While I have only owned my VW All Track a few weeks, it is clearly the best car I have ever owned. Besides it's superficial beauty, it is fun to drive with an abundance of super smart features. I felt very lucky that Valley VW had exactly the car for me--especially given the fact that there are only a few available. They could have asked us to pay extra for this rare bird but instead gave us a very fair deal. No haggling.

I'd stopped in Saturday afternoon to check out the new 17 Jettas and Passats. Instantly Kyle approached me and answered my questions. I was encouraged by his style and information. On Monday I took my 2008 Jetta in to see if the device Dept could checkout ur a problem I was having with the air conditioner. They said they could take a look and it'd be an hour or so. I went into the sales area found Kyle and continued my queries on the new Jettas. He and Big Al worked with me as I bought a new Jetta. They were both helpful, patient with my million questions and easy without pressure on me. I was especially pleased that they were able to swap out wheels on the car eith ones from another that better met my taste. Highly recommend this dealership and Kyle and Big Al.

Best experience I've ever had buying a car! By the time you're my age you know exactly what you need - and don't need - and Bruce was able to be patient as I described my situation completely. He was a very sympathetic listener, and even though I'm not the car buyer in the family all my questions didn't daunt him one bit. He was able to find what I needed and assured me that I could relax because while I sat in the comfort of the dealership he would get all the rest of the errands (which would have taken me to DMV) done, as well. In a few hours I was sent home in a much better car for my budget. I really do think I would have driven home in less quality if I had gone somewhere else. The polish I need for meetings and the durability I need for our country home was matched in my Volkswagen Tiguan - and there's an assurance that in this economy I won't be needing a lot of repairs - or an upgrade anytime soon! Before you shop anywhere else you really should stop everything and talk to Bruce!

It was the BEST experience We have ever had at a dealership. Very personal staff!! They did not push or try to sway our decisions. Jake was so patient, let us try different types an brands of cars. Helped us to get the car that was easy for my Mom to get in an out of with her disabilities. Just can not say enough of how great the entire staff was to us. We got a bigger an better car with a lot more features than I could ever imagine. We do not live near the dealership an once we decided a color for the car, everything was ready when we got there. Great transaction very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Car was full of fuel and washed before taking delivery. One small scratch on door. They had us bring it back and they fixed it. I was also furnished with a complete list of all work done on the car as well as a 100,000/2 year warranty.

Overall, the most pleasant car-buying experience I've had in over 35 years of buying/trading cars. Darin Cave and Al Adams were both very quickly responsive and were quite patient with me as I had a last minute bout of fickleness about which car to buy. Their pricing was on par with the most aggressive pricing at other dealers I found online. The dealership has a distinctly friendly, laid-back vibe while being very professional. During the purchase process they offered the standard aftermarket options like extended warranty, but were much less aggressive than other car dealers I've worked with and gracefully accepted it when I declined. Darin delivered my car to me 30 miles from the dealership without an extra charge, during a very tight timing window. Overall, an extremely positive car purchase experience and I will definitely use them again.

I went to Valley VW to look at and test drive one of their cars. The car was ready when I arrived and Jake and I took it out for a drive. Afterwards, I asked Jake if there were any other vehicles in the lot that got good gas mileage. He suggested a model that I hadn't even considered. I liked this car better than the first one and bought it. Jake and the rest of the staff made the purchase easy and I was out the door quickly. I cannot speak more highly of the team at Valley Volkswagen. Darin Cave was the sales associate I worked with, and if there were ever a down-to-earth, car enthusiast selling cars, it's him. What he had in car-enthusiast knowledge he matched in friendliness and professionalism. I'd trust him to sell me every car I ever buy again. He came in on his day off to allow me to test drive a Golf R, then found me the color I wanted at another dealership a few hundred miles away, and got that car on the lot within a week. When it came time to discuss the financial side of the transaction, Big Al was brought into the mix. He and I had a very frank (but friendly) and honest discussion about the market value of my trade-in vehicle, invoice price of my new car, and costs they incurred in keeping vehicles in inventory. I was fairly obsessive in researching car pricing and the market value of my new car, and was pretty aggressive in my negotiation (or at least I think I was!). Either way, given what I know they could (probably easily) sell the car for, they agreed on a price I felt good about -- they still got to make a good margin and I did not feel I was getting my toes held to the fire. It was as fair and honest a discussion I could ask for. Once the sale was finalized, Keith was the gentleman who helped process all of the new car/trade-in paperwork. My experience with him was efficient, fast, and got me in the driver's seat as soon as possible! I think it's fair to say most people are expecting a stressful experience when shopping for a new car, but this was as good an experience as I could've hoped for. I'd absolutely recommend them, especially my man Darin Cave; guy is awesome.

We had been looking for the "right" used beetle convertible for a few months and when we saw one that almost filled the bill, we drove into Valley VW where Jake met us at the door and listened to our needs and brought "Sassy" over from the used car lot. He went with us on the test drive and although he didn't know everything about the car, he knew where to find things out. The two drawbacks were the price and the paint chips on the hood. We made a deal to a price that was agreeable to us both and agreed to fix the hood with a complete re-paint. He also followed up with the body shop to fix a couple of other scratches. A purple flower in the vase and we were excited to bring her home. We would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used car. They are both attentive and reasonable with no pressure on the buyer.

