This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! It was so worth the 2 1/2 hr drive there I would do it again! Keith was nice and helpful, Brad (General Manager) and Courtney (loan guy) were awesome, very accommodating! My parents came with me and they were so impressed they said they would be willing to drive 2 1/2 hrs there again when they are thinking of getting another car. I'm so happy with the car and the dealer that I bought it from.

Our experience at Jack Safro in Oconomowoc, WI was nothing but positive! Our salesman, Tony Miller, was very professional, knowledgeable and treated us like a valued customer. He was very thorough in answering our questions and assisted us throughout the entire process. We purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium that same day and drove away from this dealership very happy consumers!!

I bought a brand new F150 truck at Jack Safro Ford in oconomowoc WI in August 2014 and my experience was excellent. The salesman was Ryan Heine and he was awesome while we were working out a deal. I was referred to Jack Safro by a friend who bought a truck there in January 2014 and they treated him very well also. I would recommend this dealer and especially Ryan Heine to everybody I know!

Worst experiance ever. Very pushy salesman, and prices were outragous. They tried getting us to sign a contact for a truck when we were not even approved for a loan yet. Will never go back!

Mr. Frank Grutza made this experience very positive for us. He was able to understand what we were looking for by asking insightful questions, providing different vehicles to clarify our ideas, and, then, suggesting vehicles that were available that met our needs. All through the process, he provided clarifying information and time to pro/con each vehicle as to meeting our needs. He was patient, knowlegeable, answered our questions completely, provided options, and walked us through the financing aspects in order to bring this to a positive ending, purchasing a low mileaged pre-certified Chysler Town & Country minivan. We are very happy with this dealership and its people.
