I went there for general diagnostics and brakes replacement. The service was great, job and price estimation were reasonable as well. Customer service actually deserves 10 stars out of 5. I got helped by Ryan, who is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Val Strough for your Honda service.

Bought a brand new CRV from this dealership in 2012. The car has always had issues and made a grinding sound while turning the ignition. Honda had the car back in 2017 for about a month and gave me a loaner car, they also comped a lot of new parts due to the car always being serviced by them and bought brand new. It is now 2021 and the car is making the same grinding sounds and they want to take out the entire engine to see what’s wrong since they have a history of issues. I believe this car was a lemon from the beginning, they are now telling me they won’t have a loaner car available even though I’ve been trying to talk with them for a month. When you leave messages no one calls back. It’s absolutely disgusting customer service and i regret ever buying from this dealership.

Service Department price gouges and recommends unnecessary service. They wanted to charge my daughter $65 for a "battery service" on a battery that is one year old and has not a bit of corrosion on the terminals. I left a message with the management but they did not reply. Hence this negative review.

Bought my civic here. Never going back to this place cause they’re good at b.s. and nothing else. I had to argue for them to “only” charge me $140 instead of $320 to fix a door lock that should have been covered in my bumper to bumper warranty, six months after I bought the car. Also the parts department told me a stuff i ordered would be here on Wednesday or Thursday, it’s now Tuesday still no word, this place is a joke!!!

Felipe Hernandez made our buying experience easy. He was able to answer our questions, not agressive. He was friendly, a "real" person. He had to locate the exact car we requested, and bring it to the dealership. The Costo program was the way to go, liked it!All the staff were friendly, laughing and having a good time. The finance department was great too. Great experience!

First time buyer of a Honda.. have to say love the car... have only taken it in the service four times since owning and everyone very nice, helpful... once because I could not figure out how to make the display brighter I figured they would think really, but all the service person said, that's what we are here for... So I feel confident on getting the car taken car of.... Serve personnel are always friendly and helpful.. keep up the good job.

Pablo and the entire service crew were fantastic as always. They got me in and out quickly and answered all my questions and even made suggestions to help schedule my maintenance visits. We have had nothing but incredible service and attention to detail each and every time we have been in the dealership since 2008. Wesley Graves was great to work with. We found him honest, knowledgeable, and understanding. No high pressure just facts and a genuine interest in getting it right.He gave us the space and time to come to our decision. We truly felt that he wanted to do what was best for us and not sell us something we would not be happy with. We have bought many cars over the years but this was the most enjoyable car experience we have had. Everyone worked as a team to get us into the car we selected. It was impressive to see the support Wesley received from Charlie White, Rocio Navarro and Felipe Hernandez. Everyone we met was courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I bought an eight-year-old vehicle without seeing it, based on the salesman's description. There were a few minor, typical issues that came up when I arrived to take delivery - but nothing that would keep me from going through with the purchase. Three days later I noticed an oil leak. I contacted Bob, the sales manager, who immediately took responsibility. The diagnosis was a leaking rear main oil seal - a relatively serious and expensive repair. They took care of everything, including a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. They did a great job with the repair and made sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. I'm impressed. Thank you, Bob.
