This place is the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever been to! They lie through their teeth! I'm disgusted with the attitude they treated me with. I was treated like a "friend" not a customer! They also tried telling my lies about my current loan (not giving away my personal info to much here) and I knew it wasn't true. Tried telling me my car was worth basically nothing when I had done my research before going in! Needless to say I walked out because they ARE DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't know how they are still in business.

I highly recommend Variety Autos Sales! My family started buying our cars from Chris at Variety about 3 years ago and we have done business with him about a half a dozen times since for myself, my parents, and all of my siblings.They are professional, honest, kind, efficient, and just all around great guys. I bought my first car from Variety right out of college and did not know much about the process. Chris helped me get everything set up and made the process painless. I drove away with the car the very next day. They have a great selection and are able to find you something if you don't see it on the lot.I have heard horror stories about buying cars, but my experience with Variety could not have been more easy! I live in Boston now but still came back to Chris for my second car. Would highly recommend doing business with Chris and Scott!

I bought my forth car this past weekend from Variety Auto in Worcester and I couldn't have asked for a better or more positive car-buying experience! My salesman, Chris Champagne, was very professional, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the car and friendly to me. Even though the dealership was very busy the day I was there, Chris was patient and made sure to answer all of my questions. I have referred many people and will continue to refer to this dealership.......

Went in to Variety to purchase a vehicle and could not have been happier with the quick courteous service I received. The process took a total of about 45 minutes and I was out the door. I refer all friends and family to Variety and will continue to purchase my vehicles there. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

The worse experience I ever had. I felt humiliated, embarrassed, inferior, and overall disgusted. I went to Variety Auto Sales, as someone had recommended to me, looking for a used but semi- new car (2007+) after my car was stolen. So i arrived, and the first guy that greeted me told me to speak to Scott. Upon meeting Scott, without saying a word beside "hi," he immediately told me "You will not be able to afford anything here" (along those lines). I did not mentioned a budget, and had yet to say ANYTHING. I was taken aback, but I decided to continued on the conversation, even though at that point I should have just left. I have done researched on cars and I know my price range would give me a good amount of options to choose from.After I recover from my shock, I decided to tell him a moderate price (even though I had a much higher price range), I wanted to see how accommodating he was, because perhaps I had mistaken what he said. Instead, he seemed to want to laugh at me, and said to me in a tone as if he knew it from the start that I could not afford anything there. At that point I knew I wasnt mistaken, and simply did not want to bother anymore. I walked out extremely angry because I am a petite woman and I had been belittle before. But never had I ever felt so horrible before. I decided to do some research on this place, hoping to find the owner or a manger to talk to them about the situation, turns out Scott is the owner. I am applauded, for a small auto sales business, Scott sure knows how to judge people by their looks. Next time I will be sure to go in wearing my dress suit...if there is a next time, probably never.

I went to variety hoping to get a car which they did everything they could to get me a car which was very pleasing. I've had my jeep liberty for 6 months and the tranny is starting to go .. When I come to a stop sign or red light .. The cr occasionally slips into neutral and I have to reshift to get the car to go again... Awful car for them to sell and they must of known something was wrong with it. Have already told numerous people and posted online about this horrible situation and NOT to do business with Variety

Very Friendly service. Not your typical "used car salesman". Very honest, to the degree that he even told me I had bad breath. I bought a great 2006 truck that was very clean and well maintained like all the cars on his lot. He even car-faxed it for me. Onl;y problem was a guy in his office named "Jimmie" who tried to talk me out of the sale.

I bought my Nissan Altima from Variety Auto sales. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life. They were all so nice and very helpful. If you ride down the highway it is clear to see that this is a reputable dealer because chances are 1 in ten cars with stickers that say Variety Auto. It is crazy because i was at the gym last week and there was 3 Altimas plus mine in the lot right next to each other with a sticker that said Variety Auto sales. Chris was extremely helpful in getting me financed and my car and my car registered that I will never go anywhere else for a car but there. I would suggest this dealership to anyone. You can't beat the price or the customer experience.

Excellent experience for me, dealing with Scotty and Chris. Their prices are fair, their vehicles are in great condition, they don't try to hide anything. I bought my 2001 truck from them in 2004, and it's still going strong. I have referred numerous friends and family members to them since, all have had the same great experience. And one thing you'll find at Variety is that they will probably give you the lowest interest rate out there. The rate they found me was 4 percentage points lower than I found anywhere else, saving me hundreds of dollars over the course of the loan.
