I am a seasonal resident and have frequented this service dept. 5 times during my ownership and in the past my experiences have been poor or if lucky marginal and I usually do not fill out surveys good or bad, however this time I completely felt like I was at a different dealership service dept. right from the start when I pulled in I was greeted immediately by Aaron. He was pleasant and very welcoming and walked me around my truck showing me my wipers which I did not realize were wearing and showed me my tires they were wearing. I appreciated his attention to my vehicle. I told him I needed a oil change and tire rotation he gave me the prices for my requests and asked if I would consider having the blades and a wheel alignment done- the wipers were a no brainer and he explained the cost of a wheel align v/s the cost of the replacement of tires -no brainer saved me money! I then received a inspection report that Aaron showed me my battery was great condition ( it had been replaced up north not so long ) ago but that my truck need a air filter and a a/c filter he offered to show me but I trusted him already. took time to explain about cleaning the trucks fuel injectors and cleaning out the carbon in the engine and cleaning the a/c system. He showed me the estimate and he made sense out making a investment in my truck I was hesitant at first but had the services done. With all the work to be done I thought it would be all day and I was offered transportation but I waited and all the staff smiled and they seemed to being having fun. Aaron had my truck ready before I knew it. reviewed my bill with Me it was less then I signed for. The main reason why I am letting people know is that my truck feels like a new truck when I drive It! and just as a side note I checked the prices up north way less! at Venice Toyota

Sales guy was fine as was the finance processor. Sales mgr and general Mgr indifferent and decitful. Stay away from this dealership. Deal made on the floor changed with out our knowledge and the customer should reasonably be able to expect this level of integrity. Can not wait for our lease to end and deliver this vehicle back to these crooks. Hopefully this post and other social media posts along with word of mouth will damage this groups reputation as much as the damage they did to us.

So less than 6 months ago we bought a brand new 2016 off the showroom floor . Everything wonderful even bought us a pizza because it took so long. Referred my mother in law. Everything wonderful she bought a 2016. Now I'm back because we had such a positive experience to buy my son's first car for his 16th birthday and what a difference!! Unless you are buying new don't bother. The customer service is poor and too bad. They just lost two customers who were trying to be loyal. Beware!!

Visited this store on vacation due to an issue with my tacoma. The service rep that helped me was Maria and she went above and beyond to find out what would get me back on the road. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. They treated me like a mile and If I'm in town again I will only go here

We bought a 2016 prius from Mr Paul .After a few days of dickering we made a deal. When we were going over the car with Mr Paul my wife saw the low tire pressure light on.I also noticed the car had a very old wax job. They took the car in and put air in the tire. Mr Paul said the dealership does not do the pri delivery inspection that it was done at the port.I waxed the car myself the next day o well. I went to check under the hood and to my surprise every fluid except the oil was low. Not what I wanted to see on a new car I called Venice Toyota and started leaving messages from the top down. I had a call back from Melissa in pr. I let her know that if I knew the dealership did no check out any new car before letting the owner drive them off the lot I would have walked out. I told her my son-in-law works for Honda and they do an inspection on every new car. A 48 point inspection.. She said bring the car back and they would check the car over. I asked for a loaner car as I was not going to spend 4 hours in the waiting room. She agreed. We took the car in he next morning an all went fine. Got the loaner car and had a nice morning out with my wife. The dealership went over everything with me and told me all the tire psi was different. they corrected that also and we took the car home.. This should not have happened. They do not do a pdi on any new car, Never open the hood or xx the tires. Something you think you pay for in dealer fees. Boy was I wrong. Please do your homework , go in with a list. Stick to your guns. Its your hard earned money.P.S. I am still missing 2 valve stem caps they never put back on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jean Paul, Omar and Kyle were all professional and so patient (especially Omar) in the buying and payment process. I love my 2012 Jeep Compass. They made sure it was in excellent condition via diagnostic checks and detailed my truck to perfection. I would highly recommend them if you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle.

This dealership rips off the elderly. My 76 year old mom went in with her 2010 Highlander today, with 18K+ miles on it, because she needed a new battery. They talked her into "flushing all the fluids" as it was "necessary scheduled maintenance." Almost $500 later, she went home. I checked the Toyota.com website....they don't even recommend flushing all the fluids at 30K miles. I spoke with the dealership about it and they insisted that it was "an option that was offered to her." My husband was on the phone with her when the girl in the service department told my mom that it was "necessary scheduled maintenance." Crooks!!

