Robert was great! I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback from this place, and as it was my first time buying a car I was not really sure what to expect. However when I got there, Robert was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He was extremely transparent about the cars history and offered to show the CARFAX. It really felt as if he did everything he could to make the process easy as possible. I have been driving it for a month and it runs great!

Purchased a 2016 Honda Civic as a early graduation gift to myself prior to earning a BA in finance/accounting. The price was great, but what made the experience better was the quality customer service. The car had slight issues, but they were taken care of and handled promptly by the dealer. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone look for quality cars and great customer service. These guys can be trusted, Gaby was excellent in handling the needs of my car. Highly recommend, I would leave more stars if it were possible. I had been to 2 other dealers before Valley Coach, but their customer service, price, and trustworthiness were far superior.

A wonderful and fair experience! I think we are always a little suspicious when we hear the phrase "used car dealer", and I came in with my guard up expecting to the worst. But Gaby and his partner Robert are the real deal. From my initial phone call with Robert to the signing of the title with Gaby, the experience was warm and informative. They have been in business for a long time for a reason. They were honest and upfront about pricing details and answered all my questions. There were a few things wrong with the car, so on the first day, Gaby offered to have all the repairs made at his cost. Since I didn't have a vehicle to get home with, he offered to give me a ride all the way back to Santa Monica so I didn't have to get an Uber! I've now had the car for a month and it is most definitely not a lemon, it is holding up great and Gaby has insisted that I keep his number should any problems arise. He also put me in touch with his mechanic who also made a few little adjustments at no cost to me. They set me up with a great warrantee as well. There is some truth in "you get what you pay for" and with Gaby, you are getting an honest man who does good work. You will be in very safe hands, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Very nice people although they unfortunately sold the car that I really wanted before I decided on it lol. My fault really, I didn't ask them to hold it or put any money down or anything so that's kind of on me. But they were really nice gave me a soda while I was waiting let me test drive several cars and so forth. I think they're probably pretty good dudes to do business with, I worked with Gaby

I couldn’t be happier with my car and that is due to the commitment to customer service I experienced working with Gaby and Robert. It had been a while since I’d had to buy a used car & I was nervous & focused on getting what I wanted. When I expressed concern that my mechanic is Simi Valley wouldn’t be able to check it out, Gaby Offered to drive the car out there for a thorough inspection! When a feature on the car had an issue, Gaby took care of it. Robert was kind, professional & helpful & they both made me feel confident in my decision to purchase. It has been 4 months & I have not had any problems with my beautiful new-to-me ride! I know I can go to them with assurance should I need any help in the future with a part, a recommendation or another car! Thanks guys!
