They lye and cheat. On a new car purchase they would only give $11,000 on a trade for a Car that was book valued at $16,000 trade. I told them they would clean the car up and put it on the lot for $19,999. The used car manager said that would not happen. Well they did just that. The car was on their website 10 days later at $19,998. At most they put $2000 into the car to prepare for sale. I can see making 1 or 2 thousand profit on a trade, but not $7000. That is only a little away from stealing.

As always the service was great. Oil change and tire rotation done quicker than I expected. I always obtain service here even though it is a bit of a drive from my home because of the great service I receive.

Excellent experience-never had a bad one! I had to work while my car was not working well and they came to my place of employment to get it and delivered it back! I was very impressed with the speedy job and the team that helped!!!

Took my truck in on Monday for an oil change and tire rotation. Having over 100,000 miles there were several items that were recommended to be replaced and once they got into the service work they identified some other potential concerns so I had them fix them also. It cost more than I wanted to spend this time around but also knowing I have some longer trips coming up I don't need to be stranded somewhere with issues. Very satisfied with the work and attitudes of everyone.

I seems rather strange that you would require a written review of our experience, but I can say tht we couldn't have been more pleased. We made a small down payment, and waited for some stocks we have sold in order to pay cash for our veichle, and when they had settled, we called and our auto was ready and prepped in a matter of a couple hours. Was sneaky from the getgo. Wasn't up front about major problems with the car. When I brought the problems up the sales manager was straight up rude. I left figuring they didn't want my business. When my wife and I went there we really thought we would be buying the car, until we saw it!!we drove approx. 100 miles round trip for nothing!------Be very careful if you go to this dealership!! My wife and I went there and they tried real hard to scam us. After talking to them numerous times on the phone they never revealed the car had some massive rust on both sides the bumper was cracked, The right rear window didnt woirk and 2 speeds of the blower motor didn't work! Also I ran the Kelly Blue Book for the 54303 zip code and the blue book value was 200 dollars less than what they were asking. When I said something to the sales manager he said he had priced the car $300 below the blue book and the car was listed in excellent condition. He also stated, and I quote "we can charge whatever we want". I would have hoped that a dealership that has been around as long as they have, would care what the customers and public think of them. I guess not! The almighty buck wins out every time. If you feel the need to do business with them PLEASE make sure you personally check everything out. If they can withhold the flaws that you see just think of all the things they aren't telling you!! If you need proof of what I'm saying check out their website and look at the 1998 Chevrolet Malibu. Then run a KBB for the Retail value. BTW, KBB states the the retail value of a car assumes that the dealer has preped this vehicle and it is in excellent condition. The Malibu doesn't even begin to qualify for good condition according to KBB's written standards