This dealership should be shut down. Beware!! They are the most dishonest, conniving car dealership I have ever dealt with. They will lie to your face and sell you a car that has been in a wreck and claim that they had no idea. They never put my car through their service department for the safety inspection and then let me drive it 3 and half hours home without even knowing or caring if anything was even wrong with the car. They told me they took it in on trade from a local woman when in reality they bought the car at the auction. They showed me an Auto Check report of the car which did not state that the car had been in an accident. And being a national brand car dealership and not just some used car lot, I trusted them. But after I purchased the car I did some research and found out from Car Fax that the car had been in an accident and purchased at the auction. If I had known either of those things about the car I would have never even considered buying the car. But now I am stuck with it. I would not ever recommend this car dealership to anyone and I would suggest you do your car buying business with someone else.

Eric is a great salesperson. Extremely thorough, professional yet friendly. Spent the entire morning with us explaining all the features and even gave us a custom memory stick with his personal music he downloaded for us to demonstrate how to use the fancy music system. This car has so many super fantastic safety features as well as great features that will be fun to use. I would recommend Eric to anyone who wants exceptional customer service. He made us feel like his one and only customer. And welcomed us to return if we have any questions or need any help with our beautiful new car. Thanks, Eric. You're awesome!

Very poor business ethics. These guys kept wanting to argue, post higher than my proposal, and then return with an even higher number when I clearly stood Firm on my pricing. When I handled a copy of the price quote the sales rep told me he could get me a copy. We got our trade in keys that were held hostage. And this low life then told me he wouldn't print the price quote for me he told me he would. I just wasted two hours of my life with spineless unethical con artists. Please make the drive elsewhere.

The search for two cars for my friend's ended at Toyota of Venice with the help of Roman Caperna. What started out as a buy for a new Sienna and me helping them find a Lexus SUV, turned into an incredible experience with a top notch dealer and sales person (Roman). They not only helped find the perfect replacement for their older Sienna but during the conversation it turns out they had the exact pre-owned Lexus my friends wanted. They could not have been any better to deal with. I look forward to working with them both again on future new and per-owned needs. Thanks!!

first 'ray'' the used car sales mgr at venice toyota, venice florida tried to sell me the certified warranty for $600...i called corporate and they agreed that if the certified warranty stickers were on the car then it was included in the price...I also called palm toyota and germain toyota and their sales mgrs said the same thing..the car was also listed with cargurus and on that ad the car was listed as certified also..ray said he would lower it to $450...it was a totally horrible experience dealing with the very rude, obnoxious '' ray the used car sales mgr''.. a total non professional with absolutely no interpersonal skills..how he got to be a mgr is beyond me...after negotiating for 2 days Mark Stitch (great salesman) and I made an offer...''ray'' came back $300 higher than my offer and when i asked him to explain his figures he just said: ''THATS MY NUMBER and rudely walked away...when i said to mark i would accept rays offer if they put new wiper blades on the car as they were worn out and torn and falling apart and not safe and asked why they were not discovered in the 160 pt certification inspection .. mark went over to ray and told him i accepted his offer. ..ray came back and said ''i am not selling you the car'' i am sending it to the auction to get more money,,,i said you wont get more and he said he already had an offer and i said how can you have an offer as the car is here and an auction is where cars are bid on [link removed] answer..ray just rudely walked off AGAIN...i would never buy from venice toyota as long as they employ a mgr of this low caliber..Later that day I left my number for melissa the customer relations mgr.. 2 days later she called back and i explained the situation to her and she said she would get right back to me...she never called [link removed] she lied to...i also sent an email to brian the general manager and so far i haven't heard anything back from him either..and they both were at work and had all day to respond the next [link removed] respect for customers at all....5 days later i have still not heard anything back from melissa or brian the general mgr....they obviously don't care about customers..and lied about getting back to me..its been about 2 weeks now and still no reply from them...i did notice they transferred the car to lakeland toyota so ''ray'' lied about sending it to the auction also...i have bought toyotas for 35yrs and have never been treated like this...

Cadillac was priced for $19,444 on cars.Com, but when I went in to work the deal suddenly the price was $21,464. Dealer said it was a $2000.00 Dealer prep added on to the price. Salesman was a good guy, but sales manager didn't have clue. Screwed up the offer and then caught it and decided we were to far apart to work the deal and I agreed. Be careful and check the numbers if you are buying here.

I called to see about getting a key made for my Prius C. The service person told me it would be about $110, and an appointment was made. I arrived for the appointment, and was told: 1. The key is $110, but programming the key is over $200. That is a total of 3X the estimate. 2. After wasting several hours to get my car in for this work, they told me they did not have that particular key in stock. I would have expected them to check that before I wasted a couple of hours of my time to make the event happen.I left without doing the work. If nothing up front is done right, I have no confidence anything else will be. I am going back to my other Toyota dealer. They also seem over-priced, but they shoot straight and go out of their way to help get you an exact "out the door" quote and respect my time.

