As a woman, I particularly appreciated his lack of arrogance and his willingness to work with me. He also knew more about this new model than did some of the other dealerships I tried. I'd been searching on line for different makes of cars for months, but since I've owned and leased BMW's since 1997, I knew I'd eventually end up with a BMW. Once I realized another BMW was in my future, I had to find the best price and a dealer I could work with. I called, Hector Rosales answered, and I told him about the car I found on line through Edmunds.com. He answered my questions, and then I asked him to research some issues. He called me back within 45 mins! I made an offer, they countered, and I got a great deal. The car was basically purchased with a couple of phone calls. I made an appointment, and when I arrived I didn't have to wait. I was in and out of the dealership in approximately 2 hours, and it would have been sooner if I'd remember to bring my insurance card!! It was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from Pismo Beach to Valencia!!

My ratings are based on the Service Department and Cashier only. Service Department is great. Chris Rawlins was my advisor for the second time and he is very pleasant and professional both times.Melissa (?) at the cashier's desk is very upbeat and helps make the experience a very positive one.Parts Department is a different story. I ordered a new key on September 2 and was told it would be available in 2-3 working days - and they would call when it arrived. On September 14 I still hadn't heard from anyone in Parts, so I called to see if the key was in. I was told it was, so I made an appointment with Service to program it the next morning. When I arrived the next morning I checked in at the Service Department and was told to pick up the key at Parts. I walked to the Parts Department and the buzzer went off when I entered. No one was at the desk, but I figured that the buzzer had sounded, so someone would be there shortly. I could hear movement behind the partition. After 3-4 minutes (seemed like a lot longer) I finally called out "hello" and someone called back "be right there". After another 2-3 minutes someone helped me. While waiting I noticed that the lobby floor was dirty with paper scraps, dirt, etc. The display for floor mats was disheveled and my overall impression was not very good.I have had my cars serviced at Valencia BMW many times over the past few years and have always thought the Customer Service was outstanding, but I think Parts needs some attention.

I've have driven a BMW for many years. Why? Because of the hassle free, convenient , quick, drive through service. However, at this last visit in picking up my vehicle, the tire indicator light continued to display due to atmospheric changes. Not, a problem. The service tech immediately check the tires and reset. Again, l was good to go.

I have never been completely satisfied with a car buying experience until now. I got a great price on our BMW without having them haggle over it. (I did my homework ahead of time.) I called several dealerships and Valencia BMW was one of a couple that put their best foot forward the first time. This decision was quick, as was the purchase process. I live 400 miles away, so they shipped it out right away at a very reasonable price. There isn't any negatives to my experience, which again has never happened.

Fabulous customer service from start to finish...called and spoke with Julius Mann- he checked on the vehicle we found on their website, it was in Stock and available- we placed a hold on it, drove to the dealership and there it was already washed and ready. Straight forward with pricing no haggling needed-honest and reasonably priced. Got with Manny Richards in financing and he was great too, helped us get the best financing options possible and overall easy process. Reasons to go to Valencia BMW would be, straight forward business practices- no back and forth games with sales and financing...they answer your questions and call back when they say they will...professional and friendly service. of the wear and tear insurance. We paid $70 extra per month for it on a lease of a BMW 528i so that we wouldn't have to pay for any damage up to $5000 in the end of the lease. We went to return the car last tuesday and we confirmed with valencia BMW that we had the insurance and they said yes, otherwise you would owe $2600. So they told us we were covered and we left. We get a call today a week later saying that we owe them $2600. They then told us that we should have filed the claim before we dropped off the car. We are furious because we paid about that much over three years in extra payments for the lease and now we owe them $2600 on top of that. They could have easily told us this when we dropped off the car. We specifically asked about the insurance but they chose not to tell us. They are crooks. I will NEVER get a BMW again because of them.

I have leased or purchased seven (7) BMW 'cars over the last several years. NEVER has the process been easier than my experience with Valencia BMW and specifically with Ms. Lillian Rodriguez. I am very pleased with my service advisor and my service experience. The service team were all very accommodating ~ it is so-o-o-o helpful that they give you a car to drive~ that's awesome! I particularly like the fact that BMW refers to us as guests and not customers. Mr. Teron is very personable and has excellent customer service skills in communicating the repairs needed. He also resolved my car's tire issue and was able give me a very competitive price for a new set installed. Also, the cashier staff has always provided excellent customer service along with the tech/valet service people. And on previous service appointments I've talked to the mechanic staff which demonstrate high quality in workmanship and diagnostics.

I leased my 328i back in 2013, and went in a week ago to refinance my lease to a purchase. Sammy in finance during my first leasing experience in 2013 was amazing when I first leased my car and made the process very easy and was very thorough in the entire leasing experience. Nathan Litt who was my sales rep this time around, made the refinancing process smooth and convenient by ensuring all the paperwork and foot work was done prior to coming in to complete the transaction and his personal touch with sincere conversation with my mom and I through the waiting process was simply profound and greatly appreciated. Not many sales reps would take a genuine interest in topics of conversation and truly made the time that much more enjoyable. Nathan's follow through at the end of the transaction days later continues to be appreciated. Manny Richards Financial Manager who completed the transaction was one of the most friendliest, sincere and very helpful in supporting future maintenance options that were the best fit for me and my budget and I truly appreciated all of his help. Regardless of where you live, do yourself a favor and give Lilly at Valencia BMW a call. I was shopping for a new BMW and getting pushed around the local dealership. I started looking for alternatives and found Lilly through a reference. When she didn't have the exact car I wanted, she offered to order it. When it arrived a few weeks early while I was on vacation, she made sure it was there when I returned. Finally, she drove well over an hour to deliver the car to my office! We signed the paperwork in 20 minutes and that was it. Best car buying experience ever.

Apparently one of their salesmen Armen failed to communicate with our DEAL.We discussed on a set pricing for the car FOR OUT OF THE DOOR! But guess what? We ended up getting charged 150 dollars EXTRA because of our city sales tax is higher. Like the deal agreed upon, the extra sales tax are SUPPOSED to be handled within. But not in the final price. I DO NOT CARE IF OUR CITY TAX IS HIGHER OR NOT. A DEAL IS A DEAL.Not like 150 dollars even matters. But this dealership proven itself to be absolute clueless in its management. This review is going to be copy and pasted across all review websites.Not like I even care about 150 dollars. But the moral of this is really really sad. And Armen as a sales person FAILED to communicate a refund with me even though I called/texted in the length of 2 days. It makes it sounds like customers are done with once they have sold the car.Trust lost for this dealership. Beware to check all pricing before you sign anything. Because this dealership APPARENTLY seals documents into envelope before giving it to you! They do not even go over final numbers with you in purchase! Not until you go home, open the envelope to realize some numbers are OFF. So many things went wrong. Just 1/5. It won't be changed.

I was not prepared to buy that day, because I was just looking how's the BMW X3 looks like, the exterior and interior and the package. And I said: " I want white color and nothing else." But this salesman approached us and asked if he can help us. Then, I agreed and he showed us the interior of the SUV. And he showed us too, other color...and I said ok...but was surprisingly impressed how beautiful the black, they just got 1 day before I came...although I really prefer White only. The mileage was amazingly low,(9,000 miles) the package, the car history and most importantly the quote he gave me. The salesman was very nice and accomodating, not to mention his patient answering all my queries. I had a very good experience dealing with him. It was so easy. I am so grateful. I typically do not write reviews but felt that this one needed the recognition it deserves. I was looking for a BMW and found one online... but it was in California and I am in Illinois. The first thing I did was read the reviews of the dealership and one specific name kept coming up... Willie. After my initial analysis, I called Valencia BMW and specifically asked for Willie. He was not available but called me back within the hour. He was polite and explained all of the features of the car to me. I explained that I was an out of state buyer and he really went above and beyond in helping me explain the process and addressed all of my questions quickly. If he did not have an answer immediately, he would hunt them down for me and get me what I needed. I was astonished at how dedicated Willie was and he really reacts to the best interest of the customer. He did everything right in my experience with him and Valencia BMW. Everything that was promised to me was delivered. Willie was up front and honest from beginning to end and true to his word on everything making my experience of buying a car one of the most pleasant one's I've had. Being an out of state buyer, I feared that I would be treated differently as I was just someone on the phone, but not with Willie. Honesty and trustworthy are the most important elements to me when making a purchase and his dedication to his clients is rare to find these days. The reviews that I read of Willie were spot on and I'm extremely happy with the experience I've had with him. In fact, just a few short days after I took delivery of the car, I referred a good friend of mine to Willie and assured him that the out of state process is smooth and quick. So if you're looking for a nice new or used car from Valencia BMW, please take my word and work with Willie and you will not be disappointed.

