Just want to thank my car dealer Shep for putting my dream in my driveway. He’s an awesome sales person who will work diligently with you to make your car goals a reality. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends for their future vehicles. Thank you Shep for getting me my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport...

I have had pleasant experiences at Vaden Nissan for the past four years. Their technicians are very efficient; I'm not wasting time being there for an overwhelming amount of time. Scheduling appointments are effortless with the assistance of service advisor Marlon, who gets me scheduled as soon as possible. I highly recommend Vaden Nissan.

I must say that I am completely impressed with the high level professionalism that was displayed by Michael Marshall. I came in with low expectations because buying cars can be a tedious and drawn out process however, this was not the case here. Michael was very prompt, well spoken and informative. He got me into a New Nissan Maxima and I love everything about the car and the process. If you want an extremely professional and seamless experience then Michael Marshall is definitely the salesman for you I cant recommend him enough guys he's fantastic!!!!

After completing a oil filter and oil change I received a "REPAIR ESTIMATE" for a "Brake Job - Rear (Replace Pads/Resurface Rotors) for the total sum of $132.17. When I arrived home I called to make an appointment to have the Brake Job completed. When I arrived the next day at the service center the price of the job jumped to $232.00 +.Then the Service Advisor, Lorenzo Mitchell, claimed that what I received was not a "REPAIR ESTIMATE".It was only the cost of the materials.

Went to multiple Dealerships between Charleston and Hilton Head. Absolutely the best as soon as you walk in. Was not cramped. AC was keeping the place cool and nice place to be on the hot day. Found the 2016 used model through the internet and was the best price. Thought there must be something wrong with it like scratches or the like but found it was in great shape! Great deal and the sales guys were great. Easy process from the first call, test driving, and purchase.

Worst experience EVER!!! Jumped through all the hoops, signed all paperwork, they ran credit " -YOU ARE APPROVED" - even gave me a brand new car to drive until the one I wanted was ready. Then they call and say "sorry" we made a mistake and can't do this deal. TOTAL CRAP - Will never ever go back. Went down the street and got a brand new Toyota.

Wanted to trade my Rogue for a newer Rogue. Worked with Jay whom I originally thought was a sincere young man. Found the car I wanted, got it to the dealership and met with us at the appointed time to make the deal. This is when it all fell apart. I was quoted a price that was much higher than anticipated so had to walk away from the deal. Hours later received a call from Jay to say I was quoted a price based on leather seats and not fabric seats by mistake and thus the quote of $4,000 more than it should have been. I was thrilled and wanted to make the deal with the $4000. Price adjustment. He was to text me the new updated sales agreement - that was 4 days ago and I have yet to receive it. He will not return my calls and when I call they say he is with a customer. We are out of state now so can not physically be present at the dealership now. We suspect there is something shady in this whole situation and the dealership will not honor the updated deal.

To be fair we got the car we wanted at a price the price we wanted....However it wasn't easy. Very high pressure sales pitch!!! Wasn't impressed with the dealership ar all. My wife and I went to purchase a used Hyndai we saw online. Now we are very "sophisticated" buyers: we did extensive research before deciding to buy this particular car. We went to the dealership fully prepared with a information binder. At first we were assigned a relative new salesperson. When he went back and told the sales manager we had a binder with us they sent out a seasoned salesman....then the fun began. Being the end of the month, they were trying to sell us a new Nissan to make their quota . They made some pretty good pitches and as salesman do, they manipulated the numbers to make it look like we getting a better deal on a new car as opposed to the used car we wanted. We also had a car we were trading in. As you should always do, you first negotiate the price of the car you want to buy, then negotiate the value of your trade in. You treat as two separate transactions. Well after 5 hours of high pressure back and forth, we shut down the negotiations and stuck with the car we originally came in to buy. Apparently we pissed them off because they let us stew for an hour while they "prepped" the car. I eventually had to tell the salesperson we either get into finance and close the deal or we are walking out. BTW, We had a pre approved loan from our credit union so we didn't have to deal with the dealership financing. So after being abused for 6 hours we had our car. Now, they were supposed to put a full tank of gas in the car. When my wife noticed the fuel gauge was less then half, the salesman said he filled it up and the gauge wasn't reading correctly. At this point, I should've looked into this...but after being there for 6 hours I wanted to get the xxxx out of there (we had an hour drive back to our home in GA). Well we stopped and put gas in....they NEVER did fill up the tank...and the gas gauge does work. The xxxx salesman lied directly to us!!!! Oh, I also got about 500 less for my trade in because I didn't pick up on this until we left the dealership. Again being there for 6 hours, we were frazzled. In the future I will deal with Grainger or Savannah Hyundai dealerships. Had EXCELLENT experiences with those dealerships and was never pressured as I was at Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head??

