We started to look for a truck and look at one on 9/10/2016 at a different dealer. Stop at Valley Auto Liquidators to see what they had and found one I liked. I chatted with Chris about the truck and went for a test drive. I told Chris I had to bring my wife on 9/11/2016 to take a look. We came back in on 9/11/2016 and got help from Bastian. He took us for a ride in two trucks that we were interested in. He went over features of both and put no pressure on us on what to chose. This has been the easiest car purchase I have ever made. So first this would have been the second purchase from this dealership. We bought a car last year from them and had a great experience so I thought i would go back. I found a vehicle that i liked and had a car deal set up for me to come in test drive and sign and leave. Well wen i got there and test drove the vehicle it was JUNK, it looked good but other than that it wasn't worth any where near what the were asking. Ok no big deal they had a couple others there that I liked. NOPE when I took the vehicle back and told them everything that was wrong with it (I am a mechanic) they began to tell me how my trade wasn't worth what they were going to give me and it was dirty, and the vehicle that i test drove was just fine. I cut ties there and as i was walking off the what i guess was one of the managers called me a jerk. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Never thought a replete customer would be treated this way. Just beware of these guys.

Valley Auto Liquidators is the place to buy a car! The salesmen are friendly and funny, which is helpful since buying a car can be a tedious process. The whole experience was great! I went on a couple different test drives and took quite some time weighing the pros and cons about each car. Even though I took up several hours of one salesman's time, he stuck with me without making me feel that I was a waste of time like other places in town! The gentleman that helped me out in finance was a miracle worker! While we were talking numbers I got a bit nervous that I wasn't going to drive away in a new car. However, he worked some crazy magic and got my payments to where I needed them to be warranty included! There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed and they took care of it for no charge the very next day. They also have a referral program so if you can get someone else in there to buy a vehicle they will give you a $100! I will not buy a car from anyone else and neither should you!

I bought a car from this place January 19, 2011, at first I was extremley happy with my expereience unitl about 3 months into owning my car my Transmission light came on, I called Valley Auto Liquidators to explain to them that the transmission specalist I took my car too said I needed a whole new transmission and the fluid that they pulled from my transmission when they did a flush was not transmission fluid. This brings me to October of 2012... my car again has the same transmission problems and is currently broken down 4 hours away from Spokane. I called Valley Auto Liquidators to see what they could do and NOTHING! I am highly disapointed with my expereinece here and would never in a million years do business with them again!
