Ordered new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium in the summer and received it timely in the Fall. Carolyn was very helpful in getting us the order information for this new model and then following through with the order and later the delivery. At the delivery she even synced my wife's iphone to the car which was very helpful (we now have taught ourselves to do so.). As to service, only one contact so far with them and they successfully updated the Fusion's software which was a Ford customer care item. Mike Julien

I was very happy when Don was actually able to find a vehicle with all my criteria. Pre-owned SUV (if possible), low miles, no rust, not older than '00-'01, all around $5 - $6K. (lol, knowing this was probably not going to happen as I have been looking online for abit.) Not only did Don find me the perfect car on their lot (an '03 Buick Rendevous SUV !!), but they were able to work with me on the sale price. Having 110K miles, I was able to get an extended 75K mile warranty, Woo hoo! Everyone I met there was very friendly and accommodating. Don Shudark made the experience of purchasing the vehicle go smoothly, and he definitely made it fun !! Great guy, fun personality, and really listened to everything I was looking for, and delivered. My parents have purchased their cars from Vanderhyde Ford since moving back from FL, we will all be coming back. Thank you.

I bought my Escape from Vanderhyde in 2008 and have been pleased with the vehicle but have been blown away by the service. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I try to connect them directly with Carolyn because she is the one who stays connected with the community. Mrs. Hansen is a pleasure to work with. I did not have alot of time to make this deal she made it quik and painless. Don Shudark was great to deal with when I purchased my new truck. He was friendly and straight forward with the pricing. Most of all Vanderhyde Ford and Don were patient when I was getting together my finances which took a couple of days. They saved my truck for me even though I did not put any money down on it. Overall they were great to deal with and I did not have to play the shell game with the price of the truck.

I called Carolyn Hansen on a Monday with an idea of what I wanted, the next day a vehicle was sent to my work to test drive. On Wednesday, we went to the dealership to pick up our vehicle. When we got there my husband decided to look at some other vehicles (right before we were to sign on the one I picked out) but Carolyn was so sweet and accommodating - she went and got us 5 more sets of keys for vehicles to test drive! My husband was satisfied that the vehicle I picked out was the right one for our family and that's what we drove away with. We had some service questions and the service guy came right out to talk to us about that. The WHOLE process was so easy and we were treated so wonderfully! We will buy all of our vehicles from Vanderhyde Ford and recommend Carolyn to anyone we hear looking for a car.

Don Shudark at VanderHyde Ford is amazing! Couldn't of had an easier and more pleasant experience. I am a person who does not like buying cars because of all the pressure and horror stories you hear, but Don is the exact opposite. He made it so enjoyable, easy, and fun! We also got an amazing price on our van! It couldn't be beat anywhere else that is for sure. When there was an issue with the van, they fixed it the next day and didn't charge us. The service department was great too! I won't go to anyone other then Don Shudark for any car I need or my family needs! Thank you so much!

I was searching for a used car and went to Vanderhyde Ford to find a car that got good gas mileage and was in my price range, I thought that a used car would get me the cheapest payment, but Don Shudark made sure to find me the best car in my price range, which happened to be a 2013 brand new car. Don Shudark was the best salesman I have dealt with in a long time, he and Heath were able to pay off my 2011 Jeep and get me a 2013 explorer. They took the time to explain the different types of financing they thought would work best for me. It ended up getting me a newer SUV with more options at a lower payment. Don was knowledgable, helpful and there was no pressure. I will tell all my family to buy from Don Shudark at Vander Hyde. What normally is a trying experience was fun and very informal.
