At first it seemed like they weren't understanding we were on a budget, but they had what we wanted, had to come back to get the car worked on but got it passed emissions n plates done for us, the owner was nice but salesman was a little stand off ish- i understand my wife was difficult about the purchase, but they earned their 5 star review for us!

I recently got my Subaru Forester from this place and it only took me 1 year to pay off. My payments were low and reasonable plus I havent had any trouble with my car since I got it last May... and the guy in the office is awesome and very professional, he never gave me any bulls*** or late fees when I couldnt make the payments in time.. with that being said, I will definitely recommend to family and friends, PLUS I'll be getting a second car from there in the next few months so that should say something all by its self. Overall, the service is great and its always a pleasant experience any time I go!

If i could give zero stars I would. Alex was happy to take my deposit with just a copy of my driver's license. He told me the car would be ready next day. I called him the next day and was advised that the car would not be ready now until the following day. I advised him I would not call the next day, I would simply be there at the end of the day. He happily agreed. When I showed up at the dealer today, he asked me for several peoces of paperwork he had not mentioned before. Which would not have been a problem if I didn't have to get a ride everytime I came here. Additional, he had never mentioned any of these needs previous, in person nor on the phone. I asked him to just refund my deposit, which he said he did, and I watched him, however the money is still not in my account and I expect it is going to be a battle to see it. I wouldn't advise shopping here just on the fact that Alex will lie to your face, and then pretend he didn't. He is far too proud to deal with. This guy preys on people that "need" him. EDIT after response from owner: There was no miscommunication. I did everything exactly how I said I would, and exactly how I asked. When Alex took my deposit with only a copy of my driver's license I was surprised. When I called him the following Monday when he advised the car would be ready, it wasn't ready. So I had to cancel my ride for that day. That's two people you inconvenienced. That is all he told me on Monday. I told him I wouldn't call Tuesday, I was just going to come get the car. He agreed and requested nothing from me. When I arrived on Tuesday he asked me for paperwork he had NEVER mentioned before. Why would anyone want to deal with these people. There was no miscommunication, Alex simply dosnt want to work with people who have a backbone. When I told him he never asked me for any paperwork, instead of apologizing he looked me right in my eyes and told me "I told you yesterday." Like somehow saying it makes it true. I really hope Alex isn't the owner. Let's not even talk about the personal phone call he took from someone while I sat at his desk and he ignored me. Incredibly unprofessional environment. This is the kind of place that will follow up a Google review with a hallmarked apology that shifts the blame to the middle ground. No accountability here. Don't give them your money.
