Enrico was our sales person. He took care of us from start to finish. He was on top of the details for my vehicle. The 2021 GMC red Acadia that I purchased was not available. Enrico helped me locate one and although it took about a month I got what I wanted and happy I waited. Go to him for great customer service. He is an amazing individual.

Was shopping around for a GMC Acadia AT4, Spoke to Enrico over the phone and he told me that he wasn’t able to find the model that i was looking and it was possible for me to order one. Not even 10 minutes later he calls me back and told me that he tracked one down and i showed up to Vanguard same day and test drove it and LOVED IT! The customer service he gave my wife and I was simply out of this world and i have never been treated like it at any other dealership. I will most definitely be buying another vehicle from him no matter where he goes. Enrico is top notch. Happy to be apart of the Vanguard GMC family!

I visited Vanguard of Carrollton and Mo helped me test drive a few cars. I was also looking to trade my 2009 Mercedes C300 in, which I got an unbelievable trade in value for. Mo was honest and helpful throughout the process and made this experience a very positive one for me. For me, it was so important to feel valued as a customer and Mo did just that.