I have had nothing but dishonest service people and sales staff to contend with during my nearly three years spending my time and money here. An M6 purchase and 328i lease later I've decided not to go back. It simply isn't worth it. I can get what I need done (mostly honoring tire and wheel protection since the tires and wheels fail often. Look up BMW class action law suite on faulty wheels) but not without a lengthy fight and getting the management and corporate involved nearly every single time. From the moment you walk into the service department you will be standing there waiting and ignored. I can name a list of names but it would seem that since everyone does it it must be policy for some strange reason- to be inconsiderate and dishonest.

My review is based on the quality of work as severely questionable. I will begin my story as to why.I bought a car that I always wanted, a 2012 335i. Bought from RUSNAK in Thousand Oaks. Had a great experience and the treatment was awesome. I decided immediately afterwards to register the car for its service location to Valencia BMW for its adjacency to my work place. Bad mistake.Had an issue with the car on a small oil leak. Brought it in and they confirmed and repaired the leak.Got the car back with a broken turbo charge pipe.Got the car back from the broken charge pipe, immediately noticed loud screeching from serpentineGot car back from serpentine issue, issue was still sounding off. Sounding loud and increase with revs.Got it back another time. Now weeks later I have oil on my floor of my garage.Got it back again. things seem fine.Couple days later the sounds begin from the front. screeching again.Get it back yet another time and notice the turbo charge pipe not installed correctly, oil spilled on the engine cover, and various things like cable management not connected correctly. Every step of the way I am cordial and not upset or out of sorts. At the last and final time I visit with the incorrectly installed charge pipe I was not able to contain myself. The blatant lack of pride in workmanship is embarrassing to witness and I cannot attribute the results of that handover to customer to anything but a welcome to this review. I plan on never setting foot in the place. Originally I thought it was "new BMW owner teething" but I am 5 visits and two visits are actually because they didn't pass my own mechanical inspection. Pathetic to leave fasteners undone, and things broken in plain view. In one case of the turbo charge pipe there is clear indicator of silicone adhesive attempt. I cant say it was them, but I know I purchased this with the turbo charge pipe in working order and I do not conduct repairs on this vehicle since it is CPO with full warranty.On every step of the way within hours or minutes even, I have taken photos and videos eyewitness of all the issues. I have every service record scanned as well. I plan on voicing this to the public as much as possible in the effort to keep future customers from falling victim to these practices. I hope if anything I can save the next guy from such heartache.My next course of action is to connect with Thousand Oaks RUSNAK and have their service dept conduct a full check on all the "repairs" made. I bought this car to be a reliable performance car, in order to get this I will need the confidence back!First review was removed by administrators because I linked my proof pictures and videos to the review. I would be HAPPY to share with anyone that wants to look me up from this site the dealer or any public wanting to avoid this kind of service.

I had took my 2007 335i sedan for a oil pan gasket change and once. Once I had picked it up from the dealership I had only drove 13 miles and I started to smell oil. I thought they had spilled a little bit on the side when they were putting oil in the motor. Then I had seen a little puddle of oil on my drive way so I jacked up the car and seen that the oil pan gasket wasn't put on right. I thought for the money that I paid they would have done it right and this isn't the first time this is like my 4th time they mess up on my car. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for any service on my friends or families cars.

We showed up on a Friday afternoon before a three day weekend with an engine light that came on our way out of town after having just gotten the car back from another service department. I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. When I arrived, my sales person, Sergik, and the car were ready to go. The test drive was good, longer than just around the block. I liked the car very much so we sat down to discuss price. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy with, and I also felt like I was able to do this as a female who was treated with respect. Sergik was an excellent facilitator of the process. He was kind, knowledgable, and efficient without pretension. The dealership facility was very nice and the lounge had food and drinks while I waited for financing. The finance department was also kind and efficient. I waited for a while because it was the end of the year and there were many sales to process. Sergik checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable and I knew the wait time. The vehicle is fantastic (used Volvo XC60) and I would absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. Ask for Sergik!

This dealership, and in particular Rine Sanchez, defines what the internet buying experience should be. With most of the dealerships I dealt with, the internet department was just a cover up for the traditional car buying: playing games, forcing visits to the lot, infinite phone calls, etc. In contrast, Rine provided a firm quote after my first email communication, and subsequently updated it when the market conditions (i.e. incentives) changed. Once I agreed to the final offer, the entire purchase process (from stepping into the lot to leaving with the new car, including the test drive - with an already detailed car waiting me-) took less than 90 minutes.

I had been researching and shopping for used cars that would be quiet, provide a smooth ride, and have a little luxury. I drove a lot of cars and I actually bought a 2013 Mercedes C250 with very low miles. After driving it on the freeway a few times I realized that I was not satisfied with it and returned it. I stopped at Valencia BMW, met a salesperson named Mazen Gharzeddine, and he showed me a well-price (just reduced) 2013 328i with low miles. The car is substantially better than the C250. The process with Mazen was straightforward and easy. My experience at Valencia BMW is very favorable.

Saw an add for m5,once we got there they said it was sold but the car was in front line with stickers on it for sale,the next day sales person called and said it was a mistake and the car was not sold"by the way great salesman to work with". purchased the car with my daughter on the contract. give us higher rate because of my daughter. 3 days later called us saying cant be done with her and we need to re contract without her but the same rate. When we asked the finance manager about the rate, Finance Director came in (AMIR) and said, either you sign or give my car back. People like this gives the rest, a very bad name. Contacted GM and resolved the issue, but a person like this will never work for my dealership. He thought by intimidation or being so rude a customer, he gets his way. wrong and wrong again. Will never recommend or visit this dealership as long as people like this works for this dealer.

In the last two weeks we have purchased two cars a GMC Denali and a new 2016 BMW M4. The last one from BMW of Valencia. In fact after looking long during the summer for the right 2015 Valencia ordered us a new 2016. They showed us how to track it during production which was fun and helpful. They text us as soon as it arrived at the dealership to arrange the pickup. We set an appointment for 5:30 pm and arrived around 5:00. Even though we were early they assisted us, got the financing going, showed my son the features of the car and had us out the door in about 45 minutes or so. By far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying event I have ever experienced. No hard sell on warranties or other stuff at the close either, they were offered but politely and professionally. Highly recommended!!!

I am a decorated 6 year US Army Veteran and I know cars and business. I have seen consistent dangerous activity here. For instance, a car broken down in at intersection and a technician too busy texting to pay attention to the cars he was putting in harms way. I offered help as I was bringing a friend's car in for service and he told me to F-off. I have a bad back...I would have hurt it to help prevent an accident. I brought my friend's car in for a damaged tire and 3 days later they had me come and pick it up. I drove away only to notice the car had been driven (the radio was on and the sunroof was open unlike I left it) and there was a loud noise coming from one of the wheels. I got out and noticed a huge gash in a different tire sidewall! When I confronted Robert (not Bob) he told me they don't repair things that were not complained about...but he had repaired a mysterious check engine light that was not complained about...do you see where this is going?? He did not know that someone nicked the tire and was backpedaling. Vanessa, the service manager, did not want to help me resolve my issues and even told me the manager was busy when I first asked to speak with one...only to find out she's in charge. No follow ups. It goes on and on. The tire is being fixed after a heated argument...if my female friend picked up the car she would be driving a hazard!! Please let that sink in!! How often does this go unnoticed? PS. The management know's I'm a service connected Veteran and they don't care! I don't show my ID often but after the the broken down car issue I felt the need to go all out.

We leased a BMW 320i. The salesman was very kind, courteous and professional. We took the car for a test drive around the block and was very impressed with the ride quality, comfort, handling, and premium features of this vehicle. The car also has a fuel saving feature where it kills the engine while in traffic or at a red light and automatically turns on when you step on the gas. The only cons is the lack of storage compartments and the price could have been a little lower but it was well worth it. We have been driving the car for a week now and it really is a superior car. This car has a 4 cylinder twin turbo and so far, we are getting a pretty good gas mileage contrary to what we expected. We would definitely recommend both car and dealership to a friend.

Valencia gave me the best deal on an X5. A couple of emails and a phone call and Gregg custom ordered my car without a deposit. The ordering process is stellar because I never stepped foot in the dealership. A few weeks later it arrived so I drive to dealership and pick it up. While it is a nice dealership, it felt more like a sausage factory than a luxury car buying experience. I'm comparing this to my Lexus and Mercedes purchases. In the end I wanted the best deal so I'm fine with an average experience. However Beverly Hills Lexus and Silver Star/TO Mercedes were able to provide the best deal with an exceptional buying experience. Gregg was ok and I appreciate him giving me the best deal and ordering the car. The finance guy was below average, super salesy and kind of a tool. He spoke low and fast. And then became frustrated when we didnt want to pay for the wheel package. I recommend Gregg to get a great deal.

