Great Salesman and the referral to shop there from our neighbor led us to the ownership of this amazingly fun little car. The car was price very reasonably but the best part was the very affordable price on the extra coverage and Incredibly helpful sales staff for a very easy buying experience.

Great experience at VanCampen in Williamsport on Wednesday January 27. Jon VanCampen offered me a more then reasonable amount for my trade in and and a great deal on a brand new wrangler. Jon and staff made the entire process absolutely painless and easy no hassle no pressure. Now have the vehicle I've wanted all my life parked in my garage. Thanks everyone at VanCampen.

I was in the market looking for a jeep wrangler unlimited. I found a blue one that Van Campen had on their lot. Williamsport is 3 hours from me and 1 hour from our cabin in Lock Haven. Since I was very interested in the jeep I emailed them and the manager (Josh VanCampen) emailed me back and said he had a lot of jeeps and wanted to sell a few by the end of the year. He told me he would take the price down to $34,000 from the price of $35.470. I printed out the email and headed to my cabin. I drove down on a Friday night to look at the jeep. After walking around the lot Joe Gansel (salesman) came out to ask me what I was interested in..I have been to at least 10 dealerships and this guy was probably the worst saleman I have ever met. Everytime we walked in and out of the dealership he would go before me instead of even holding the door open.for me ..talk about rude!! They offered me only $15,400 I think for my car while other dealerships offered me anywhere from $16,800 to $17,500. I told them they weren't even close to what I wanted. I asked them how much would they come down in the price of the jeep and they said NOTHING. Are you kidding me?? So I showed them the email which the manager sent me saying he would sell me the jeep for $34,000. Joe the salesman took it to the manager and showed him and the managers reply was...well if I am going to sell the jeep for $34,000 (jeep cost was $35,700) then I will only give you $14,000 for my car...Of course my reply was...are you kidding me?? And then he told me it was all a numbers game. I gathered my things and walked out..Plus while we were sitting there the lights went off for about 3 minutes..that should have been a sign then because the dealership building looks like it is 100 years old. Needless to say I will NEVER go to Van Campen again and have told people about my horrible experience. It frustrates me that I wasted my time and gas to even visit this dealership...what a bunch of losers. I finally did buy a nice jeep wrangler unlimited which had more options than the one I was looking at there and they took $1,000 off the price and gave me $17,300 for my car. It does pay to shop around. Van Campen..you need to educate your salespeople on etiquette! If I could give them a rating of 0"s I would. SMH

Certainly the BEST experience I have every had. . .hands down. Steve was attentive and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership and Steve Boutot.

Got a new 2014 challenger from them deal was good but it needed a dash because the dash was cut near the cluster, so after a couple trips back to find someone who could take pics of it for warranty it was ordered, now i work 54 hrs a week and was waiting for them to call me when it came in and they did but i had to check and see when i could bring it in and needed to call back, never got to get it back in but they did try when a lot of places would not of.

Van Campen has been the dodge/chrysler dealer in williamsport for as long as i can remember.they are local, convient, established and repubtable.I was ok with the price and Paul is an honest man and lives next door to me. He can take my car to work with him for any car appointments i have saving me the trip.You can't beat that, and that makes me happy.

The overall experience was good. Chad was the salesman we worked with, and he did a good job trying to hunt down a vehicle that would work for our needs. As a firs time car buyer, I was not sure what to expect, or was I sure how everything worked. Perhaps it was because we were trying to purchase a vehicle from the tent sale, and they were selling more vehicles then they thought, but we were talked into a vehicle that we were both really excited about because it would fit our needs perfectly, before he knew if they in fact had vehicle. They seemed a little disorganized on that aspect. After that, and my persistence that they find something that would work for us, he did find a 2004 Jeep that we were very happy with. The day I picked up my vehicle, I was not given copies of any of my paper work when I drove off the lot, after I had asked both the salesperson and the loan manager if I needed anything else for my vehicle before I drove off the lot and they told me no I was good to go. I did appreciate the fact that the salesman met me on his day off to pick up my vehicle, but he did seem a bit rushed to get back to his day off. However, the next day when I had to go up to the dealership to pick up my paper, he apologized for not giving me my paper work.

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and wanted to make this deal good for me. This started with my initial contact through Missy Myers and contined with my salemanand the finance department. I am extremely pleased with my used Jeep Patriot. They helped me get the car I wanted at a price I could afford.

I broke down while on a business trip with my new 2004 Jeep Liberty(30 days old).<br>This is suppose to be a "certified Jeep dealer". Upon contacting this dealer, their rudeness is unsurpassed by anything I have ever experienced. I was told they could not give me a loaner to get to work the next day. They offered to shuttle me to work....when I called the day I needed the transportation they said they had none and told me that I should take a bus!! They all but refused to service my vehicle and told me to take it somewhere else because it was not purchased from them. The vehicle is brand new and covered under warranty by nearest authorized dealer!!! What's up with customer care???????!!!!!!Does Jeep really want people like this representing them????? WARNING FOR VACATIONERS AND OUT OF TOWNERS-----you won't get warranty service unless you go to the dealer you bought your vehicle from towed at your own expense.
