Purchased a new car from Van's this year and needed to have some service done.Brian Stehsel met me with a smile, got my information and directed me to the waiting area where he kept me updated on my vehicle's progress. When I called, I got an appointment the next day and the vehicle was serviced and fixed soonerthan the time I was told it would take. It was much appreciated since I am from out of the Green Bay area and was waiting for the vehicle. The service was fast, friendly and professional. I had excellent service and every aspect of the process, checking in, service itself, payment and departing garage was excellent. I stress that everyone should look and weigh various review sources as sometimes a paid or advertising review source may jump up on the list and it does not give an accurate picture of the service department or dealership. I asked Honda owners in my new residential area and gave this local dealership a try. I will be back again as my first choice for service. They did an excellent job as a new resident to the Green Bay area and I am glad to have their professional service team available to me moving forward. Thanks for everything. I also watched how they interacted with over 4-5 other customers waiting with me as well and all were given updates on the service time and details periodically - even with a very short time to be waiting. Excellent communication skills as well, great job everyone!!!!!

We owned the car we bought from them for 45 days and had to trade it, and took a $3000 LOSS... If you want to get screwed, then buy a car from them. We didn't buy new but their service mechanics should have caught the bad motor, or we just wernt told about it which is even worse. When you have a family and get screwed this bad, it sure hurts :(

I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I worked with several people at Van's including Chris (Body Shop) and Tom Willems (Sales). They were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. They got with my insurance people, did the assessment on my vehicle, showed me specific cars that I was interested in, and did all of this in the same day. They were all very helpful. I ended up purchasing a new Honda CR-V and love it. Thanks again.

I thought that the people were very professional in what they did. My questions on the vehicle that we wanted were answered promptly via e-mail. The price was negotiated by using e-mail and the salesmen who met with us presented other options(warranties) to add on, but my wife and I did not feel pressured to buy. I felt the time they spent with us was fair as this is how a salesman makes a living. Very neat clean facility and my wife enjoys the car.

Found a 2012 Honda Civic LX on Cargurus I liked. Called Van's Honda and spoke with Jeff Berg. Excellent salesman, very professional. Wasted no time getting the sale in motion. When I arrived to get the car, the place was spotless and the staff was very friendly, polite and professional. The car was ready to go, washed, waxed and with a full tank of gas! You'd think I was buying a BMW! The paperwork went smooth as silk and I was out the door in no time. Hands down the best experience with a dealership ever!

I recently purchased my Honda Fit from Vans Honda Green Bay. Everyone was very efficient and professional. I felt that I could openly ask questions regarding the vehicle as well as loans and service down the road. I felt very comfortable working with the salesman and finance department. The building was clean and inviting. It was an exciting, comfortable, and all together great experience for me!

I will never again go to Van's Honda in Green Bay, even if that means having to drive to Gustman in Appleton or Bergstrom in Oshkosh to get recall or warranty service. Never again, after my experience today, and the callous disregard their employees showed to my vehicle and belongings therein. I went in for a standard recall service on my 2008 Honda Odyssey, which involved replacing a fuel pump. Not knowing anything about cars or what the recall entailed, I didn't do anything to prepare my vehicle for the service. I commute to work and often carry work equipment in my van, and also have a toddler, so it can be cluttered and a little messy most of the time. Apparently, some part of the recall service apparently required entry to the middle row of my vehicle, which no one warned me about. I would have emptied my car prior to arrival. No warning, no "hey, just so you know..." during the appointment. My appointment ended and I went out to my vehicle, only to find nearly all my belongings literally tossed and shoved up into the front passenger seat. Clothes, childrens toys, expensive camera gear... just flung into the front footwell without warning or regard for its care. Several boxes of things like Kleenex and camera lens cleaners were crushed. Some Halloween decorations I was about to return to Menards were crushed on the bottom of the pile and likely too damaged to return - putting me out of money. I am absolutely livid. I started coming to Van's Honda less and less because I could sense their service department was going downhill. It was more and more difficult to schedule even the simplest of appointments there. I called to reschedule this recall appointment and I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone put me into the service department's voicemail - and even then no one returned my phone call after a week's time. AVOID Van's Honda at all costs. Gustman in Appleton is a good Honda dealer, and Bergstrom in Oshkosh is absolutely a joy to work with in comparison.