Worst service ever at this dealership. Quoted $386.00 for a ignition coil and 4 spark plugs.$200.00 of that was labor and it took 20 minutes to do the repair. I complained to the service manager that the labor charge was excessive. He could care less. I even asked him if he cared if I buy a new car there. He could care less. Well I guess they won. my $200.00 bucks but lost out on selling a $25,000 vehicle.. Also BEWARE all there cars have a additonal $999.00 charge right on the sticker price for a pin stripe and metalic paint. Pass this dealer Sarasota has better deals. Plus there honest.

Not the fanciest Toyota dealership I've been in, but had an excellent sales experience with our sales person Cory Y. and sales manager, Ray. We purchased 2 new Toyotas, a Highlander and Rav4. I'm sure we got a great deal on both, they blew Germain Toyota away! Not planning on buying a new car for another 15 years, but I'd definitely buy again from them.

First review ever written! Here goes. Brought my Highlander in for an oil change and I had printed a coupon off their website for $29.95. It states that it has to be presented at the time the service is written. Almost forgot and pulled it out and gave it to Joe. Curious why it had to be presented before and asked. I didn't get an answer on that, but what I did learn from Joe is that by using the coupon, he wasn't going to make as much commission (and he was not happy). Wait. What did you just say? The difference between the list price and coupon is $6. As in, six. Why the attitude, Joe? It didn't get any better from there. Maybe I'm the last one to know that the Venice Toyota service desk is commission based, so my bad. But if I'm not, now you know too. And think twice about approaching Joe with a coupon. As an aside, Tony, who I met when I first pulled in, delightful. Deanna cashed me out, also super nice.

After buying five Toyotas in the immediate Sarasota area, we decided to go to Venice. We bought a 2016 Rav 4 from Mike Vaga who could not have been more helpful and he had Eric help explain all the new electronics on the SUV. They both even came to our home to program the garage door opener! Their attention to the customer was exceptional and we would highly recommend the Venice dealership.

Water pump failed immediately after leaving service dept after an oil change with only 25000 miles on a corolla. They recommended a brake fluid flush and radiator flush for hundreds of dollars more, but I declined. The next day there was radiator fluid leaking from water pump. The next guy waiting for repairs also had his water pump fail at there Service Dept. Call it a coincidence if you want, but I am not having them work on my car again.

When I purchased my RAV4 I was told I was getting payments deferred for two months. I received a payment due a couple of weeks later. I then called Venice Toyota to let them know that I received a bill and didn't get the deferred payments that they kept repeating I would get when purchasing the vehicle . I spoke with the manager Miguel and he told me he would look into it and would call me back. I waited three days and went there to discuss it with Miguel the manager. He told me that I need to talk to Todd who is the finance guy . He had already left for the day . Miguel then told me he would talk to Todd and have him look into it and would have Todd call me in the morning. I never received that call so after work I went back to see what is going on. I spoke with Miguel once again and told him that I never received the promised phone call from Todd. He once again said he doesn't know what's going on because he never talked to Todd. I told him that the payment is due in a week and I need this resolved. He then went to say if they don't deferr the payments they will pay the payments to make good on their word. I couldn't believe what I just heard and was impressed with what he had promised. He also told me to give him a couple of days the next week to work on it. I called back later the next week and it turns out that Miguel the manager doesn't work there anymore. Todd the finance guy tells me ( All his words )that he had told Miguel prior to my last visit that he couldn't go back and honor the deferred months that he had told me about when I originally purchased the vehicle. He then goes on to say that because he knew he wasn't going to be there anymore that he has " passed on the buck . He told me he still works for Toyota but not there. I said good , you can call him and verify with him. I then asked Todd the finance guy what was going to happen and what is going to happen about the payment that is now due. He said I will have to pay it. I asked for the owners information and he said he was going to get it and will call me back . To my surprise he never called. I made the payment. I don't mind making payments because obviously I will be making many of them. Don't sell me something, forget to put it in a contract , admit you screwed up and do nothing to make it right. I will never buy a vehicle from them again and it makes me nervous to have it serviced there too. Your word is everything when you represent a business. Think twice before going to Venice Toyota. Thank you for reading

Cramer Toyota offered a $40 Visa gift card for a test drive. I printed the coupon with a unique code on it and drove an hour to test drive a truck I saw online. I made sure the coupon was received by the correct person. I made an attempt to buy the truck but we could not get close on numbers regarding my trade in. I spent half a day in good faith but I feel like the trade in negotiation was ridiculous in terms of how low their offer was. I was told the gift card would take 30 days. That was over two months ago, and after several promises with no delivery, I was told today that they are no longer honoring the agreements. Not that they stopped offering them; not honoring the agreements that had already been satisfied and completed. It may sound trite to complain about $40, but it's the principal. This makes a distasteful experience far worse. If Cramer Toyota is this short sighted on something this small, I can only imagine how they handle bigger issues.