We purchased the car from out of state. Isaac was very helpful answering questions over the phone and he sent us detailed information via email. Once we decided to drive out they held it for us for 5 hours as we made the drive down. It was reassuring to know we wouldn't drive all there and have it be gone. And since we had such a long trip out and a long trip home, they were able to print out all of the paperwork before we arrived allowing the process to go very quickly when we decided to purchase the vehicle. As I was filling out paperwork, Darin spent a lot of time going over the car to show my son (who would be driving the car) what all the buttons did and how everything worked. It was a great process from beginning to end.

Overall I couldn't have ask for a better experience. There were some confusing moments when Jon was involved (he was very wishy washy), but after he was taken out of the mix Darin went above and beyond soothing my concerns and getting everything straightened out. Darin and Isaac were so friendly and patient with me, and answered all my questions over and over and over again until I was comfortable - and understood what was going on. If it weren't for that I would not have bought the car.I have already spread the work of my experience there - and hope to God that all my future issues and problems with my car are dealt with as well as the purchase. This dealership is like none other I've found. Everyone is friendly and works together as a team to make your purchase as pleasurable as possible. That being said Darin was the key. Knowledgeable about my vehicle but never pushy. Listened to what I said and got me the car I wanted within 24 hours as promised. This is my second car purchased at Valley and this was as good as my first experience over 2 years ago. Come here with confidence and ask for Darin. He will make you feel at home and take good care of you.

Darin was very knowledgable and excited about volkswagon. He helped me find the perfect car for myself with the best price and accommodations. He was very helpful with showing me how to work things and get in and out with a great car that I love! Yesterday I purchased car #2 and car #3 from Valley VW. My first purchase was a little over a year ago and the positive experience brought me back when I needed to replace my ailing daily drive and pick up a safe reliable car for my 16 yo to commute to and from school, work and sports practices. Salesperson Matthew Hollembeak worked with me patiently for about 6 mo as I tried to decide on what vehicle I wanted to replace my daily driver of about 15 years. He was never pushy or made me feel pressured as I wavered back and forth between this vehicle and that. Although still a young man, he has been in the car business for quite a long time and his knowledge of not only the VW brand but many others helped me settle on a 2015 VW GTI. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

My salesman Matthew Hollembeak was the epitome of professionalism and expertise. He was very knowledgeable about the VW line of cars and patient with me while, over the past six months, I slowly came to a conclusion about what type of automobile I wanted to buy. The sales management and finance folks did a great job as well, being respectful of the fact that I was short on time the day I made my purchase. They processed the paperwork expeditiously and had me on my way! I also have a great amount of praise for the service department at Valley VW, who always get my car serviced quickly and always right the first time. They also have provided a service loaner for me to use on several occasions, which was incredibly helpful. I have been dealing with Valley VW since 2004 and will continue to do so for all my future car purchases and service.

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Rav4 and the experience was great. The entire team was great to work with. The customer service provided during and after the purchase has been impeccable. Matt was great at explaining the car's features. Isaac was fabulous at explaining in detail the paperwork involved. Jon was very professional in the follow up phone calls to see if everything was still meeting my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Valley VW for your next purchase.

I have had the best experience at valley vw. They have done a wonderful job making me feel right at home during my car buying. It wasn't just the staff that went above and beyond but the manager as well. It's because of the great help I got I'm driving around in a new 2015 vw jetta.

Great customer service. I was overseas in military and did almost 100% of transaction via phone and e-mail. Isaac was outstanding. Price couldn't be beat for a GTI and service was best I've had at any dealership. Made the purchase stress-free and no hassle!

Spent lots of time emailing Darin at Valley and he was always prompt in answering my questions and concerns. My experience in dealing with Kenneth, Darin and Issac was far and above what most people would expect from a car dealership. I bought a new VW GTI from Darin Cave.He is knowledgeable, personable, and a "car guy", immediately likeable.Aside from taking awhile, since it seems they were extremely busy, my experience with the transaction has been excellent..This is my second GTI. I had no reason to trade in my 2010 GTI, which was a great vehicle, except after reading all the superlatives about the 2015 GTI in all the car magazines, I was motivated to "move up". My initial reaction is that it is everything the car mags say.

My wife and I moved to the Shenandoah Valley last summer, hopefully our last move and I immediately set out to find a reliable VW dealership. At that time my wife was driving a 2010 VW Golf and I had a 2012 Toyota Tocoma 4X4 Crew Cab. Both of us felt like the Golf was the best vehicle we had ever purchased ie: reliability, seat comfort, interior detail, road noise, etc., but the town we moved from did not have a VW dealership which is why I was driving a Toyota. After dealing with Valley VW, meeting Brandon and Tim and doing service business with Darryl, Brian and Heidi, I immediately traded my four month old Toyota on a Tiguan SEL 4 Motion and have never looked back!Valley VW will leave no stone unturned to make a deal and a friend and their service department continuously strives to insure your trust. I've been buying cars for over forty years and lived all over the country. Folks, where car dealers are concerned, Valley VW is a good as it gets...Aloha!

I will never go back there, they make promises to fix issues to sell you the car and make appointments to fix your car keep it for a week and when you pick your car up it is still not fixed. And they just want me to make another appointment. For what to be without a car for a week and it still not be fixed?

Great customer service, and very friendly staff. I always feel like they know what they're doing and that my car is in good hands. And considering the number of times I see them, they are simply the best! Especially Heidi, she really makes every customer feel values and respected.
