It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I used the website to get information and within minutes I got a response. Gave information and within minutes I got a call. The sales person was very polite not pushy he found us a truck we liked helped through the paper process. We went pretty late to the dealership but he stayed with us till the very end. A 10 for him! Absolutely awesome! I’m glad we chose them to buy our new truck!

Better experience then Sewell. Words can’t describe how grateful and thankful I am for Vandergriff Toyota. The whole entire staff was beyond great! Starting with our salesmen Nasir, truly a remarkable salesmen at his craft, my wife and I did not feel rushed, the van was washed prior to us driving it and him apologizing for the long wait (well worth it to get into a washed car), he really took the time to hear us and serve us, Shaq was hands down the best manager he say a place to insert himself and make sure everything was going smooth and in fact he saved the sale, I absolutely loved talking with him and felt that he wanted our best interest. Cook the GM absolutely went above and beyond, he was incredible to deal with so polite and professional a master of his craft. Even after we bought the van he came out and pointed to some curb rash and said come see me later on I’ll personally make sure that underside bumper is fixed. Incredible!!! Then John in finance amazing way to end the night, he was very fun to deal with, personable and went above and beyond. Overall this is was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I will forever be buying my cars from Vandergriff Toyota. Bravo well done 6/5 stars! AMAZING TEAM EFFORT. I had a great experience buying my very first car on my own with Vandergriff Toyota! Immediately as we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by the Toyota “Family” as they call it. Great customer service and good values and work ethic. More specifically, a huge shout out to my salesman, Pedro. He was patient, engaging and had extensive knowledge on the vehicle I came in for. He answered all of our questions and was very professional... May I add he is also comforting and nice to talk to aside from business talk! Not too pushy, and super helpful. Easily the best experience I’ve had thus far when purchasing a vehicle. I’ve been to 3 dealerships in the buying process and was pleased to finally have peace with my decision to go with Vandergriff Toyota. Everyone left happy that night... and I appreciate the time Pedro took to work with us. I can’t write a long enough review!!! Just go! Oh, and ask for Pedro! Thank you, Francisco and Pedro for being great salesmen and really loving what you do.

My first time shopping here for a vehicle was Jan 2, 2021. They were very nice to us, not pushy and worked with us. They didn’t keep us there all day! It was an easy simple process. When searching for another vehicle we will come back here and do recommend Vandergriff Toyota for others! I love my new Toyota Highlander!

I have taken my 2015 Toyota Sienna to the Vandergriff Service Department for 5+ years and I have sold a 2014 Toyota 4Runner to the Used Car Department back in 2017. Both pretty good experiences altogether, but I had never worked with the New Car Department until yesterday. First off, I can only comment on Sean Cortes as a sales associate, but I’ll tell you he’s great; honest, transparent, not pushy, and seemed very interested in what’s best for the customer. Secondly, Kennedy (I believe his title is New Car Manager) was great. I asked for information typically kept under wraps in the car selling business and he quickly obliged to provide full transparency. He also went to the Used Car Manager to make our deal work with my trade in. I can’t recommend every single person there, as I have limited experience, but I can tell you that if Vandergriff conveys the values and ideal of our to each associate that walks through their doors, you’re bound to have a pretty great experience. I would recommend this business and will be back again, undoubtedly. Thanks!