I'm the only car waiting for service. Plenty of employees walking around and no one offering customer service. Joe, in service finally stopped by with plenty of attitude. His excuse is there's only three people working today. He grabbed my key from me a tossed it on the dash. Very unfriendly, lots of attitude! It would have been so easy to say, Sorry for the wait, how can we help you. I bought my last two cars from Cramer Toyota and they have serviced them since purchase. If this is the way they treat customer loyalty, than I need a different dealer. I drive from Port Charlotte to Venice for service. I'm sure I'll continue in the future. By the way, there's only 3 customers including my in the waiting room. It seems like 3 employees to check in 3 customers should not keep Joe too busy!

After having a suspect quote from another dealer, I contacted Cramer Toyota via the internet. That's where I met a most engaging person, named Brian Kramer, (with a "K"). After some met and greet, we got down to business. He had a "le" for about $4,000 less than the other dealer. This dealership is 68 miles away, so you have to realize what a wonderful conversation we had had. I arrived the next day and explained this car was for my wife and she was having a bad day. She didn't want the $20,000 grey car, only a Blue car would do. Brian most tactfully mention that they had a much better deal on an {SE) for pennies more. After a test drive. Brian wisely mentioned that "I wouldn't buy a car for her without her seeing and driving it" We conferred Joddie a wonderful person. to allow me to drive the car 68 miles home. After they check my police report, I suspect. Well anyway these were the limits the Cramer boys went too. My wife loved the car, loved the attention that Brian Kramer gave us. We were looking for info on the future replacement of our 2005 Highlander. After meeting Jim Gallagher, he showed us several new Highlanders. We decided that the new Highlanders were too large for us. JIm said let me show you the Rav 4. We were skeptical. JIm quickly and expertly convinced us the Rav 4 had everything we were looking for to replace our Highlander. Thus an info trip became a buying trip and we now have a new Rav 4 sitting in our garage.

My 3rd Prius. Brian Kramer, my favorite salesman, has never failed to accommodate me. He met MY price, I didn't have to meet HIS. Everyone is so cordial and the lot has a huge inventory so I never have to wait on a vehicle of my choice - they've always had it on the lot. I've even been able to upgrade to a model with more features so I feel really spoiled right now. I just drive in and drive out in a new vehicle. They do ALL the legwork - what a relief!

I just purchased a 2015 Sienna LTD Premium and the process went very well. I had decided I needed something larger and more useful than my 2013 Cadillac SRX and had pretty much looked at everything. I thought I had settled on the new Volvo xc90 but decided that the Sienna would be my last test drive. I did an Internet get the price from the dealer inquiry and based on the price and the car's specs--last fully loaded Sienna on the lot and no doubt due to price--I made an appointment to see the car. No doubt when you hear minivan you think soccer mom and run. And many car makers seem to have abandoned this model to focus on SUV's. The much touted Honda Odyssey is a cheap pastiche of plastic with a built in vacuum as a selling point. After driving the SRX and my wife's 2015 Audi Q5, I couldn't see the Honda in my future. But the Sienna was a surprise. It's nicely appointed with stitched leather dash and rear seats that not only recline but footrests pop up. And for passengers in those seats, there is dual view blu ray wide screen entertainment center to enjoy. And the third row seats power fold into the floor. But this is a review of the dealership, so back to subject. My saleswoman was both friendly and professional. We had a good test drive and she pointed out the plethora of electronics that Toyota has dumped into this model. Too many to cover at once, so we are scheduling a return for a more extensive introduction into everything I bought. Overall this was a pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with seemed to be concerned my needs, not theirs, were being met. Now I will do an update when I get my first service. I do fear that could be disappointing as both Cadillac and Audi have loaners to go, no arguments. And high end car dealers are really interested in making their customers comfortable. My wife will never abandon Audi and already has her sights set on an A6 in two years time. But for those looking for a good buying experience, you might consider Cramer Toyota. A footnote. The window sticker claims this includes carpet mats priced at $399.00. This is either a misprint or blatant exaggeration as if you look at the mats, you think $39.90 maybe. I will be ordering good mats from WeatherTech.