Listen, when I tell you that I loathe the car buying experience in general, I mean i really hate it! But after spending a few hours with Carlos and Willie, who went way above my expectations, and far beyond their job requirements to ensure my satisfaction and overall happiness, I have a new found respect for it. Except for one single feature (Side cameras - for bird's eye-view in reverse), I got every single thing on the car that I wanted, PLUS one feature I never even imagined... The exterior color and the car interior where a match made only in heaven - and created a custom designed look and feel. I left BMW of Valencia feeling like I really mattered.I know how dealerships typically run, and how the salespersons are pressured for the sale - but at no time did I ever feel pressured or swindled. In fact, Carlos really showed a concerted effort to help me reach a payment package that I was comfortable with. I appreciated the diligence, patience and commitment to making me a happy customer - beyond the limits of a customer's normal expectations. Think of a great restaurant, I walked in hungry (LITERALLY) and left there completely full and fulfilled (LITERALLY)!The ONLY thing I wish I would have gotten automatically with the car is a CAR COVER to help protect this incredibly beautiful spicy 435i Coupe whenever I have to park it on the streets for an extended time. Car covers are essential, but unfortunately one did not come with this car. I really wish I had one!!Even though this is my first BMW, and I am so excited to drive around the city in spice, speed and style, I am already looking forward to the end of my 3 year lease so I can go back to Willie and Carlos for my next BMW driving machine!! This is rare for me, but I suddenly feel like I have been adopted into the BMW Family for life! Thank you!!

You will have a good experience buying but then you will experience the worst service of your life. Buy a $120,000 car take it in for service and get a $35,000 loaner dirtier than a truck stop bathroom. Loaners have not been washed, wiped or vacuumed oh and on empty. They will only fill up to 1/4 of a tank but I've never had one without the empty tank light on. Don't bother getting road and wheel (rip off) the dealer won't replace a wheel or a tire and if you are lucky and they replace a tire it's still $50 out of your pocket. Unlike other luxury brands where it's a no questions asked replacement. I suggest you buy from a dealer who has a great service department since your experience will only be that for the length of your ownership. I wish I never bought my X6 or 5 series. It's like owning an expensive car and taking it to Walmart for an oil change. Just a number and no personal relationship. Auto Nation should step it up and get customer service representatives that rival that of sales. It's the last time I will buy from Valencia. Oh and should I mention my 5 series got an oil change and I drove it off the lot and proceeded on my weekend road trip when the oil light came on. I pulled over to find they drained the oil and never refilled it.... This was the first 5,000 service. Just horrible.

Well I was little busy and didnt got a chance in writing this review, but finally here I go. This is for Gregg Hamitt, he is better than the best out there. I was looking for a BMW X3 with specific combination of packages. After talking to few dealers nearby I came in contact with Gregg. I gave him my requirements and man he right away placed a custom order for me without any upcharge/deposit. Gregg gave me the best deal on my car which no other dealer in entire So Cal was able to match. Even though I live in Buena Park, CA it was worth driving all the way up to Valencia BMW near Magic mountain which is 60 miles away from my place. Gregg kept me posted throughout the build of my X3, it took about 4 weeks for the car to arrive from factory. Once my car arrived Gregg contacted me, I made an appointment and he made sure my car was ready to go. We had to just wait to work with finance manager Brandon Barsh and off we go in our brand new custom ordered X3. Brandon was good to work with, he didn?t tried to oversell the warranty and coverage, he made sure we had the right coverage. The entire transaction was smooth. And the final surprise, Gregg helped us to get another BMW factory rebate on the day we got the delivery of our car. Just leased a new 2015 BMW 328i last night and had to return to the dealership the next day and have it serviced as the center console buttons are not working (DSC button, Sport & Eco mode buttons). Not expecting this from a European car. Also very bad customer service from this dealership. I have to walk around and wait like an idiot at the service area with no one asking if I needed help. I have had multiple issues with this dealership starting in 2007. I recently went back hoping it had changed since my current lease is up in less than 90 days. Well, it did not. My husband and I walked around for an hour looking at vehicles, including in the show room. Not one person asked us if we needed help. Granted, it was a Wednesday evening. When we got in our car to pull away, a Lexus pulled up and a husband, wife with their son got out. Two salesman went right up to them. These salesman were in the showroom and saw us walking around, but said nothing. Let me tell you, they have not changed!! Between them telling me I will never be able to afford a Bmw when I was in my twenties, taking my money to order a car and then never ordering it, breaking things within my car when fixing it, going through my personal items in my car while in service (which was not much) and no refusing to help us when looking to buy a new car. They will never get my business and I will continue to drive an hour away to Rusnak in Thousand Oaks to buy and service my vehicles.Ps- the two stars for service is because they fixed the items they broke on my vehicle. Oh and they tried to give me a top if the line vehicle as a loaner to make up for it... Unsatisfactory... I'd prefer to drive my vehicle and not get it back from your dealership damaged.

Vehicle was washed and cleaned at pick up. I definitely give Angie a very high rating.I would like to note that receptionist/cashiers have to be a bit courteous and thorough when returning keys. They did not have my vehicle in driveway, Attempted to give me keys to wrong car. Took keys back said they would have my car up in a few. waited over 15 minutes and I went back into office and asked where my car was and was advise they wondered where I went after I told them I would be waiting in drive for my vehicle. We have been buying BMWs from the dealer in our hometown but long story short, this is our first BMW here and we are quite sure we will be getting more from them later on once the lease on the two BMWs we have expire!! However, a little disappointing at the middle to the ending of the purchase with the financing department. I totally understand that the financial deparment probably want to sell all the third party products to us but please try using other tactics instead of being very rude (it was very rude, i was stunned for like 2 seconds), unprofessional, and scared us with words to make us buy them. Me and my parent were so happy with all the time spent at the dealer but the finance guy almost destroy the whole experience there in just 2 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend the buying from this Dealership. Besides the financing part, the rest of the process was fantastic. We even get to choose one free coffee mug and a keychain which we never get from the previous dealer that we bought probably 5 or 6 bmws from them. Thank you very much Robert!

I recently bought a certified X5 from Valencia BMW, My experience was pleasant. The salesperson, Sergik Haftvani is knowledgeable and patient. When I visited the dealership to see the car, he brought me to the shop to show the car that was being prepped for certification. He pointed the circled small scratches and dimples and assured me that those will disappear as though they never existed. True to what he said, when I went back for a test drive, the car looks and smells brand new. He also pointed out that the car has more options compared to the other cars available in the market at that time, I knew since I did some research myself. We closed the deal and since I cannot drive it that night, he actually delivered the car to my address, about 75 miles away, the following day. I won't hesitate recommending Valencia to my friends specially the salesperson--Sergik.

Typical used car salesman. They will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. I made the big mistake of actually trusting the guy when he was telling me the history of the car. Yes they did tell me that the car had to have the door and quarter panel repainted. But they said it was because the car was "just scratched and keyed". Turns out that after my body shop checked out the car, the door and quarter panel had significant damage and bondo repair. With the numerous positives reviews and being a bmw dealer i thought i could trust what they were telling me. Now i am worried what else could be wrong with my car. Dont let your guards down with these people.

I recently bought a used 2007 Miata from Valencia BMW. My general distrust of car salesman was quickly overcome when the people at Valencia BMW gained my trust pretty fast. We made the deal and I went down to get the car. I really appreciated the way I was treated, and they even seemed to understand my sense of humor. I took the car home. My mechanics looked at the car a few days latter. They found a radiator leak, and I was told it was covered under the 60 days warranty. I have every reason to believe this will be taken care of. While our first BMW (purchased from Valencia) was being serviced, my husband called me at work and asked "how would you like to have a 2014 SUV"? The next day, he took me in to see the X1. I test drove one that was on the lot and instantly fell in love! We ended up purchasing the one we test drove (and it was loaded). The whole process was "buyer friendly" yet extremely professional. Our salesman, Sathy, was absolutely wonderful. He allowed us to "think out loud" and helped us make an informed decision: thanks again, Sathy. Came with a friend looking at an entry level diesel BMW. We went into Valencia BMW to check out a service loaner 328d but sales person quoted full retail minus $3,000 for being a used, 6000 mile card. MSRP was $42KNo CPO warranty - would not budge from $39KCould not believe price quoted was from new MSRP - not used price to start.Being owned by Auto Nation, they are totally clueless about BMWs.Even when I said there is an identical BMW with the same mileage and covered with CPO warranty in Norwalk, the sales person said disparaging remarks such as accident, unwind, and lemon about another dealer's vehicle.Very unprofessional and very dishonest.Found out car was sold at $37K without a CPO.We went to Norwalk and bought the same BMW for $34K. Valencia BMW is a loser - not willing to take in reality of a used car and price it as such. They had their heads in so deep, they could not see their noses.AVOID - DO NOT GO unless you want to be ripped off!

