This is my 4th lease from Jason Crandall and I highly recommend this wonderful dealership!! Even though Jason has been my salesman for the last 12 years (holy smokes!), all the guys are helpful, caring and respectful. They aren't pushy and help in anyway possible!!Jason, Eric and Sam, you guys are fantastic!!! :)Not to mention the guys in the Chrysler Dodge & Jeep service department are super helpful!! As my Awesome salesman Jason Crandall now knows too well, I'm not a person who enjoys shopping for a new car. I'll keep mine until it breaks down 10 times over! However, that time had come and I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else for buying a new car. My time at Valenti's left me feeling ecstatic about my new purchase, even while saying goodbye to my old car, and that's EXACTLY how I wanted to feel but never expected it to happen!

We have bought 4 cars from Jason Crandall whom is very knowledgeable and he has always gone above and beyond with what we were looking for. As for the financing and service departments they too have been awesome, each and every time. If you have not had this same experience with Valenti's perhaps you don't know what what good service and a great staff should be. Oh and the best part is he was kind enough to upload his business card with his pic and information in case I should need him on the road. LaurieK

I stopped in to spec out and order a 2016 Ram pickup. I'm sure the salesman was selling appliances yesterday. He knew nothing about ordering. Couldn't tell me what the different order packages consisted of, asked 3 times which engine I wanted, and continually left us to ask his manager for info. His manager never even looked out of his office. He had a flunky in with him with his butt in one chair and his feet on another. No wonder I was the only customer in the place. That's 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. I guess that's why everyone is going internet shopping.

i had a terrible experience with the service department about a year and a half ago. i would have shared this story sooner, but have only just today discovered this website.... i brought my jeep liberty in to inspect a weird clanking noise it was making, as well as a strange jump in the RPMs while idling. they told me my transmission needed to be replaced, and gave me a laundry list of things they claimed my car needed to be road legal... totaling over $9000. i was devastated, but skeptical, so i took my jeep to a local shop for a second opinion. he put the car on the lift and showed me each thing that was and was not wrong with my jeep. turns out, it only needed a new transfer case, along with some smaller work. for $1800, my mechanic had me back on the road and running better than ever. fittingly enough, my mechanic apparently worked for valenti's service department before opening his own shop, and told me that though my quote was high, it was not unusual for velanti's service department to make a practice of overcharging and overworking people's cars to make a dollar "when they see an easy target"Valenti's service department, though polite and pleasant, was clearly trying to take advantage of the fact that i am a girl who is not super-familiar with the mechanics of a car, and tried to get me to either unnecessarily spend $9000 OR strong-arm me into a new car purchase. the mechanic even said (im paraphrasing, but) "there's no sense in spending that much money, you might as well go look as some of the new jeeps we have out there." valenti has the single worst service department i have EVER dealt with, and i will never return.

Valenti Service Department - FordAfter three visits to the service department to correct the manual transmission, our car again won't shift. The transmission works for two to three months before it becomes difficult and finally will not shift into gear. Conversation with the owner resulted in his volunteering for us to take the car to the dealership a fourth time in two years, for review, consultation and potential fix, at our cost. While transmissions do wear out, it seems curious that ours worked for over 100,000 miles before it continually failed to shift after an additional 5,000 to 10,000 miles and a couple of months. In our experience, multiple trips to the service department every year for the same problem is unsatisfactory.The price may not be bad, if the work ultimately fixed the problem.

Terrible, all about money and the dealership is outdated and dirty. Clean it up fella's. Avoid them unless you do not mind clutter and floors that need vacuuming.