I went to Cramer to follow-up on a too good to be true ad from a dealer in a different county. I was sure the ad price didn't include floor mats, Toyogaurd, a spare tire, etc. I related my experience with a prior new Toyota purchase from a dealer in a different county. I told Omar what I liked about the Toyota I own. I had called an auto broker regarding an ad I saw for a 2014 Camry. Omar explained the features of the redesigned 2015 Camry. After sharing my information, the manager showed me their offer matching the too good to be true base price with reasonable add-ons for what I wanted. That was true and too good to pass up. I left with a great deal on a 2015 Camry.

Sherri Fox is the definition of "easy to work with," she is straightforward and doesn't play the typical dealer bullshyte games. I've purchased two vehicles from her in five years. How committed am I to doing business with her? I have to drive past a Toyota dealership that is closer to my home in order to do business with Sherrie and Cramer Toyota..

I would like to thank Omar for all he has done to get us back into a Toyota vehicle, He was very intelligent, polite, concerned, caring and eager to get us back in the loop. I wasn't intending to purchase a NEW vehicle because of health issues but he was able to find the perfect plan for us. I drove away from the dealership with a 2015 vehicle and totally satisfied. When and if the time comes that we want another new car I will definitely go back to Cramer to purchase another vehicle and ask specifically for Omar. I know I already thanked you Omar, but I'd like to thank you again. I couldn't have done it without you!

It was the FIRST enjoyable experience I've had in purchasing/leasing a car. Sheri Fox was a competent, knowledgeable, personable salesperson that followed thru on every aspect of the transaction. Sheri is "customer service personified". I highly recommend Sheri, & Cramer Toyota for the purchase/lease of a car, it doesn't get any better.David the "closing" financial person was also competent, & knowledgeable, & enjoyable to work with.

Most folks are nervous about buying a new car. But we had such a wonderful experience working with Joe Medina. He was so professional and courteous from the time we discussed what we were looking for ,right up to finding us the perfect car! Paper work was handled professionally but also fun. When we picked up our delivery Joe was right there going over all the new features that come on the Avalon, He was so patient with both of us -as our trade in was 14 years old and does not come with all the great new features. If you are looking to buy a car - Joe is your man. Thanks again for making the purchase effortless and pleasurable. Love the new car!Bill and Penny

I purchased a new Prius C about a week ago. It had 75 miles on it when we bought it. It was towed back to Cramer about 10 min. ago. The hybrid system fail notice came on and then the temp light. The eng. started to rattle and it blew coolant all over the eng. compartment. I think the radiator cap pressure was too high and it over came the PSI the cap was rated for. All this at 650 miles. My wife traded in her 09 Corolla and I had to do some talking to get her to go along with the trade. We never had the Corolla in the shop one time with 90k on it. If it was not a stick we would still have the car. This to put it mildly has made both of us very leery of the hybrid system. The Corolla never let us down not one time. The tow truck operator said that they tow more Prius cars than any other. Great. I wish we had bought a Corolla.

I purchased a brand new Tacoma TRD off road. I picked it up on a friday night and put it in the garage took it out of the garage on Sunday. When I washed it there were chips all over the driver side paint and glass. I took the truck back to Cramer Toyota on Monday , and was told that they could buff out the paint and the might have to replace the glass. A few day's later they called and said the glass was in. I dropped the truck off. When I picked it up the chips were still in the paint. They then tried to buff them out but couldn't. I was offerd a new truck but was told that it would cost me $2900.00. I argued with the sales manager and he came down to $1500.00. I dont think that it is right that I had to pay to replace a truck that theey sold to me damaged. They slso refused to switch over a tonneau cover that I purchased from them that they installed on the damaged truck. The salesman helped me switch it over in the parking lot. Thier ad says they treat people right. I was not treated right.

Service department is so inefficient that I will never return....Just simple warranted work on my Wife's Prius was a hassle.....Work not done as it should be, didn't call when completed like they said they would....A bunch of "specialists" that insure no continuity of service, and just an overall attitude that they don't care....The last time I was there, I wasted 3 hours more than I should have of a beautiful day, because of their poor business practices...Being a lifelong buisness owner, I went back in to share my frustration with the service manager....The service "experts" wouldn't page him and said "just stand over there, he should be back sometime this afternoon"....As I waited, I wrote my whole frustrating experience up so he could see where their setup allows Customers to be dropped...I laid it on his desk with my name and phone number....Never got a call back....Never setting foot in there again....

Had body work done. ..paid them in two part and an employee ( who no longer works there) pocketed my money. I was stupid because I did not check the paperwork for the receipt. I just assumed it was there. Months go by and then I get a call that I owe the money. Then a certified letter. Then the Owner calls me using threats and harassment and now is suing me! He was an xxx! Didn't listen and was very abusive! I know I paid them...I told them to back up their cameras... no response. So now I have to go to court and will have to pay twice! I am poor! And when I asked around. ..Cramer has pulled stunts like this before!

