Buyer Beware! Deceptive bait and switch marketing! I have purchased many new vehicles and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I filled out an online request and someone called me around 9am the next morning. She confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was available and text me the address so I could see how far the drive would be. It was going to be about 3 hours but worth the drive to me. Told her I would check with my wife to see when we could leave to go together. Text her time and she said great. Text again 30 minutes before I arrived, again she said great. Walked into the dealership and was told they sold the vehicle the DAY before. The salesperson had several opportunities to tell me the vehicle was already sold but did not. Of course, I was quickly offered "help" on a different vehicle. Classic bait and switch marketing and I hope others stay away from all the Vann York dealerships.

I have never enjoyed shopping for cars and had even walked out of a dealership earlier in the day. After coming here, I’ll never buy a car anywhere else. They worked with me (I own my own business and have a lot financially on my plate)... they waved a magic wand and gave me a fantastic rate. Rod was the best salesman I’ve ever had. He wasn’t pushy and even better. Larry got our financials under control and I was so happy I called a friend who’s looking for a car and told him to come over immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The whole process was very easy. The truck I purchased was priced right from the start so there was very little negotiations needed. Since I live 3 hours from this dealership, I started the process over the phone and they sent the paperwork overnight to me to sign. When I arrived to complete the deal, it was quick and simple. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I will start my search at Vann York when I am ready to buy again! Thanks!