We purchased a new Honda CR-V on Oct. 21 from Van's Honda in Green Bay. Our salesman was Bob Bergner. WOW! What a champion of a person! We told Bob what we had in mind and he immediately knew what would be a good fit for us. Safety was a huge concern of ours and Bob did a wonderful job of explaining all the safety features and vehicle options. He never pressured us to buy, but treatead us with respect, care and concern. There was no pressure to buy or to add on things, although Bob explained these options. as well. We can't thank Bob enough and we hightly recommend Van's Honda to others. Ask for Bob Bergner! I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to buy, no "what will it take to make a deal?" And after we bought no pressure to purchase extended warrantee and whole car protection, We also got a better price for my trade in than I was offered elsewhere. Jeff Lindley was our salesperson and I would recommend him.

Back in 2000, with the help of Dan Fogarty, I purchase my first Honda through Van's of Green Bay . My mom drove there with me and she was so impressed with his honesty and knowledge of the vehicles that within a year she went back and bought herself a 2001 CR-V. (She still owes him a home made cheesecake for his help!) I knew that after 13 years of driving this great car I would go back to Van's Honda & seek out Dan! He was still such a great person to work with and he did all he could to get me into my 2013 Fit Sport. The time my husband and I spent with Dan at the dealership was like talking to a good friend that we had not seen in the past 13 years. I will suggest to all friends and family not only to buy from Van's of Green Bay, but also to seek out Dan because of his honesty, sense of humor and all around knowledge of the vehicles he sells.

After the sale, he spent all the time necessary explaining the operations of the CRV. Jeff also said to call if we had any questions. My sales guy was Jeff Lindley and he was great! Very respectful and courteous. I looked at all different cars, Ford, GM, Chevy, Toyota, Mazda and Subaru, When I walked into Van's I saw the exact car that I wanted on the showroom floor! My new and beautiful 2013 Honda Accord. First, the dealership, is amazing. The interior is clean, professional and very welcoming. I met several of the sales people and they were all very nice as were the rest of the staff. I have never experienced this when walking into a dealership. Most sales staff are like sharks, waiting to strike, I never felt this way with Jeff or any of the other employees at Van's. The buying process was super easy, ok there was tons of paperwork, but you will get that anywhere! What surprised me the most is that, Jeff and Honda both have called me after the vehicle purchase to see how I liked the vehicle, If I had any problems or concerns. This is my 4th new vehicle and never have I had a dealership or car company call to see if I still like the car! I will recommend anyone to Van's and I would also recommend my new Honda Accord to anyone.

I just bought a used car from Vans Honda. They were extremely friendly and great to work with. The SUV I got already was on sale for $1,000 cheaper than regular price, and during the financing the sales guy took an extra $1,000 off to get me better monthly payments without me even having to ask. I got an awesome deal on a great vehicle, would definitely recommend!

Very low pressure sales (which we love)! Chad took the time to find out what we wanted/needed and then showed us our options. The rest of the staff was friendly and super-helpful. We have two vehicles from Van's Honda and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We recently purchase a vehicle from this dealer, best decision we made.. Unfortunately shortly after someone hit my vehicle. When I called the other person's insurance asked me if I was going to get it looked at gustman Honda of Appleton since is near by my house and I said absolutely not, I want Jim from vans Honda in Green Bay to look at it. My wife was the one dealing with taking the vehicle taking care off and she could not believe how nice the people at vans Honda are.. She told me how they took care of all of my kids car seats they asked if there was anything my kids needed if they did not have it they would find it for her.. After my vehicle was repaired it was better than new and the service from start to finish was awesome.. I had to call Jim to thank him personally for his great service. After a smooth and quick purchase of a 2012 Odessey van with 7,000 miles on, I ended up with a flat tire on a 2 degree night in Green Bay. AAA changed the tire with the spare that night and I called Van's the next morning. I got an appointment for 10:30 that morning. 45 minutes later they had fixed the tire, checked a quick recall issue, and I had enjoyed a flavored coffee while waiting in their sun-filled waiting room. While a flat tire from a shard of metal is not usually covered under warranty, they did not charge me a thing! Thank You!

My last two vehicles were Honda products and I could not have been more pleased with them, so when it came time to find a new car, Honda was at the top of my list. I did look at three other SUVs but with the help of Clark at Vans I did decide on the Honda CRV. I found Clark to be very knowledgable, courteous and patient with my hundreds of questions. While the whole process took over two weeks(I am one of those people who has difficulty making a decision), there was never any pressure to close the deal. Nell found me a great deal on financing. Overall, I could not be happier with my new car and the treatment I received from Vans. If you are looking for a new car, be sure to check them out and ask for Clark.