I was contacted by the new general manager of Cramer Toyota after I wrote my dealer rating a few days ago. We discussed how I was kind of underwhelmed by the service I received, disappointed by the price etc. He sounded sincerely interested in hearing what I said and I firmly believe he will be trying to correct these problems. I told him that he needs to make sure every customer leaves delighted with his/ her expectations exceeded. I suggested that he should hold a short meeting on how to deal with a customer that is facing a very big service bill. What to do , how to make the customer feel better. I plan to give Cramer another chance with my business and honestly feel that the new GM of Cramer can and will make a posiyive difference

New Prius Battery Pack needed. Service rep nice, explained what was needed and of course gave us a price. I also agreed to new plugs, wires, tune up stuff and injector cleaning service, throttle clean out, all of which based on my mileage I knew was needed. Talking about $3,650 not including tax,, the bulk being the battery pack of course. I have taken the car there for recall work, body work when in a minor crash, water pump,, regular battery replacement. I asked my service rep if he could help out on the price especially since they mail out 10% off coupons (None at this time) said he will see. I called other dealerships after I okay ed work and they both were less than Cranmer. I called my service rep to let him know and again he will do what he can- was the answer. Well when I picked up the car I saw a grand total of $31 discount on the bill still more than other two dealerships. To say the least I was very disappointed. And you would think that after paying them a bill like that, they might at least wash the car? or maybe just the windshield? Nahhh I am not calling them rip offs, scam artists at all, they did the work fast, am sure they did it right but you would think they would work better with a customer on a price for such an expensive repair, and as a service, wash the car as other dealers have done! I was getting all my work on the Prius at Cramer ( convenient) but this last experience made me feel like an open wallet, not a valued customer

Total sales scam, rip-off and con artists that do not stand behind their warrantees. They try to sell you more inferior products and take more money. No one seems to question their tactics or confronts their employees as they avoid responsibility for warrantees sold to you. Avoid Cramer Toyota and go somewhere else there is too much competition to deal with their obvious rip off practices. Heres why. On July 16, 2014 I went to Cramer Toyota looking for replacement tires on my wifes car. We bought the car from Cramer being a conscientious consumer and thinking Toyota was a great choice. After only 19 months and 19,000 miles the tires needed to be replaced and were down to 2/32. My wife fell for the con-job at Cramer Toyota and had to buy 2 tires with only 2 being warranteed by the dealer for a total of 4 new tires replaced and an alignment. Then after only 9 months/11,000 miles the new tires, (these were 55,000 mile tires mind you) were needing replacement again at what Danny said 2/32. At the same time my Kia that was bought the same day as my wifes car has 31,000 miles (more combined miles than the Camry tires) on the tires with plenty of tread left. Now bear in mind that all 4 tires had NO signs of uneven wear, toeing and feathering anywhere. All servicing was done on-time and alignment done at Cramer Toyota. After wasting 3 hours of my time and being told Im gonna get the best deal for you, and Ill be working for you. I was told the best deal I could get was a $400.00 credit and total $800.00 for the tires that would come out of my pocket. As I stated the tire warranty, I already changed out tires once that were put on by them and I wanted to see what why they were saying theres uneven wear. I was taken out to my car and at first the female service attendant pointed to scratches on my chassis and body. Then I said thats bologna, its a car and normal wear and tear. Then the tech had to search my tire treads looking for some reason to invalidate the warranty. I was told that there was one tread that went from 3/32-2/32, and Thats it uneven wear. Its now VERY apparent that they will do whatever it takes to avoid standing behind their warranty and products. Even better as now I was really upset and then the mechanic goes and produces an alignment sheet and the sales attendant and thats what she really was, states your car was out of alignment. You should have taken it to someone who would have informed me my car was out of alignment. I had 1 oil change at Palm Toyota in Punta Gorda which seemed to have made her angry. All thru the process the attitudes were poor from everyone there, since I stated I wanted them to furnish 4 new tires right from the start I will not pay for anymore. I was told they are offering my a good deal and should take it. I stated again all maintenance was done, there is NO alignment problem, no credible evidence of driver neglect and uneven tire wear. I was told thats the best they can do. After again stating my displeasure with Danny who was no help. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner. 3 hours later Richard Bond calls me as he conveyed to me that I was offered a great deal and I left the call insulted as it was insinuated throughout the whole ordeal that it was bad driving habits caused all this. I was even insulted further as numerous times I was told I should be a more conscienstious consumer after telling my story of the mishandling of car. He repeatedidly tried to force the deal on me and couldnt believe I wouldnt take it. Then stated I should go to the manufacturer for help. I mean its warranteed by Cramer Toyota and I have to go to the manufacturer for help that he should have done already. What a rip-off. Heres one for you Richard Bond Im going to be an even more conscientious consumer and take my business and other consumers somewhere else. Also I will also let Toyota know of how I have lost total faith in their brand due to absurd handling of my situation by you and your dealership.

