we wanted and have been very pleased. It is just a shame that when you want to keep money local and you have a business that doesn't want to deal. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them!

I have had bad luck with them. I call, they just closed even though it's 5 til or I leave a message got call back 3 days later. This has happened several times. It is very discouraging. I ordered floor mats. They ordered the wrong kind. Got an oil change and tire rotation. They couldn't do all the normal checks the main tech was out of town. I want to buy local but with my luck with them I think I will have to go out of town. Not convinced. Maybe my standards are too high for a small town business.

My wife and I drove from Wausau to Marshfield to work with Randy Bluhm at V&H. Randy's been doing business with our family for over 20 years, working with my father in law, and his father as well, so we knew he was dependable, but our he still exceeded our expectations. I contacted Randy and let him know what we were looking for, and he had 2 vehicles ready for us to see when we arrived. We drove one and immediately began paperwork. I've never had to not haggle with a salesman, but Randy brought us back a price that I knew was more than fair based on the research I'd done. The business manager that did our finances, Eric Simonson, was awesome to work with. We definitely did not feel like we were dealing with "car guys." When we went today to finish paperwork and pick up our new vehicle, we took our 2 year old along. We were in Eric's office when Ashley came through and asked us if he could play in the room next door with toys and legos. She must have spent 20 minutes keeping him company while we finished things up with Eric. We drove away happy and we will most definitely be back next time we need a vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee Summit from Sam Jirschele. I had not owned a Jeep since high school. This is an awesome vehicle. So far the mileage is 26 hwy and 17 city from the 305 hp V-6. Sam did an excellent job communicating and getting the correct specifications and locating the vehicle. He is very responsive and kept the process moving. I did not get a price from another Jeep dealer. I feel their pricing was very fair. Sam also did a great job expalining the electronics and navigating the very user friendly controls. We added the Auto Armour paint protection which I highly recommend. In fact, I'm going to have them do my 2008 ZO6 Corvette. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend V&H for your next vehicle purchase.

I would recommend V&H Automotive to anyone looking for a great deal and an honest place to do business. I was treated with respect and I didn't even have to negotiate really on the new Ram truck I was looking at because the price they offered me was extremely fair. I had checked out a lot of trucks online prior to going in the V&H but the selection and other reviews drove me to give them a shot. Michael - He listens to all my questions and concerns and then works to find the real answer not just bs off the top of his head. We have learned more about how cars are packaged and priced so that our dicision is knowledgable. He has taken every change in stride. He has made numerous phone calls to find "Our Car" available at another dealership while we wait for ours to be delivered. Plus he gave us a mug and ice scraper (LOL).

I am a very busy teacher, working in three schools so my car has become my mobile office. This morning, on my third trip to the car, to carry in yet another arm load of grocery sacks for students to decorate, I closed the trunk only to realize I was NO LONGER holding my car keys in my hand. I had dropped them in the trunk! I did NOT have time to panic. I quickly called V&H and left my salesman, Michael Steinert, a voicemail asking what to expect when I called the 800 number for assistance to get my keys out of my car. Rather than call me back, he drove across town to help me himself! What a wonderful surprise! Michael sold me the car nearly 2 years ago, and he is still very happy to help in time of need! Thanks a lot!!

Mike, was a great help in my decision to purchase my 2010 lincoln mkz. Even though i live 300 miles from the dealership i felt VERY confident about the car. Although there was a few hiccups at the the dealership, mike was a GREAT help. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking at a car at this dealership. I just hope Mike will get a copy of this review, he deserves it.

We came by looking at a new F150 and it was closing time the salesman Sam J. stayed and showed us the vehicle. We came back the next day and he had everything set up for us to test drive the trucks we purchased one that day. Everyone was very friendly. When I brought the truck back in to have the special clear coat put on they gave me a loaner car. We are very happy with our new truck.

If you have not been down to V & H Ford Marshfield to look at new or used vehicles you should they have everything!!! Go talk to Dave Schnitzler he has been the BEST SALES GUY I have ever delt with!! You have questions he will answer them all!! Great personality & very friendly!! Also for the financial part of it you should go talk to John Broome this guy is one amazing person to talk to!! Very friendly person, has the most upbeat personality you will ever find. You will never meet any one with such a go go outlook on life and work!! Will do everything to help a person out to get what they want!! I can honestly say they are now 2 people I would call friends they helped me out so much buying my 2012 Dodge Ram!! My husband and I had been looking for a new 2013 Ford Escape with the eco boost. I had recently bought a Ford truck with the eco boost and just love it. We were greeted by Eric S. V&H had exactly what we were looking for in the color we wanted. Not only did they give us what we wanted for our Mariner but Ford had a great offer on warrenty insurance. All of the staff was great to work with. Nice clean facility.