Bought our first New 2013 Accord on New Years Eve, our sale person Jeff Lindley was patience with all our questions. Even after we had chosen one model and, left.then coming back with more questions. Half hour later changing our mind to different model. All the staff is very friendly, coming to the door and opening it for you. We had our car delivered on the same day. Even after being very busy with car deliveries. Which had us there after they closed business hours. The guy who detailed our car for pick-up did AWESOME!!!!!!!! job. The car was spotless. Another thing we saw while in the Vann's show room was they had brought a car inside the show room, Another sale man grabbed mop and mopped up after the car being moved in. Show us that they care about where they work not just sell cars. So far what I have seen from Vann's is great place to buy car.

I got a letter from a Honda dealership in Milwaukee promoting "employee pricing" for new Hondas. I contacted them and was quoted a price for a new 2013 Honda CR-V. I really wanted to buy my car locally so I emailed Van's via their website, asking if they could match the Milwaukee dealer's price. Within an hour, Clark VanDerPerren a sales rep at Van's called me and and we talked about what Van's could do. After one more phone call he told me they would sell me a CR-V for the same price as in Milwaukee. My wife and I went to see Clark the next day and looked at their selection and talked about the features of the new CR-V. Van's appraised our trade-in, a 2002 CR-V, and offered a fair price for it. This sealed the deal and we purchased our new CR-V.Clark was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were not pressured in any way; the whole experience was straightforward and positive. The finance representative, Nell was also friendly and professional. There is nothing negative I can say about the entire process. Before we drove off with our new car, Clark went through how to operate all the controls and features of the CR-V.If in the market again for a new Honda, I will definitely return to Van's and Clark VanDerPerren.

We recently came to the close of a 3 year lease agreement on a 2010 Honda Accord acquired for our mother who passed away 2 years ago. We've always been "purchase" vehicle consumers but found the lease as a great supplement to our current needs. With 3 Honda dealers within 50 miles, we chose Van's even though they were the furthest away - the drive was well worth it!Our sales associate was Clark VanDerPerren and I would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone in the market to purchase or lease a Honda. Clark's professionalism throughout the discovery, negotiation and final purchase process truly made this ONE EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience. Clark worked hard for us and followed up via phone/email during and after his normal business hours with the dealership! Having done many purchases throughout the years, I generally start out with any sales associate stating, "I'm not here to play typical auto purchase games...." to my surprise, Clark opened with this from our initial phone conversation even before I could! This truly made us comfortable and worth the 40 minute drive to Van's Honda.The entire process occurred over 2 days from test drive to purchase and delivery. On day two we agreed upon the financials of our agreement and within a couple of hours picked up the ALL NEW 2013 Accord. Clark even came in to deliver the vehicle on his day off where he could have handed this off to another associate on the sales team.If you're considering a Honda and are within the driving distance, consider Van's and definitely ask for Clark! This was one of the top experiences I've had with a dealership and a sales person and would do it again in a minute! Nell in finance was also GREAT to work with and added to the overall experience with Van's.

Just did our first leased vehicle. Decided on the Honda Pilot. Bob Bergner was a great sales consultant, very knowledgeable about the vehicles at the dealership. Exceptionally helpful with the leasing process and advice on the products and services related to the Pilot and Honda. Donna Milkie was very helpful with the paperwork involved with the lease and explaining our options and the terms of the lease. Would recommend both of them for any Honda purchase.

I went to purchase a used car from Van's and while the salesman was fantastic, the assistant manager for used cars was horribly pompous and rude. He was so rude I went home and cried. I will never shop for a car at Van's again. I love Honda cars but unfortunately, one man ruined a good dealership for me. Yeah, he was that rude.

My wife and I traveled 200 miles to pick up our Honda Fit because the dealer worked with us so well on outpricing their competitors. The process was smooth, quick and courteous, with everything being explained thoroughly. I highly recommend these folks to anyone shopping for a used or new car.

Sales representative(s) was very informative about the vehicles, the paperwork side not so much, nothing to do when they are filling out the forms but look at other vehicles out of my price range. The finance representative was fantastic, very helful and patient. Finding a good used vehicle is always a painful chore so try to look when you don't need one. I rated this dealership as good because everyone can always do a better job.

My family has purchased two Hondas from Vans. They are courteous and respectful, and service and repair work was always good. We chose not to purchase from them on our last two cars simply because of price. They generally do not offer much in the term of negotiations. We like to support local business but sometimes it doesn't make financial sense.
