I loved this place until I took it in because my check engine light came on. They notified me that it would be 3-5 business days for them to even look at it. I said it's fine. I am in the military and I arranged to take leave while they try to figure out what is wrong with my car. I called back on the third day and they let me know they haven't even touched my car (it was the third day), which I understood. Thomas told me it wouldn't be looked at until Monday, which is 6 days in their hands. I still agreed. I call back Monday only to have them tell me it's going to take 7-10 business days. I don't have the luxury of taking time off because it is the military and I have been left without a car. I am waiting to hear back from the manager but this is very upsetting.

I purchased my second Kia from Valley Kia on 7/9/16We had an Optima for 2 years and traded it in for a 2017 SorrentoI would not buy a Kia from any other dealership.My sales representative was knowledgeable,professional,friendly and could not have been any more helpful.As we moved through the sales process it went smoothly and was completed in a timely manor.Valley Kia has a complete inventory and we did not have to settle but rather select our Sorrento.I would also like to say we had our Optima serviced at Valley as well.The new dealership is easy to get to located off the 210 freeway in FontanaIt is a brand new dealership with every convienceI highly recommend Valley Kia we will never go anywhere else

They were all amazing to me. Eddie and Richard were with me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I showed up thinking I was only going to qualify for a used car and Valley Kia surprised me with bigger and better. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre owned car, there was never a moment they made me feel uncomfortable like other car dealer location, they are welcoming and treat you as if you were family.

The cars are overpriced and defective. Also, there is no professionalism! do they know what there doing. If you do decide to go here, I would make sure I get a copy of everything take pics with my phone and even record with my phone what they say. I won't ever come here again and I regret buying my car here! ughn, so frusterated!

OVER ALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST YES I BOUGHT A CAR THERE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL SAY , NOTICE ALL CAPS NOT CARING OF GRAMMER OR ANYTHING BUT I BOUGHT CAR THE IDIOTS WHO FINANCED ME NOT ONLY LACKED EXPERIENCE BUT PROFESSIONALISM THEY CALLED ME FOR THE NEXT MONTH IN A HALF WITH MESS UPS IN THE CONTRACT I SIGNED 4 DIFFERENT CONTRACT DUE THERE LACK OF SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE THEY WENT TO MY HOME TWICE I HAD TO CHANGE MY SCHEDULE BECAUSE THERE DUM ERRORS KNOW NEVER AGAIN ONCE LEASE IS OVER THEY CAN KEEP THERE CARS NICE CARS BUT DEALERSHIP GETS A -1 IN PROFESSIONALISM AND SERVICE

BIG MISTAKE Bought the car in Sept 2012 and by April 2013 the car had already broke down twice first the radiator was cracked and of course the warrantee I purchased that only covers engine and transmission didn't cover it, ok fine I get that, the second brake down was the fly wheel and that was not covered also by the warrantee per the service dept the fly wheel is not part of the engine or transmission. Everything I looked up and I also have asked mechanics all say that fly wheel is part of the engine or the transmission. When I went in to talk to the finance manager and explained to him what has been going on and that when I bought the car with the extended warrantee the whole purpose of buying extended warrantee was so that I didn't end up purchasing a used car and have it parked in my driveway and that I needed a copy of my warrantee all he said is that I had to get that from the warrantee comp, I would call the warrantee comp and they would say that the dealer was suppose to give it to me. So I went back and forth trying to get a copy from the warrantee comp and the dealer but the dealer made no attempt to help me. Also after a few month I hadn't received anything from the DMV and I hadn't had license plate so I finally went to the DMV and they told me that the dealer had never registered the car, I then had to pay for the registration

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership with a DUE BILL to me for a detail (Acid Wash, the works) and other services. Took the vehicle to get done on 3 differnt days, left without a vehicle for 9+ hours. Each time I received an excuse as to why it was not completed. I was even told by the Sales manager, Joe, shoe scheduled these services that he would take care of the problem and that didnt work either. I have other services that are due to me for purchaseing a vehicle from them but would not go there for the FREE service.

Purchased a 2011 Expedition with a due bill to have vehicle detailed (Acid Wash, the works) among other services. I was scheduled 3 times to get procedure done and it was excuse after excuse as to why it was not done even though the vehicle was there. After Vally Kia haveing my vehicle for 9+ hours could not get it done.Services is so bad, even though I have a DUE BILL to me, I wont get the service done there for FREE.

i bought a kia optima from this dealership....i absolutely love love love my car and would buy another in a heartbeat.this dealership on the other hand i would not recommend to my worst enemy. not only did they lie to me repeatedly but i got 5 tickets in the mail on my trade in. they were driving it on the 91 express way without a transponder. when i called they said it was my problem not theirs. it took me months to get everything cleared up.