I found myself in a situation where I needed a new truck yesterday. You can imagine my surprise when a Sunday afternoon of window shopping turned up the exact truck I needed, and the price was way under Kelly Blue Book. After a first class experience with your entire staff, I saw something I really wasn supposed to. The sticker price on the truck was only $168 over exactly what V & H had in the truck! Between the exceptional treatment I received and the too good to be true price, V & H just got a customer for life. Ie always seen buying vehicles as a combination of a tug of war and painful dickering marathon. In the end, I always felt I could have done better. This was easy, and I know I got a steal.

I did a lot of shopping around for a full month and V&H offered the best rates and term. Michael was my sales guy and I would recommend him to anyone! He was amazing when it came to finding exactly what I wanted and in my price range. He was honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I felt he went above and beyond to help me in my purchase. I did not feel like he was playing any games or messing with my head as I had previously felt with other salesman. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would highly recommend Michael as your sales guy. I guarantee you will be very pleased with him.

I have been looking for a good used van for over a year. I happened to check out the V & H site over the weekend and e-mailed Joe Maass for more details on an 2007 Town & Country. He contacted me Monday morning, I test drove the vehicle on Monday night and settled the details of the purchase with Eric Sadowska. Friday afternoon I drove off with exactly what I had been searching for within the price I wanted to spend. I found the whole staff to be delightful to work with.

Drove over 121 miles one way to pick up a 2010 Lincoln for over $30,000,clean carfax,20,000 miles. Pictures on the site look good. The sales person I was dealing with assured me over the phone this vehical was in top condtion inside and out. Its what I insisted on prior to making the trip. Arriving to see the vehical was not cleaned up,had minor front end damage and an additional 1,500 more miles than disclosed to me. Car was far from being prestine condition as promised. Although the carfax was clean of accidents,someone did hit something with this vehical and fixed it in an unprofessional matter but noticable.NOT acceptable for the money. Sales person and manager only agreed with the things I pointed out were wrong. They never disagreed with any of it. Never offered to make anything right,No apology,No thank you for looking...NOTHING. I cant help to think these guys knew all along that I was mislead and maybe wouldnt notice. I do question the ethics of this dealership.

My experience with V&H Automotive was great. I could not believe the extra services that I received. Who would have thought that the salesman,Johnnee would drive to Stevens Point to let me test drive the van? He was courteous,very knowlodgable about the van and not a pushy salesman. The van is well kept and at a good price. I will recommend Johnnee Brandl and V&H Automotive to my friends and family. I will certainly purchase my next automobile from V&H Automotive.

I had no intention of getting a new vehicle at the time. I was just browsing the internet and had happened to come across V&H and was interested in a vehicle on their lot. I did end up purchasing the vehicle. The facility is beautiful and very welcoming. The loan process through them was excellent! very simple, easy to understand, and the gentleman who did my loan was wonderful! He was very kind, funny, easy to understand, and just an over-all good guy! I will say the downfall of V&H was that it seemed as if alot of people there were "pushy". I understand they are salesmen but my significant other and I had no time to even discuss with eachother our thoughts on the dealership or the vehicles there. It would have been nice to have a day or two to think about this big decision in our lives. Again, as I do understand they are salesmen and want to make a sale, I felt that just because I was looking at a vehicle there, I had to buy it. I did end up purchasing a vehicle through V&H, but only because it was a vehicle I liked and it was a good price.

My vehicle battery malfunctioned and my young son and I were stranded in 90 degree heat. I called V & H service and Joe immediately helped us, even after they had just closed. He personally called a tow truck and after installing a new battery we were on the road again. V & H goes above and beyond!

We needed to replace one of our 1999 vehicles and began looking. Found a great 2008 Durango with V&H, but after realizing our family had out grown our current Durango, decided on a van. The van decision happened fast when our 99 Durango died on a Saturday. That Monday Joe & I started emailing what was available for vans, did the financing online & picked it up Tuesday night. Fast & Easy. There were a couple vehicle issues that needed to be dealt with and have been by V&H going above & beyond what I had expected. Although I reluctantly drive a van now, the experience was great & we'll be going back when we need another vehicle.

I was in the market for a used full sized truck and found one meeting my needs from this dealer online. I sent an email requesting more information and received a very prompt, friendly response. We set up a time to test drive it a few days later. I was so impressed with my sales associate Randy and felt at ease working with him. I never felt pressured to buy and was treated with respect. Once I decided this was the truck for me and the details worked out, I began working with one of the managers, Joe for financing. Process was fast, service was friendly and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I live two hours away from this dealer but will be back in for future purchases.

Both my husband and I have purchased vehicles from V & H automotive for the past 6 years: First we leased a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was a great vehicle. Other than oil changes which was taken care of quickly, we did not have any problems. Next was a 2006 Dodge Charger lease which went very well, no problems or concenrs there. Then we purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass without a hitch, we added one later which V & H installed for us. Next was a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The service department was great with all the extra equipemt I had installed. Dustin is the best, does more than a good job and knows the best way to do it and can explain things to me that I can understand. Latest Lease is a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Everything was done as if we were the only customers that mattered and whenever we have questions they are answered and even followed up if more details need to be confirmed. I will do all my business there and if something would change I be writting another review. Thanks V & H for making it all so enjoyable.