Since last fall we have leased a 2013 740Li and most recently leased a 2014 X6 xdrive. In addition, we referred last fall a close friend to Valencia BMW and they ended up purchasing a 750LI xdrive. Overall my experience with Valencia BMW has been a pleasant one. I love their service department, it's the best around the LA area hands down. Those further into LA are more concerned with the celebs than the average BMW customer, so it was reassuring to know that Valencia really does care about their customers and their concerns. I went in back in June 14 to have my wife's X1 serviced, fabulous job BTW, they even completed a recall action. While there, I shopped around the lot and ran across an excellent deal on a 535i GT, that's while it was with the salesperson. They agreed to trade my 2007 328i sight unseen (was loaded, sports, premium, nav, the works) with 69K original miles. But by the time, the finance manage had guilted me into tacting on all of these extra assurances, I walked out with two black eyes and the feeling of another deal gone wrong. In the end, I am happy with my car, love the BMW brand and know that the service department will take care of my ride making up for the sales staff lack of emotion.

I had to bring my BMW 330I in for the replacement of the front, passenger seat occupant sensor. It was part of a recall campaign. This was my first dealing with this dealership. I called and made an appointment which was within two days of my call. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was assigned a service rep by the name of Michelle Wells. Michelle was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I had to leave my car there all day for the repair. Even though I had not bought this car from them, they gave me a 2014, fully loaded BMW, as a loaner for the day. It was a smart public relations skill on their part, and at the same time, introduced me to one of their newer models. When the repair on my car was done she promptly called me. They had done a free multi-point check on my car and gave it a healthy bill, as opposed to some other shops, where they push on you some unnecessary repairs. They had also washed my car free. Needless to say they won me over and they are my BMW dealership from now on.

I have been shopping for a new "fun" car for some time and ran thru the whole gamut of sport / luxury sedans. After driving various cars, and a number of BMW models, I decided that I wanted a new or very low mile 550i. I had previously visited Valencia BMW in the past 6 months when casually looking at several other cars, and both of my previous visits had been pleasant and stress free. So, after shopping and driving a couple local dealers near my home in Ventura, I went out to visit Valencia BMW. The salesman I worked with, Robert Grass, a longtime BMW enthusiast, was professional, upbeat and very knowledgeable. He found a perfect used 2014 550i for me with very low miles, gave an excellent overview of the car and after taking a drive, we worked out our deal. They were very efficient and having shopped around considerably, they were both easy to deal with and competitively priced. I could not have been happier with the car and after filling out a credit application and various paperwork, was quickly moved into their Finance office. The Finance director, Amir Mansour, was a pleasure to work with as well. He was fast with all of the DMV paperwork and it was easy to see why he had been with the company for 15 years as he was very good at his job. On the way out, I was introduced to Mr. Gary Pilikyan, the General Manager. He was a very nice man and I complimented him on how well run and professional his store was. After I had taken delivery of the car, another gentleman spent about 25 minutes teaching me about all the technology (I am a first time BMW owner) and making sure I was comfortable with leaving in my new vehicle. And finally, they confirmed my home address so that they could have my SUV dropped off at my house the next day, which eliminated me having to drive back with someone to get it. In summary, I was floored by the professionalism and courtesy I experienced from Valencia BMW. I do not casually give out glowing recommendations so I can promise you this, they absolutely earned all of the accolades I'm giving them. And needless to say, I plan to come back and buy more cars from them in the future..

We drove 2 hours to purchase our 2012 650i BMW convertible, based on the price quoted and the favorable reviews. Our experience during the purchase was very good, however after the purchase there has been no customer service. I had assumed the salesman was no longer employed there as I had not received a reply to any of my emails sent to him regarding some of the items that were promised during the sale. He answered almost immediately when we were in the purchasing process. It has now been 2 months we still do not have our license plates or the owners manuals, the key that was sent to us was not programmed. I called the dealership yesterday and was told the salesman is still there, I suppose he only answers emails from prospective buyers. I was then connected to the sales manager who has never returned my call. Mmmmm I would think twice about purchasing from this dealership. Customer service is so important today and I'm very patient but this is rediculous.

We purchased a 2012 certified pre owned BMW from Valencia BMW. The beginning transaction went very well, we were left with the knowledge that an additional key would be mailed to us as well as the owners manuals. It is now two months later we have received the key however were not told that it would need to be programmed and as of yet have never received the owners manuals or License Plates. We received several emails from the salesman thanking us for the purchase, when I replied I never got a response. I sent at least 6 emails questioning the manuals and the key issue and never received a response email. When we were in the purchasing mode the emails were responded to almost immediately. Yesterday I left a message for the sales manager and never received a call back from him either. Certainly doesn't seem like the customer service we were promised when in the purchasing stage. Disappointed!!

The general sales manager Carlos went completely out of his way to help me get the car I have been looking for which no other dealership had or could get without having to special order it and he kept his word the complete time. He gave me an amazing deal with out the usual Back and forth that usually happens when you buy a car. Also his assistant Willy is also amazing he explained my new car to me, explained each step on the process and sat in my new car so patiently while we were on speaker phone with XM radio trying to move my old supscription to the new one being transferred from one person to another. They both are so nice and make you feel like you are family not like your just another deal!!

I just purchased my second vehicle with Valencia BMW. Four years ago, I thought there was no way to beat the deal that I got with my 525i I purchased there. BMW service was always stellar with that car, but I was concerned that moving to a fixed income would make any repairs prohibitive. In addition, I needed to decrease my monthly car payment. I went to other dealers and it just wasn't 'right.' Being female, I faced all the 'used car salesmen' tricks and found it demeaning. I went to Valencia BMW and I was treated with respect and dignity. I explained my situation and Johnny C. not only heard my concerns but found a 328i GT that would not only fit my budget, but was literally the perfect car for me! Johnny presented me with the numbers for the car and for my trade in. I always do extensive research and there were no 'games' in the numbers--they were reasonable, fair and straightforward. I came away amazed at the wonderful deal they made with me; Sean C. did an amazing job with the finance paperwork in ensuring that there were no snares or hold ups on the deal. I love the car, but more importantly, I absolutely LOVE how I am treated at Valencia BMW--whether it is sales or service, they are impeccable. Anyone can sell you a BMW, but the key is good service after the sale. Valencia BMW has that in spades. Our service advisor is Michelle and she's great at explaining everything and making sure we are up on our maintenance. We even bought the extended service warrantee due to the positive dealership experience. It has paid off due to some service elements which needed more help than normal. The shuttle drivers, the front desk, ease of making service appointments are all excellent. I would give them five stars out of five anytime.

Once that was established, we declared we would be leasing and received a lease quote. We researched the process thoroughly, learned the residual value, money factor and calculated what the lease payment should be. Without that knowledge and analysis in hand, we would have paid substantially higher. Bottom line, get educated and be prepared. No one is going to give you what you don't ask for. Thank you Greg. Consider this BEFORE you buy. I purchased a BMW M6 convertable and my sister purchased me a small gift because she knew I liked the car so much. She purchased an original BMW t-shirt from the accessories store in the dealership. Nice present but it was one size too small. I went to exchange for a larger size and waited at the parts counter while they ran the shirt thru their computer. I had seen the EXACT shirt with the same tags on their shelf! They said the shirt was not purchased at their dealership and would not make the exchange (Good call John Bernal parts manager). Funny you have no problem taking my money to service my $130,000 car but you cannot exchange a $20 t-shirt. Shame on you and your whole operation.

This is my second lease of a BMW diesel sedan. I so much appreciate the ease of the buying process. I know that the service department is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and aim to please. When I examined and drove the 328d I knew I wanted it . It replaces the 335d with a different motor but higher mpg. It added more conveniences like a pop up trunk, automatic ignition and an easier to use navigation system. My one complaint is why did BMW Corporation not add a no key entry??? Women do not like to rummage for their keys in their purses. This is not new technology so I was a little disappointed about this.

I started shopping for a new car 2 months ago and I visited many dealerships until I decided I want a BMW X6. The search process is hectic as you all know, but after looking online and checking more than 10 BMW dealerships I found the car I wanted. I started calling but unfortunately I wasn't successful talking to someone who can help on the phone first before I go to the dealer in person. Every sales associate or manager I speak with wanted me to go in person first and didn't show much interest in helping. I finally called Valencia BMW and was transferred to Sales, the person who picked up was extremely nice, professional and informative . His name was Willie, I was very impressed because I didn't feel that all he wanted was to make a sale, he actually cared to make sure I get the car that I want. Willie kept working with me for days, going back and forth trying to get me the car I wanted and a good deal; and he did. Thanks to him, I'm thrilled driving the car I always wanted. I don't think I will ever drive other than a BMW and I won't go to a dealership other thanValencia BMW and of course to Willie. I should also mention that the sales manager was great and the staff that I worked with. Again thank you Willie and thank you BMW Valencia.