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to Brian Kramer, Sandeep, and the entire dealerlship. I purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago and came back to purchase a second car. I was genuinely pleased to see Brian was still there. From my personal experience with dealerships that is a rare trait to find. The dealership overall and it's professional employees showed my family and I respect, sincerity, and professionalism from start to finish. In retrospect, I will be recommending this dealership and especially Brian and Sandeep to all my friends and family. I will continue to do business with this comany as a true life long customer.

I received a call that the service required for my sons car would be 1500 and that does not include the cost of 2 tires that is also needed. When I asked for an explanation of charges and stated there needs for something to be done about the price. I was told "what is your problem" and if I could find a 10% off coupon that would be the best they could do. I has to ask 3 times for a breakdown of what they intended to do and finally asked to speak to a manager. "Danny" got on the phone and states "that's the price" and what did I expect the car had not been in their shop for almost three years. I never received an apology for the way their service person spoke to me. I explained that the car in question was bought from them and when I was the sole driver of the vehicle I was always in there. I gave the car to my son and on his limited budget he was doing the best he could but still getting service done. The car I currently drive bought from that dealership is always brought in for required maintenance and I have recently been inquiring about a another vehicle to purchase for my youngest daughter. I obviously don't expect something for nothing and rely on certified Toyota service but I don't need to be insulted because I have the audacity to inquire about what I am paying for. So you lost a customer and goodwill and could not care less. I told Danny I was just going to have my son pick up the vehicle and we would bring the car elsewhere. Danny informed me that indeed a splash guard was repaired and I needed to pay for that. I replied "why was this work done without my ok? And how much is it?" Danny said he did not know and transferred me back to the original service person who was so disrespectful. That salesperson who I cannot recall his name informed me that indeed no work had been done and my son could pick up the car. I just feel terrible about having to do this to my son and we have another appointment with a qualified professional set up to do the work on his next day off. Cramer is used to not being questioned and is so busy that it doesn't care to provide or give customer service that will keep their customers.

Sherri F. was patient and supportive and worked with me and trying to find the best deal for me. The financial staff as well as great and did not pressure me or push me to put money down or just take their deal. They were realistic and creative. Last Saturday, my husband and I came to Cramer Toyota to look at the new Avalon. We have purchased many cars in the past from Cramer and always return because of their wonderful treatment of customers. Two years ago I purchased a new Camry from Omar Eastman and asked for him again. He was in the showroom and was, as usual, most helpful. Needless to say we rode away later that evening with our new Avalon. Couldn't have been more pleased with the help provided by Omar, Ron and Sanjay. As usual it was a truly exceptional experience.

Would I go back to Cramer Toyota? Absolutely. Would I recommend Cramer Toyota? Absolutely. My pleasant experience started "on line" and ended in a clean, modern, welcoming Dealership. The response I received from Brian Kramer (my salesman) was immediate, and the follow-through consistent, friendly, and low-keyed. In fact, he made the difference. What a guy. He was so accommodating, understanding my "wants" and very patient. This is the way to buy a new car. In the end, calculatingmy trade-in (a major factor in any new vehicle purchase) he and Cramer Toyota exceeded myexpectations (which were sky high!). These folks bent over backwards to sell me the vehicle I reallywanted. Drove in mine, drove out theirs - now mine! Closing paperwork was exceptionally fast andprofessional. Preparation of the vehicle was excellent. Probably the best thing about Brian Kramer is youcan really talk with this man who will help you buy or just plan a possible purchase, no gimmicks but a factual, truthful and rewarding experience. Incidentally, the Van is the only one on the market worth buying!

