Service department is ridiculously, glacialy slow. They have had my truck for 5 weeks and are still not done. They keep giving me the run around. First they had the parts, then they had to order the parts, then they had the parts, then they were waiting on the parts. Finally I hear "It will be ready by the end of next week." "It will be ready by the beginning of next week." "It will be ready next week for sure". "Oh the technician will work on it Friday and Tuesday and test drive it Wednesday and have it ready". "Then oh, he took a half day Friday and hes all alone today so it won't be ready until Thursday". You've got to be kidding me. Apparently they think Im stupid and have the patience of Job. Sadly there's no where else to take it because every other service department in this town is just as bad.