Took my 2003 X5 in for an air conditioning problem, after $1,100 worth of work the problem is still not repaired. I requested a refund on the misdiagnosis and Bryan Radin (Service Manager) refused to do so. Valencia BMW's business practices are very deceptive. Stay away from this dealership. The service department is the worse I have ever seen and it reflects by the way the manager runs the department.

I bought a vehicle here at the beginning of November 2013. To keep things short and sweet I had nothing but a horrible time since the night I walked in there and made the purchase. First, always make sure you have acquired financing before leaving with the vehicle. I asked the salesman while my friend was with me multiple times about this and my concern with taking the car near closing on a Saturday evening. I was assured there were no issues after the credit check and within 3 days I was asked to pony up more cash for the deal to go through. In the end it worked out, but please do not make my mistake. Verify with BMW Financial before you even get the seat and mirrors where you want them. The night I purchased the car I also noticed some marks on the rear of the seats, bright red multiple locations. Since it has an Ivory interior it is definitely noticeable and the salesman asked if it would be possible to contact him during the week and setup an appointment to have this taken care of. I agreed since it was already closing time and believed him that this would be taken care of. A month has passed and nothing. No email response no phone calls returned. This was also the theme when I was initially asked to put more down for the financing to work....no email response no phone calls returned until finally a resolution later in the week when I was contacted by the Finance Director. So if you could imagine selling your other vehicle the day after the purchase, only to find out there is a problem with financing....then no communication for days on where everything stands. I was a little on edge. Last thing is when I received my plates from the DMV and prompted me to write this review. I went to install them and the front and rear nut plates were stripped down to nothing because the person that installed the dealer plates had used machine screws to hold everything in place. Front plate holder was only being held in by one machine screw and another one just long enough to keep the entire bracket in place. What if this was your wife's brand new car and she had the kids with her driving down our already terrible So Cal roads, only to have a tire blow out by 3 inch long machine screws from a front license plate bracket that could not be held in place on your MSRP 63,000 vehicle. Contacted BMW North America, though sympathetic even after sending pics, still nothing regarding a resolution. I will end up just paying an upholstery expert to help get the marks out. Found a way to rig the plates in place, "rig - To make or construct in haste or in a makeshift manner". Also no email from either the dealer or BMW on my experience. I have heard this is a regular feedback requested from buyers by both parties. Be cautious, I know a salesman will promise you the world to get you off the lot in one of their cars regardless of manufacture, but I did not expect this for my first and probably last BMW purchase.

Valancia BMW has grade A service. I didn't get any difficulty from then like I did from other dealerships. I walked in, spoke to Robert in sales, got the car I wanted fully loaded, within a week the car was there ready to go. Hamid in finance made sure everything rent smoothly as well recommended me the tire and rim warranty as well as others, which was the best decision I made to get. If anyone tells you not to go there, I'm sorry but their wrong. I would recommend this place to anyone whose looking to lease or purchase a car. I would never go any where else but this place.

Purchased a water pump for my BMW 335i and the pump got defective six month later. The pump had 2 years warranty from BMW. Customer Care Director Bryan Radin refused to do the in warranty replacement unless I accept to make several repairings to my car for about $3,000. His attitude was less than professional when trying to explain his position in this matter.When this Director realized that I am not willing to accept his "deal" he summoned with a bossy attitude one of the mechanics on the floor. With me being present he instructed the worker to lower my car from the stand and take it to the outside gate.This incident reminded me of some dark times I spent in the communist system when the individual was treated with no dignity, no consideration, no respect, knowing that fear of expression and repercussions was a common feeling.

My wife and I just purchased a brand new BMW 335i from Mr. Johnny Camp at Valencia BMW. What a wonderful car and purchasing experience we had. Mr. Camp was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and bent over backwards to help us decide on the car that was right for us. We were never made to feel like we were wasting his time (if you want to know what I mean, go test drive a Porsche 911 in LA) as we spent hours driving the BMW 328d, BMW 328 hybrid, and the BMW 335i. Even after these test drives, we still couldn't make up our minds so Mr. Camp lined up the three different cars in front of the dealership so we could consider all the pros and cons of each. What a patient salesman! Honorable mention goes to Ali in Financing for giving us a great deal on a warranty/tire/wheel package. However, Mr. Camp is reason why this dealership got our business. No wonder they have the best reputation in the Valley.

As an out-of-state buyer, I was a little skeptical about purchasing "site unseen"... but Narek made the process much easier. He was extremely responsive - often times texting, emailing, calling, etc on his day off, or before/after work - which I thoroughly appreciated. Buying from a dealer is never my first choice simply because of the amount of process and paperwork required - however, these guys made the entire experience as painless as is possible for buying from a dealer. Sathy has a personality which is warm and friendly. He takes the time not just to tell you about the car, but also shows you how it works, the new technology and even programming your phone before driving off. His attention is unparelleded. I always call upon him becuase I know he takes good care of me. I am very impressed by the facility and all who work there. The finance people are always speedy. I have never had to wait more than the time needed to complete my purchase and leave quickly. I went into Valencia BMW to repair a tail light on my 5 series. I ended up looking around with Willie Daglan (who originally sold me the 5 series) while I was waiting. Willie was very knowledgable with the features of the cars and took me for a test drive in the 750Li. I ended up trading in my car after it was repaired for the 750! The service dept. was wonderful and Willie was great. I will always go to Willie when purchasing a car. Yesterday, I was without the car of my dreams. Today, my dream came true! I walked into Valencia BMW thinking I would never be able to attain the car I was hoping for, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to poke around and kick a few tires. I generally steer clear of dealerships because I hate being hounded by over-zealous salespersons. However, I was approached by Willie Dalgan, and I was impressed with his professionalism and, for a lack of better word, "non-salesman attitude". He was friendly and when I told him I didn't have the money, nor the credit, to attain any cars that day, he didn't turn away and become unhelpful. In fact, he did the opposite and immediately made me realize he wanted me as a customer regardless of my situation. Willie began probing a little into my situation and because of his knowledge and experience, was able to make me a promise. He promised he could get me into the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and because I would be in my new car today, the only problem I was going to have that day was figuring out how to get my old car back home! Willie came through with everything he said! It was amazing... Now, all I have to do is figure out how to get my old car back home!I am coming away from my experience at Valencia BMW with two new things: 1) a new attitude towards dealerships and salesman and 2) the car of my dreams! Thank you for everything Willie.

