Robin always takes very good care of my car and I know that I can trust their service and I always have Acura factory parts. I have 120,000 miles on my 2014 RLX and it runs like brand new thanks to their service department.

From the moment I set foot on the lot at Valencia Acura I received the most amazing service! During my visit, I interacted with the GM, the sales manager, and multiple sales associates! Although I did not purchase my new vehicle from Valencia Acura due to an out of state move, I would encourage anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle to consider this dealership!

Absolutely the best customer service! Dermont a.k.a Dee is the best! We honestly were just looking around for a larger vehicle since we recently grew our family. I drove into the Valencia Acura Service department without an appointment to ask for an estimate to repair whatever was wrong with my sun roof on my 2005 RL causing it to be stuck in the open position. The service guy asked if I had a few minutes and I said sure. He came back with a handheld computer gizmo, which he plugged in under my dash, then he did a quick diagnostic test, clicked a couple buttons, and unplugged the device saying "give it a try" - it worked !! Yay !!I asked how much did I owe him and he said "no charge, come back again."That was the best service experience ever!! Highly recommended!!!

I found my Acura MDX online at Valencia Acura. I could not have had a better experience. I called before I went. The car was waiting for my testdrive when I arrived and we made the deal. I told them I did not want any extra expense, just buy the car and that's what we did. Absolutely no pressure or problems.

I paid $1400 for my 100k mile inspection and service from Valencia Acura and this dealer's service department didn't even tell me I would be needing new tires or rear brakes soon. I found out the hard way when I ran over a screw and got a flat a month later. All four tires were bald and the inner sides were worn way past the warning tread. I wrote a letter to the owner and they offered to replace my tires for me at $210 each! I feel like I have been slapped in the face twice now. So dissapointed!

Excellent and fair. No pressure sales environment. Made 3 visits, 1 to pick up a brochure, 2 to test drive and 3 to work out the financing. Jet and Danny didn't force me to buy anything and especially any after market item, granted my car came with everything.. They showed me and provided me all the information I requested. I won't buy an Acura from any other dealer. Best buying experiencing of my 4 vehicles in the last 7 years. They support their motto of Friendship dealer.