This place use to be pretty good until Vaden Nissan took over! We stop going to the dealership in Savannah because it was so horrible and started coming to Hiltonhead. It is roughly about a 45 minute drive, which was well worth it until Vaden took over. We came in for warranty work on some broken items on our 2014 pathfinder. During the removal phase, the technician damaged the overhead cover by using the wrong tool to pry it off. We have been trying to get it fixed since July 2015 and finally they decide to order the part. They never called us, we would have to call them back every time and they always have to check but then they would return and say the part was never ordered or was on back order. They would tell us they will call when part comes in, but again 0 call back unless we call. Then they would say they have to order it again, so frustrating! We finally got all the warranty fixes done at Grainger Nissan with 0 problems from them but they could not do anything about the cover since Hiltonhead damaged the part. So we finally get them to order and get the part in, which took them over 2 hours to install a 5 minute part. Great turn around, yeah right. I even told them to give me the part and I will get Grainger Nissan to do it but they could not so I was stuck there at Hiltonhead forever!! This Nissan dealership as well as the one in Savannah owned by Vaden Nissan is by far the most horrible dealership I have dealt with in the last 25 years!! Avoid these guys if you can!

We have owned Nissan vehicles since 1995. We are new to SC and decided to buy a new car since we would be doing travel back to New England to visit family and friends as well as vacation travel. Our first stop was HH Nissan but we were open to other dealerships as well. After checking out 3 other major car dealerships, comparing price, comfort, fuel economy, ride, etc., we came back to Nissan and purchased a 2015 Rogue. Our sales specialist, Angel Tellus, was wonderful to work with. She was confident, efficient, knowledgeable, relaxed, friendly, etc. All qualities you hope to find when making a major purchase such as a car.

The management seems intent at making the sale at any cost. I spent nearly an hour and a half trying to get a quote on a new car. I was treated like naively and was shown a car that I clearly was not interested in, for what reason I will never know. Perhaps they were trying to move it or maybe I was being judged. The manager tried his best to force me to buy on the spot when I clearly told the salesman that I was not buying at this time and that I was just doing some research. I honestly don't blame the salesman, as he clearly was under control of management. the quote was above fair market price and the trade-in valued offered was below book value.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Murano on 4/29/15 from Hilton Head Nissan. This was the first time we bought anywhere other than our old dealership in Toledo for the last 25 years. The sales staff was the best we have delt with. The whole experience was quick, easy and friendly. Our salesman Sean Gordon was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. On behalf of my wife I want to thank all the staff especially Sean for making our visit a truly wonderful experience. Thanks William & Mary Tieland

I am a 55 yo married guy who has purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with many different dealers and brands. We recently (29DEC2014) purchased a certified pre owned 2013 Nissan Frontier from this dealership. The entire process was an example of friendly, competent, and fair customer service. I also had a minor malfunction on Friday afternoon while heading out of town on a trip which was resolved quickly to our satisfaction by the service department. I WILL definitely return to and recommend this dealership to everyone.

I found this car online. They responded almost immediately by phone and email, unlike like most dealers at the car sites I have used. I drove 386 miles to see and drive car. It was just as shown in pictures.Their web site was more descriptive than many. Darren was very nice and took care of our needs. They also serviced and washed the car again before we left. You have to see this Auto Mall where they are located to believe it. If you can't find a car there you won't find one anywhere.

I had the pleasant experience of negotiating a deal on a brand new Subaru BRZ. The Internet Sales associate I worked with is one of the best, most personable sales people I have ever dealt with. I have bought and sold many cars over the years and I must congratulate Kevin Madeo for being totally professional, knowledgeable, and engaged. Though I can't speak for the rest of the operation, I can say that this man made a real difference in my purchase decision. If more car salesman where like Kevin, they wouldn't have the negative image which they do have.

One of the most easiest and pleasant time's I have ever purchased a vehicle. No funny business with these guys. Came from Virginia to purchase a 04 pathfinder. They were waiting for me with open arms. From Ted, Gino, Ms. Christina, Mr. Angelo and Charles. The whole team was wonderful. Was in and out of the dealership in about a hour. You guys are the best. Wish you could come to Virginia and train some dealerships on how to treat a customer like you guys did. You will always have a customer in me. Again, thank you so much for the great experience I had with your dealership.

I bought a 2004 Mini Cooper in June of 2012. The car itself isn't the problem (although, in the 2 months I've owned it, both power windows have stopped working, the CD player doesn't work, and I've already had a $300 "Check Engine" repair due to a faulty pump). The problem with this place is the competence of its customer service. I live in NJ and paid the dealership some $800 to take care of registering the vehicle in NJ for me as I need NJ plates to be able to park where I live. I was given a 30-day temporary South Carolina plate and left to pay for parking until the registration arrived. I took possession of the car on June 24th, but somehow financing wasn't secured until July 16th. On July 21st (almost a month after getting the car) I'm told by Brent that the delay in financing, which they described as needing to switch banks, for some reason, meant it would be another 3 weeks from the date of financing for me to get my registration. My 30-day temp tag is expiring, so they send me another, but no new 30-day registration, so lets just hope I don't get pulled over, as this clearly isn't official or legal. I would also have to continue to pay to park my car until August 6th. August 6th comes- nothing. I email Roxanna Goodman, who is supposedly in charge of tags and registration but hear nothing back. On August 13th, I get a hold of Brent who says that he has spoken to Roxanna and the tags are absolutely in the mail as of that day, I double checked and he wrote back saying "YES". Here we are 10 days later, I call in, speak to another guy, who tells me the plates are sitting there in their office. My second 30-day temp tag expires the day after tomorrow. These people couldn't care less. While the cars here may be acceptable, the customer service, communication, and overall competence of the staff is not.