Willie provided me with a great car buying experience. He was very patient with me as I took my sweet time in deciding on which car to get, haha. He understands that this is a huge purchase for me and wanted me to be as comfortable as possible. He paid attention to my needs and wants and chose a few cars that he thought I would like. He was TOO GOOD because it made my decision even harder, haha. But really though, he did a great job and a felt totally at ease the whole time. He was very knowledgable and MOST IMPORTANTLY a NO B.S.salesman. Not one of those fast talking grease xxxxx that you HOPE you dont run into when buying cars. I am a salesman myself and I appreciated the way he treated me. Very respectful and confident. About the car. I ended up choosing a red 2008 BMW M3 sedan. I have been dreaming about owning an M3 for years. I saw the ad on cars.com and the price seemed right so I headed out to take a look. After 2 test drives and driving a few other cars I was sold. It was like a dream come true. I wasn't planning on buying that day but I had done my homework and realized that I had to take this deal. It had the luxury package, tech package, and most importantly it was a 6 speed manual. It hit every one of my requirements. This car has everything. Navigation, heated seats that MASSAGE your back if you press a button, DVD, sirius radio, automatic retractable side mirrors (which is great because my drive way is SOO narrow),the list goes on... It had around 56k miles on it which wasnt bad for an '08. And it was priced right at just under 32k. I wish I would have gotten more money on my trade in but my 2006 Acura TL had some body work that needed to be done and was in fair to poor condition. They gave me 6 for it. I tried to get them to come up to 7 but they wouldnt even come up to 6500 and told me that they didnt REALLY NEED to sell the M3 because the they had it scheduled to be sold back to the corporate whole saler the next day. I wasn't too sure about that... I wanted to call BS but decided not to create an uncomfortable situation. Willie had been honest with me the whole time so he probably was telling the truth but a part of me thinks it was a tactic to pressure me. The financing was a piece of cake and Willie presented me with 3 very nice options. I ended up putting some extra cash down and spreading the payments over 72 months. I was susprised that even with my average credit they could finance me for that long. But, they did and I am happy with my monthly payments which are under $340 per month. Overall I am VERY happy with the car and felt the price was excellent. Willie is a great salesman I highly suggest you ask for him if you appreciate a NO B.S. salesman who respects you. I am a younger person and I have done well for myself. Sometimes I run into older guys who treat me like a punk kid when it couldn't be further from the truth. Willie never once made me feel like that. I was treated with friendliness and straight forward respect from the very beginning. The paperwork and warranty session was done with a different guy. I don't remember his name and its probably a good thing for him. He was great with my paperwork and getting all the processing done. He even stayed till midnight to get it all done. HOWEVER, he tried selling me an expensive extended warranty thru western general that was very sketchy to say the least. Right off the bat he started hinting that I would want to protect my car because it was sooo nice and blah blah blah. I knew exactly what he was doing from the start. Eventually he handed me some flim flam brochure that high lighted the main parts of what the warranty covered. Now, I had done my HW on this and was more than prepared. He, on the other hand seemed clueless. Every question I asked was met with a vague answer that really didn't clear anything up. My main problem was that it looked as if the warranty didn't cover my transmission which was a manual. He told me of course it did, but after showing him he seemed irritated and told me to go out and ask one of the service guys in the shop. So, i wandered out there and found someone who looked at me like I was an alien when I asked him. SO, i went back and told the guy I would need to see the contract and all the documents associated with the warranty. He told me that he couldn't print that stuff out until I had signed the contract and it was processed. In other words, he wanted me to sign a contract with out knowing the details of all the terms. I asked him about some different warranties out there like "Easy Care" and he told me "they dont cover anything." What? I said. What does that mean? It seems to me here that they have 4 levels of coverage that does everything your warranty does and more. He just basically ignored me and we decided I wouldn't be buying his warranty. He was a nice guy with a good sense of humor but totally unprofessional and not up to speed with his knowledge of warranties. I ended up going to Beverly Hills BMW and buying their warranty which was through EasyCare. Overall it was a positive experience. I give it a 4 out of 5 and I give Willie 5 out of 5. I would highly reccomend Valencia BMW to anyone who wants to have a GREAT experience buying their new or used car. Great job Willie! I absolutely love my M3! Oh and i forgot to mention that it came with a 60 day unlimited miles warranty. Which made me feel a little more at ease. Buying from a corporate BMW dealership has plenty of perks like that.

We dealt all required documents through online before come to sign the paper. This is the way to do business. I know what I want so no need to do hassle dealing back and forth. The overall experience was pleasant. I was happy with the car that I purchased for the price. However, I did have one issue with "Buck". He was always very friendly and personable. But, I specifically asked him before test driving the 2013 328i if anything was going to break down on the car in 20k miles. My last car was a Lexus IS 250. I found out after I leased it that it is common for the inner tire tread to go bad after 20k miles and I was not told that during the "courting" phase. So with this car, I wanted to know ahead of time if that was going to happen again. I explained my previous Lexus experience to Buck and asked if that was going to happen on this car. He blatantly told me no. He said there was nothing that I was going to have to replace or pay for unless I blew out a tire. But later on, after agreeing upon a price, we met with the financial guy. He told us that the tires on the car are expensive and they usually wear out and need to be replaced after 25k miles or so. He said this was the responsibility of the buyer and pushed us to get a tire protection plan. I was thoroughly annoyed at this since I specifically asked Buck if this was going to happen and he lied and said no. This was the main issue with my experience here.

I was planning to lease a new BMW X5 x35i, so I started visiting different BMW dealerships. Something that disappointed me about most of them was the difference between their numbers and what BMW advertises on its website. Most of them tried to convince me that I better switch to a X3, and some of them were insisting that it's impossible to get a new X5 with my numbers. I was very close to finish a deal on a X3 that I checked Valencia BMW inventory of X5s and I found a couple of x35i s on their inventory so I called them and I was warmly answered by Willie Dalgan who promised me that I can get what I want with MY numbers. I drove almost 70 miles to Valencia BMW the same day , Willie showed me the car very professionally so after test driving it I was 100% sure that this is my next car. After that there was absolutely NO hassle or delay in handling the paperwork and closing the deal. Every body in their sales and financing staff is highly professional and very friendly to customers. Specially Willie Dalgan showed me a new standard of customer service and salesmanship.For my next BMW I have no doubt about where to go: BMW of Valencia. I was so happy that i met Willie Dalgan. If you visit the dealership, i highly recommend working with him. He is the person and reason why I bought my New BMW 550 GT from them. i visited their place on Sunday to appraise my 2006 Audi A6, and he took care of it, and gave me the fair price with i was planning to sell myself. in the terms of the new car, i had some challenges with my credit at that day (since it was Sunday, and Banks were closed), and he promised me to work on it the Next day, even it was his day-off at that day. And on monday he was calling and exchanging information back and forth, HE MADE THE DEAL HAPPENED. I was sooo happy that he managed and was so organized, exchanging all information, communicating with me and got me the car. The price we have negotiated for my new BMW was below price of any other dealers i have researched in Los Angeles and in radius of 50 miles. And Finally on monday i went to Dealership, He was waiting for me at the 8:00pm when i got there, and by the time i arrived, he had prepared all the paperwork in finance dept (all papers were ready), the car was washed, filled, and was just waiting for me, to put the signatures, and put my stuff to car, and i was done. I have never experiences such a approach from other as Willie has done. Thank you so much Willie. I Know where to go to get my next BMW, and most important, I know whom to call first. Bought an extended warranty for the car. It cost me $2,000 and I was told that I could cancel at anytime. According to the financial dept representative if I decided to cancel within 30 days there will be no penalty fee's and they would take care of the cancellation right away. After speaking with my wife we decided not to continue with the warranty. I went back to the dealership 3 days after the purchase and requested the cancellation. This morning I received a statement from BMW Financial Services describing the total of payments and for my surprise it states that I still owe the additional $2,000 for the extended warranty, even after I've cancelled.I called the Dealership and they told me that it would take approximately 8 weeks to solve the problem because that is how long it takes to "process". I just wanted to bring this to your attention because it took them 5 minutes to add that amount to my contract and now it's going to take 2 months to remove it from my payments. It doesn't sound right to me. If that is correct it means that I'll have to pay interest on top of this amount for as long as it take for them to process the cancellation.I just want to make sure that the warranty policy is going to be cancelled and the information is sent to BMW Financial Services. I of today they have not received any information yet. It's been 11 days since I cancelled the policy and the Financial Service hasn't received the information regarding the cancellation. I called them this morning and was told that this information does not show in their system.I also want to thank Mr. Willie Dalgan for assisting me with the purchase. Good customer service. We were looking for an upscale but not too fancy used car with low miles. They kept trying to sell us higher mileage and super equipped cars which were nice but not what we wanted. We finally got around to a 238i with low mileage and basic package which is what we wanted. We spent 6 hours going through the process between the drives, the trade in (which they did a good job on), and the process - which was exhausting. Took too long on the negotiations but otherwise was a good company.

After much negotiation with them, I reached a deal over the phone for a CPO 2009 Z4. They told me that I had to go there and complete the deal by the next day or else the car was going to be shipped to another one of their dealerships. First lie. I work 1hr away from Valencia so I asked them one last time to check the interior and the whole car to make sure that there would not be anything about the car that would make me reject our agreed upon price and deal. They called me back and assured me the car was very clean and I had nothing to worry about. I took three and a half hours roundtrip (including traffic) out of my work day to go there and get the car. Upon arriving the car wasn't even washed/detailed or ready to go, it was very dirty. I opened the driver side door and immediately noticed that the rubber seal that connects the side of the car to the door was damaged with a large tear over one foot long. They informed me that they didn't see this before and that they would take care of this. Second lie. When we got to the paperwork they finally disclosed to me that this tear in the rubber seal was wear-and-tear and therefore not covered under any maintenance or warranty. They then told me that it would cost $300-400 to replace and that it would be added to our previously agreed-upon price. I refused and told them that we had a deal on the price and that you had told me that this CPO car was very clean, nothing wrong with it whatsoever. This tear in the rubber was so easily noticeable that there was no way the CPO inspector and the sales team didn't see it before. They said that they couldn't absorb the cost of this replacement. They were probably thinking that I would budge for this deal after driving all this way to their dealership. I again refused and walked out the door. My experience with them brings a whole new level of dishonesty and lack of integrity into the car selling industry that I thought would never happen at a BMW dealership. I expect more from BMW. I have told everyone I know about this experience and will continue to tell others about how much time and effort I wasted on this dealership. Buyer beware, do not buy from this dealership.

