My 2020 Fusion which I purchased with John Hamm who by the way is the best salesman EVER was due for a oil change and I had set up a 11:30am appt. I got there early and instead of making me wait Ethan who by the way is the kindest and efficient service person received my car, completed my oil change and had me on my way before my 2nd cup of coffee. Now that was amazing!! Thank Vance Ford for hiring good people.

what a great experience i had getting serviced at this dealer! Dennis Lancaster is great dude!! he went out of his way just make sure my vehicle would get serviced with quality, care, hassle free and guaranteed to get the job done! i will only come here for anything i need! you would be wise to do the same!

I bought a new f150 there in December of 2018. I had brought a couple of things to the service managers attention and kinda got the brush off,like he didn't have time to answer my questions. Then I was told it would cost me $150.00 to set up an evaluation with a tech to get my questions answered. Made my mind up then and there I wouldn't be using that shop. Now fast forward to this week,I started hearing a load whinning noise,did not sound like turbo,maybe transmission? So I called and asked some of the same questions agian different results completely.....DENNIS LANCASTER looked up my truck in thier computer system( something I was told could not be done before) informed me of what warranty I had. When I asked if they could look at it I was very surprised at his response. He told me he could get it in the next day .Dennis arranged to have my wife taken back home after she dropped my truck off. The next day the problems I was having where diagnosed and I was promptly called.DENNIS was very informative, courteous, and polite. I agreed to have the work completed at the shop.When they where finished I was promptly called then they picked my wife back up and took her to get my truck.......DENNIS LANCASTER YOUR CUTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP SHELF.....IF JOHN VANCE IS EVER CRAZY ENOUGH TO LET YOU GET AWAY.CALL ME AND I WILL FIND YOU A JOB......GREAT JOB...
