I am not at all happy. The service department kept my vehicle three days when they initially said it would be done in 1 or 2 days. From the conversations I had with the two different services reps that were handling my vehicle, I am 95% sure that they didn’t even looked at it until day 3. I had carefully detailed each issue and gave it to them in writing. Nothing was resolved except addressing two warranty items that WERE NOT my main issues. Their writeup didn’t even list all of my issues so I must assume that they weren’t addressed at all. For the items that they did list in their service report, they claimed the issues couldn’t be duplicated. Well one of the issues reoccurred on the drive home from the dealership. It occurred twice!! I’m a retired mechanical engineer from General Motors. I would not have brought the vehicle to this dealership twice in less than a month if the issues weren’t real or problematic for me. And note that I had another GM dealership look at a couple of the same issues several months before. All the other service dept did was load a software update that did not fixed my issues. Another waste of my time and gas. The overall service experience not only caused issues in my normal routines at home, it was a complete waste of time because NOTHING GOT FIXED. (Additionally, they used up a lot of my vehicle’s gas. Such would have been okay if it had resulted in my issues being fixed.) I gave them a list of 13 items and only one of them was resolved—I must assumed such because I wasn’t even aware of what the actual warranty issues were. I am not going to detail that I had to call the service department about 3-4 times on the second day that they had my vehicle before someone finally told me that they needed to keep it a third day. No one called me, I had to call them. I waited several months while carefully detailing each issue before I took my vehicle in for warranty service. It all was a waste of time. Ten out of the thirteen issues are very important items that I want resolve. None of those ten items were resolved. When I asked the service person about some of the items, he uncomfortably said that he thought the items were resolved. So why were the items not even listed in the write-up report? I am pretty sure they weren’t even looked it. I am totally unhappy with this dealership’s service department. Totally

After not shopping for a new vehicle in years and reading so many bad reviews online, I was very nervous about looking at a new vehicle. Ryan D. at Van put me at ease right from the start with no pressure. Ryan D. did all he could to make sure we could evaluate the vehicle fully before purchasing. Once the decision was made, Ryan D. made the experience very easy all the way until it was parked in our drive. Thank your Ryan D. and Van Buick GMC!

Scott Daly was very professional and straight to the point. He did not deter us to another vehicle as we had come in with one particular one in mind. The vehicle we wanted to buy was not even on the lot,however, he made sure we saw what it was comparable to and went out to test drive it. Scott made the entire process honestly the fastest one I have ever had with buying cars and was very honest and to the point with buying the car. I would highly recommend going through Scott! I am definitely going to keep coming to him for my car needs-and you just have to see all his plaques on his wall to know he's the real deal.

Made my car buying process fast! I went in at 6PM and came out with a new car at 830PM. Justin the salesman, David the manager and Tony the finance guy made it easy and painless. Also the dealership valued my 2015 terrain at a great price! Will be buying my second vehicle from Vans again!

I received exemplary service at Van Chevrolet. I took a used vehicle in from another dealer to have it inspected prior to buying it. I received a detailed report of what all needed to be done. I then took that report back to the original dealer and renegotiated my deal to include the cost of fixing everything. Special thanks go to my service consultant Jacob Toczek and his mechanical team for such great service. I live 45 minutes away, but I will drive past 4 other Chevy dealerships to get my vehicle serviced only at Van Chevrolet now. Thanks for such a great experience.