Actually I had them in mind because 2 years ago I spoke to Ritchie Spiers about another car for my wife, but we eventually settled on a Ford Edge from another POWER dealer. Of course I won't recommend this dealership to anyone. I had the worst experience on my life at this store. These people don't even know how to deal with customers. My story started when I decided to purchase a used car and I was going to pay the full amount on cash so I went to this dealership with my check. Then the manager came out and said sorry we need to increase the price !!!! and they said the reason was that car worth more! Although the price was their decision but when I came there after 2 hours driving they thought they need to make more money. Then I said okay I will pay half that extra amount and I just wanna finish the deal. So they accepted that but they were not happy and dealing with me as S*** and finally they found something to stop the deal which is I don't have a SSN !!! They said we can't deal with someone without SSN which is not true because after I left the store I checked all dealerships and even their company which is Auto Nation and they all said since you are paying the full amount there is no need for SSN. Now I'm so glad that I found other BMW dealerships that respect their customers and value them and DON'T CHANGE THEIR PRICES AND ADDING MORE FEES.Dear customer, you are buying an expensive luxury car so treat yourself with luxury service at any other BMW dealerships.

Spotted a used vehicle on the lot I was interested in. Stopped in and was greeted in a friendly manner by Buck and we discussed car. He offered a test drive so out we went. No telling me where to go, he just let me drive where I wanted to go. We talked about the car, I evaluated it and gave him an offer. We returned to the dealership and he wrote up my offer, took it to the sales manager, and it was accepted, with no contingencies. Bottom line, our experience with Valencia BMW has been the best car sales experience i have ever had. I attribute this satisfaction directly to the interaction we have had with our sales rep Brandon Barsh and our finance Manager Mickey Williams. From our first encounter with Brandon on the show room floor, all the way through the process of choosing the right vehicle for our family and getting down to the final numbers of the sale. Brandon is a true professional in every respect. Thats coming from a very critical 45 year old family man and Fire Captain for the LAFD. As well as a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of a BMW, Brandon was impressively knowledgeable of the BMW line up and answered any question I had about my vehicle, as well as being very instructional and helpful. Our interaction with Mickey Williams was equally as pleasing. I believe that the people skills that both these individuals have displayed with my family and myself, shows that it is not a chance or a fluke that our BMW experience has impressed me the way that it has.

No, I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Not because they weren't friendly our anything, but because I bought a used BMW there that was certified with absolutely no problems when ready it had a while lot of problems. Within six months of buying the car I put thousands of dollars into the car which I shouldn't have had to and they would not help in any way.

Unlike most sales reps, Ritchie refrained from having diarrhea of the mouth and focused on what was most important to me. Ritchie went above and beyond to get me into my new 335 coupe and made the hassle of buying a car quick and easy. He even managed to assist with delivering our son when my wife went into labor unexpectedly during the purchase. We named our newborn Ritchie Jr., in recognition of the man who made all this happen. I bought a used Audi from this dealership, and while the overall price for the vehicle was "okay", my experience with them has been far from positive. The value offered for my trade-in was insulting, and for the car I did end up purchasing, I learned of an issue with the car within 1 week, yet was offered no help or thoughts on how to fix it. Add to that little details such as not being told about only having one set of keys, and they appeared to change the oil, but the light was one when i drove the car off. So either their maintenance department created more problems when they did the final tune-up, or they were not open about the car. In the end I will likely have to spend $500-1,000 out of my own pocket that was not clear when I bought the car. Finally, I was able to look at carfax and their own checklist, but did not receive a copy of them before leaving, or any help or guidelines on their own warranty program.

Hamid Osati was the most helpful, efficient, and productive salesman I have ever met. He went so out of the typical and ordinary and I could not appreciate it more. He drove my new leased vehicle out to me and did all the paperwork with me at home. In addition to that, he worked late nights putting all my information together while communicating with me and my father on a very consistent and personal basis. He tried more than his best to give me everything I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. In addition to the business side, he was also very warm, friendly, and personable. I would be more than happy to recommend Valencia BMW to anyone based on the service that I received from Hamid Osati. I don't know what I would have done without him. He really saved the day for us!

Mike and Gregg lined up the deal and it was exactly as I was expecting. As previously arranged I arrived at the dealer at 9am after working out the deal the night before. When I arrived the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. I was out the door with the new car in 2 hours which is pretty exceptional for a new car purchase/lease. The price and terms were right and I would definitely recommend Valencia BMW and specifically Mike and Gregg. I will be seeing them again for my next purchase.

Mike went well beyond our expectations -- first, my wife was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulfill. Then Mike found a match to find out my wife wanted another color ... well, Mike found it, with more features, a top-of-the-line X5 ... at the same price as the first X5 he found. So not only he found the right car but gave us an amazing deal. Next time we need a new vehicle, we are definitively going back with Mike.

Both Robert and Gregg were excellent to deal with, no pressure, no bs, just tried their best to get me into the car I wanted. It tied the best car-buying experience I have ever had (the other being internet purchase of a 2003 Honda Civic, which was a similar experience). I wish the other four car purchases I've made over the last 22 years were that pleasant. Even Mickey, who really wanted us to buy the maintenence agreement and we had to disappoint, was ok (just kidding, he was nice, too, and I know he has a job to do as well, we just don't drive that many miles). I will consider buying from them again, sometime in the next 10 years or so.

Contacted Sean Crawford from hearing the radio BMW lease advertisement. When I arrived at the dealership, Sean had the model and color I had discussed over the phone parked and ready to test drive. After test driving the car, I decided I wanted a different color. Sean located the color I wanted, same model and equipment as the test car I drove. I went to the Valencia BMW dealership after my mom had a great experience buying her car from them in Oct. 2010. I went in with the hope of getting a CPO 328i in blue. I called ahead that morning and spoke with Johnny. He was very friendly and helpful. He asked great questions to get a feel of what I was looking for before I arrived. When I got there he had two blue models picked out and ready to drive. After much internal debate (I couldn't decide on the interior color I liked more) he was able to get me the amount I wanted for my trade in and got me a great deal on my dream car! I really was not planning on buying a new car that day. I do not live in the area so I just stopped by while I was in Valencia. They actually had the car I wanted so I was going to see what they wanted for it and had them go ahead and give me a price on my car as a trade in. My husand was not with me so I worked with Brandon on my own. I was texting my husband with the offer they gave me. It was not that back and forth type of thing at all. I appreciated that. They gave me a great price on my trade in and a good deal on the new 5 Series. Being a woman I really appreciated the way I was in treated in every way. I came home and told my daughter to call Brandon to help her locate the car she had been looking for.Justin in finance was very sweet. I think we bonded. I want to explain the ratings for "friendliness" and "overall experience." If the rating was based solely on Hamid, it would have been 5 across the board -- Hamid was amazing! He is by far the most pleasant salesman with whom I have ever worked! He was easy to talk with, knowledgeable, warm, funny, very patient, and as helpful and acoommodating as can be imagined. However, Mickey was so unpleasant I almost walked away. If Hamid had not been sitting in Mickey's office with me, I think I would have walked (even though I was getting a fabulous deal on exactly what I wanted). Mickey was dismissive, cold, humorless, spoke so rapidly that if I hadn't asked him (repeatedly) to slow down, I would not have understood any of his scripted information. He seemed resentful when I asked clarifying questions -- he just wasn't nice. Interestingly, when I returned a couple hours later with my checkbook, which I had not brought with me because I hadn't intended on purchasing on that day, he was a more civil, almost pleasant and friendly. But the fact that he wasn't nice to me until I was handing him a check for $20,000.00 seems pretty unforgiveable for someone working in sales -- just because he isn't out there on the floor doesn't mean he isn't part of the sales experience. Fortunately, the experience with Hamid was so wonderful that in the long run, I am sure I will forget the negatives.

I've been looking for a new BMW for sometime now and I've looked all over LA for the best price. Finally, I tried Valencia BMW which was a little further then other dealers from my house. However, upon my arrival there, I was greeted by Hamid Osati. During our time there, he took his time to show us the facility, the fleet of cars and services that they had to offer. He made sure that he understood my specific needs which I will admit, I'm quite picky about but then again, I am paying over $50k for my car! We were able to finally find the BMW that I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. I couldn't be happier about my car or experience with Hamid and the Valencia store!

I drove to Valencia BMW from San Diego after talking to Richie on the phone. His prompt return phone calls to me with the information I was seeking is what prompted my 3 hour drive North. Upon arrival, I dealt with Richie and also Mike Murray. Richie was professional and knowledgeable. He was also hospitable to my wife and two young sons, which was very much appreciated. Mike Murray helped me extensively and did so in a genuine manner and with much professionalism. Both men did what it took for me to drive off the lot an extremely satisfied customer.