Nissan owner since 1994. Both of my Nissans have only been serviced at the dealership. Although I bought my first Nissan at Vaden Nissan in Savannah, GA, my recent service experience there with Dawn and the crew was frustrating. The technicians checked off things that had not been checked, plus I couldn't get quick resolution from the general manager. I traveled to Hilton Head Nissan because Bob and Leslie was very patient in handling my call. Once I got there, Tossaint made sure I was accommodated, and Leslie quickly put me in a loaner. Best service I've had with my Nissans: Nissan of Union City in Union City, GA (Atlanta), and Hilton Head Nissan!

My husband and I came in with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle. When we sat down with Mr. Jarecki, my husband told him that we were there to "look" at some cars. Mr. Jarecki said that they (the employees) were there to "sell" some cars. I thought this was real humorous because had never heard that before when we told people we were ok with walking away not buying a vehicle. I really appreciated his honesty throughout the entire process. I also want to say that I am glad Mr. Jarecki suggested I sit down in one of the showroom cars; while my husband was willing to look at an Altima; I had thoughts it would be too small for my family. How extremely wrong I was! Mr. Jarecki and Mr. Greggo also did their best to find an Altima that carried the most features we could get within our price range, and the test drive hooked us both!My husband and I cannot describe how satisfied we are with our visit to Hilton Head Nissan. Having had a used Pathfinder years ago, we knew the company carried a reliable line of vehicles, but never did we think we'd leave with a new one! Thanks you guys again for all of your help! This purchase completed our holiday!

I have been dealing with Bernard for a couple years now. He helped me through some very frustrating warranty issues about a year and a half ago. He is ALWAYS very kind and very helpful. He is the person that keeps me coming back and you are very lucky to have him as an employee.

Key Nissan employees were honest and went to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did they listen to my purpose for purchasing, but they also went above and beyond to meet my needs. The staff worked with me to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Thank you to all.

I did not buy from this dealer, but the experience trying to was like nothing I have ever been through at other dealers.I went in to compare their Frontier pick-up with the Toyota Tacoma. I was talking with the general manager, a Mr Witt Giman, and a sales person, young Chris Todaro. Chris was very polite, well mannered, and never pushy. Mr Witt was the same, very professional and direct. I got a thorough demonstration and all my questions answer with no heavy buy pressure.I got a few follow up calls after I left, nothing aggressive, just a friendly inquiry.I made a second visit to get the details on price and financing. I got both in short order. There price was better than fair and they dug deep for the best financing. They did not try to steal my car keys, ask for a SS number or birthdate. There were no tricks, no lies, no changing the figures, just plain civilized business talk. I was treated like a person instead of a checkbook, it just felt comfortable being there.I bought the Toyota, I paid more for it. I just liked the interior and front grill looks a little better than the Frontier, it was just my preference. It did not come easy. I was lied to, they tried to trick me, I felt intimidated, my nerves were shot. I had to post a couple of bad reviews and send the dealer owner copies with a letter. They managed to clear it all up and the price got right. After it was all over, ( I was talking to about 8 dealers in the southeast), I looked back and could not forget the best car shopping trip I ever had ( at 62 years old I have had a few), Key Nissan is the dealer period.By the way, as far as comparison goes on these small trucks, the Frontier has it hands down in value. Less cost, better ride, more power and dependable. As of this year, it is the number rated compact pick-up by Consumer Reports.Thank You Key Nissan, Witt and Chris for restoring my faith in car dealers. In the future, I know where to check first.Raymond B CallawayPooler, Ga.

I have had an excellent expieience with KEY NISSAN. I have purchased three vehicles from them and have all service work done there. This is my 32nd car and my 8th nissan. I have been impressed with the attitude KEY fosters from start to finish. Service after the sale is equally impressive. The service manager, Dan Westover, may be the best in the business.

I have purchased two cars from key nissan and have been completely satisfied with everything about it. The steps to purchasing it were easy and convenient and the staff was extremely courteous to my family and I. The service department was excellent. I only get my cars serviced here so I can be insured everything is done correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle through key nissan.

The technicians and service people are not trained enough about a vehicle they supposedly represent. If they only look for the computer code or engine light to come on to diagnosis a car problem, then maybe they should not be working a specific dealer. I have brought my car there ans they state that regardless of what the problem was if light doesn't come on or it doesn't code, then there is nothing they can do and nothing must be wrong. Until it smokes up or breaks down, in which when then happened on my way home, it still did not have a light come on or code. And it didn;t take a rocket scientist to see something was wrong with the car. Take your time with your customers and actually try to value their business, after all, they are the ones that are keeping you in business!!!!