I had been looking for a BMW for a while and it never seemed like the right opportunity. After speaking with Gary, he said he would help make the car I wanted, the car I owned. Sure, classic car salesman. It took a few weeks to find the right car but Gary stayed on top of my deal and ended up getting a car shipped from another state because it was exactly what I was looking for. I had several items I HAD to have and being a picky buyer didn't stop Gary from putting a deal together which was in my price range. Today I drive a car I couldn't be happier to own. The overall experience from start to finish was the easiest and most pain free process I have ever had when buying a car.The moral here is that Gary's word is solid. He delivers on promises and has zero boundries to finding the car you want.

This Sunday we came to Valencia's car Center to car shop for our 24 year old son. He wanted to get a BMW and I was trying to convince him that it would be to expensive, so we agreed that the only way we would do this, was for him to test drive other brands before we would go to the BMW dealership. Among the cars he drove, was the Toyota Camry, the Hyundai Sonata, VW CC, and the Chevrolet Cruze.So around 2:30pm we drove into Valencia BMW, we were surprised to find out that BMW was offering a $1000 drive incentive, we were greeted by Brandon Barsh, he explained the program to us and proceeded to show my son several models of the BMW 335i and the 335i with the M- package, BMW 135i, and the BMW 328i, eventually based on the price and the 24 month lease term that Brandon was able to secure for my son he settled for the BMW 328i.Key to closing the deal was low down payment about $2250,low monthly payments less than $330 and a short term lease term of 24 months.Both my son and I were very happy with the deal. Brandon was very professional, courteous and we felt that he was really trying to help us get the BMW that we were comfortable with financially. That meant a lot because things are tough in the market and people try to get as much as possible from a deal. We appreciated Brandon's efforts a lot and wanted to convey this by sharing our story online.Thank you Brandon and Valencia BMW, we are definitely coming back and we will tell our friends and anybody who wants to buy a car to come and pay you a visit, they wont be disappointed.

My wife just received the call from the 'service advisor' a bit ago...We made an appointment for an Oil Change.Oil Change - $369Recommendation - Brake Fluid Flush - $190Recommendation - Fuel Induction Service - $190I can do the oil change myself for about $110 and that includes buying a $30 tool. That's not even looking for good deals...I'm perfectly happy to pay a reasonable labor charge, but this is a 30 minute job for a dealer. For $80 dollars in parts (at retail) $289 dollars in labor is insane. That's $578 dollars an hour!!!!!!I just called 5 random BMW dealerships - 3 in the LA area, 2 in the Bay Area MAXIMUM estimate I was given over the phone - $290. Lowest was $129. Bob Smith BMW was the highest by over $100 bucks at$290. So median price was about $150 bucks.That Fuel 'induction' thing - 'reputable' bmw dealers call it a scam and refuse to offer it to their customers - from what I've read on the internet it costs the dealer appx $8 bucks in parts!!!! Run as fast as you can to a reputable service department.-------------Update 5/27/11:-------------Valencia BMW was given an opportunity to read and comment to me privately prior to me review going live. I was initially contacted via private message through dealerrater.com basically insinuating that my poor waif of a wife had a communication problem that wouldn't have occurred had I spoke with them directly. They also indicated that an oil change is only $140.After providing them some information to support that it was incredibly unlikely that the communication problem was on my wife's end of the conversation my dealings with them via message took a much happier turn. They indicated to me that remedial instruction was provided to Jeff and would like to provide an oil change at no cost.As a measure of good faith that the issues we had with Jeff have been taken care of I'm changing my ratings as follows:Customer Service from 2 to 3Overall Experience from 1 to 3Price from 1 to N/AI will likely give them another opportunity in the future - good or bad I will post another review at that time.Note: This is a Service Department review NOT the Sales Dept.I'd rate the sales department as:Customer Service 4Quality of Work N/AFriendliness 5Overall Experience 4Price 4

TOP WARNING: DO NOT USE THE SERVISE FROM THIS DEALER!!! My husband was very upset at last yesterday when the service adviser(Jeff)advised him that he needs to replace the cooling hose at a cost of $1500. This is just 4 months after our last big payment for the service. We paid $3000 for fixing a brake problem(the car would vibrate when stepping on the brake) and a set of 4 brand new tires(top of the line made for X5 was what they said). My husband got a flat tire one week later after he bought the brand new tires. Hubby got curious since he didn't see any nail or something sharp to cause the flat tire so he drove to the dealer want them to take a look but they refused to do so. He ended up driving to Mike's tire to have it fixed. I laughed at his top of line tires and he was not mad at it. He said flat tire happens everywhere. But for me, I already smelled the greedy businessman and terrible post-sale service. That's last time. Now after 4 months, we need to deal with the cooling hose with $1500. My husband got mad because we didn't feel any reason to do so. The car runs fine. Are they creating a problem which doesn't exist? We purchased this certified pre-owned X5 less than 2 year ago from the same dealer. We were told lots of major parts are covered under warranty for a 2 years period. For peace of mind, we paid $3000 extra for a free 2 year maintenance service. Now, we are not happy what we got. Their sales people told us that this car is made of top quality but their service people mede us feel the same car is made by a piece of junk. There is always something breaks down, and is not covered by warranty. I talked with the service manager Rich(?), he is solid and cool as a metal. I told him we are not happy with their service and asked a refund for the pre-paid but we would not anymore want to use service charge. He was very cool and said there was nothing he could do about that. When I told him we would either have to get rid of the car or the service. He suggested that if I sell to car, it would have more value since there is free service with it. He must be kidding. Since I'll have to tell the next owner about the horrible service they have. One question in my mind: does the dealer have to show proof to BMW whenever they fix something which is under warranty so they get paid from BMW? Otherwise, why the parts under warranty are never needed and all broken parts are not covered by warranty? That's about it. We are pretty much done with BMW. Nerver buy it again. It's really not worth to have.

I went to this dealer, despite its horrible reputation (service wise), because of its location in my hometown of Valencia. I needed two things, my tire pressure warning was active, and I wanted to have some BMW liscense plate holders attached. The phone attendant, who sounded rushed and overworked, advised me that I didn't need an appointment that particular day and that I should just drive in, so that's what I did. Upon arrival, I was not greeted as I am at Lexus and Mercedes of Valencia (the service at Mercedes of Valencia is bad, but its top notch compared to this BMW). I went inside and the receptionist (whose name escapes me) was so busy with phone calls, she never looked up at me. Maybe its because I didn't have the most expensive BMW or because I wasn't dressed in a suit at the time... but I basically had to force her to talk to me. She was not friendly and my impression was that I was a bother keeping her from her never ending incoming phone lines. I'm a manager in hospitality and I know that a guest's or customer's sense of arrival is extremely important to the overall experience... and so far, I was off to a bad start.The gentleman that actually helped with my car was not very friendly, but at least he gave me his attention, which at the time seemed far better than my experience with the greeter/receptionist. I told hiim about the tire warning and the licsense covers. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the receptionist to help me get the covers from their little store, but once I did, the gentleman from service put them on.Leaving the dealership, I'm left with a negative feeling, a bad memory, and overall sense of disappointment that this dealership isn't service driven. Now, a couple days later, my tire warning is back on, and I don't know what I'll do. It seems obvious this guy must have reset the switch, but must not have checked the tires. I suppose I'll have to drive to an unfamiliar city and try to find a dealership that actually cares about people. Lucky Me. Avoid this dealer at all costs!!!

Whatever you do DO NOT buy a car from them.Honesty and professional service is something that is yet to be acquired by them.. .Gave me a price and switch then called and closed the deal, said they would send the docs for signature..Guess what happened.. they Never intended to send the docs or sell the car in the first place..Classic bate and switch... I had the check in my hand but there emotion over clouds there intellect...My worst car buying experience ever!!!

WARNING -DO NOT USE this dealership for service!My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW for service because it was closer to home.The car had brand new tires but 2 months later, the computer indicated that the car had a flat tire so my husband took the car to Valencia BMW. They replaced the tire and my husband drove off but the computer still indicated that he had a flat tire. My husband immediately called the dealership to relay the problem and the dealership asked him to return. My husband went back and they adjusted the computer so it no longer indicated a flat tire.A few days later, the car's computer indicated that it had a flat tire again. My husband went back to the same dealer and now the service department said that the rim had to be replaced for $1,100. It wasn't a flat tire to begin with but a rim problem yet they did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly. When the service department was questioned, they said, We don't check, we only replace tires. This was totally absurd and very frustrating! Now my husband's car is getting the rim replaced besides paying $506 for a new tire that wasn't the problem to begin with. The car has been with the dealership for a week waiting to be repaired.This whole ordeal has costs us unnecessary tire replacement, inconvenience and a total waste of time. This service department does not know what real "customer service" means. There is NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Their customer service DID NOT MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATION. The quality of their customer service is TOTALLY FLAWED or NONEXISTENT. Therefore, we DO NOT RECOMMEND Valencia BMW service department to anyone.