negotiated a price and bought a 2013 highlander. Did the final dealings with San Dee, the sales manager. We discussed financing vs cash purchase. Thought I had negotiated a good deal paying cash for the vehicle. Went home and saw on line a couple of days later that Toyota was offering a zero percent financing option. Called and complained as no mention was made to me that the zero percent option was available. Was referred back to San Dee by another person who told me that Cramer received a $1240 payment from Toyota if someone did not take the zero percent financing. Spoke to San Dee and he claimed it was a misunderstanding and offered me the zero percent option with the caveat that he would have to add $1240 to the cost of my vehicle plus tax if I did that.I told him the time to offer me the zero percent was when we were negotiating price. Not a week after the deal was done. This was no misunderstanding. We talked finance and I mentioned if I could get a better deal by financing with them I would do that and pay it off the next month. San Dee told me that in Florida if you pay a loan off within the first six months there was a penalty. I then told him I would pay cash. He NEVER told my wife and I about the zero percent option. I filed a complaint with a Florida consumer agency and after a back and forth it appears that San Dee lied to the owner as the owners final response was that "I was advised of the zero percent option when I bought the car". NOT!!! Also today I hung up for the second time in a week trying to contact the body shop at Cramer about a flaw in the paint. Both times I was told that they were busy with "customers" and I was put thru to a voice mail. I left a second message today in hopes of getting a return call.I would like to add that "Luis" at the body shop did call me later in the day. I drove the car in and he looked at it right away and told me it was a warranty issue and they would call me to setup an appointment to get it taken care of after we get back in town next week.

I purchased a new 2013 Toyota Rav4 from Cramer Toyota via internet & email exchanges with Sue & Sherri, I live about 180 miles away from Cramer Toyota but they had the exact vehicle with the options I wanted, my local Toyota dealers in the Sanford & Orlando, FL. area all were willing to dealer trade for this vehicle but at a much higher price than Cramer Toyota was offering. Once I agreed on the price for my new Rav4 I also asked about my trade in.After Cramer Toyota did some research I was email back an offer for my trade again higher than any of the local Toyota dealers. I decided to drive to Cramer Toyota in Venice, FL & complete the sale with my trade in.Sherri had my new Rav4 all ready for delivery upon arrival, The sale was completed with the exact amount for the new Rav4 & my trade in as agreed upon. All I can say is Cramer Toyota provided an honest & great sales experience for me.

We bought my wife's car here. The purchase was not a bad experience. She got a good deal. The service department is another matter. We bought a service plan so the oil changes and basic service was pre-paid. Of course that meant they would find another $200-- $300 worth of work that "had to be done" every visit. The final straw was when they told her she neded new brakes, that they were so bad that they would not let her drive the car. She had to have a complete brake job right then, that her car was unsafe to drive. After insisting on taking the car for another opinion, we got a call from that repair shop asking why we thought the brakes needed work, was she experiencing issues that might point them in a different direction? They said the brakes had another two to three years service left on them. Today I took in her battery that was dead. A seven year battery dead after three years. Auto Zone had tested it for me and suggested I take i back to Toyota as it was obviously under warranty. Since I had the battery and not the car at first they said there was nothing they could do. The employee and manager attitudes were so bad that I got angry real quick. After a coulple calls I was able to get the info they required and they finally replaced the battery at a prorated cost. It took ten minutes of going back and forth before they were finally able to write me up.Will never set foot in this dealarship again.

We recently purchased a used 2011 avalon from Cramer toyota (our 5th purxhase fron Cramer). Both my wife and I have commented that it was the most pleasing vehicle transaction that we have experienced in decades. Our sales rep. (Frank Ragen)was pleasant--hint- no high pressure-and very very helpful through the entire process--including after sale issues. We don't care where you buy, but you you are short changing yourself if you don't consider Cramer Toyota as a possible source for your next vehicle.

WHEN I BOUGHT THE NEW AVALON I HAD NO INTENTIONS OF BUYING A NEW PHONE TOO. THE SALESMAN NEVER ASKED ABOUT MY PHONE OR SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HOW MANY THINGS IT CONTROLLED IN THE CAR. WHEN I COULDNT GET IT CONNECTED TO THE BLUETOOTH SERVICE I CAME BACK AND ASKED HIM TO TRY. HE COULDNT GET IT TO WORK EITHER SO HE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN JEFF TOLD ME THE PHONE WOULD HAVE TO BE "UPGRADED" I CALLED MOTOROLA AND THE AGENT JUST LAUGHED AND SAID " HE MUST BE KIDDING" THIS PHONE IS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD AND WORKS FINE IN MY OTHER CAR.

WE WENT TO CRAMER TOYOTA IN 2002 TO PURCHASE A NEW HIGHLANDER. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD, THAT WE WENT BACK LAST YEAR TO GET A USED COROLLA FOR OUR DAUGHTER. WE WORKED WITH EVANS AND SCOTT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, STAYING WITH IN OUR BUDGET, HELPING US OBTAIN FINANCING AND FINDING JUST THE RIGHT VEHICLE. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PAPERWORK, EVANS ASKED US TO RETURN IN AN HOUR SO THE DEALERSHIP COULD"CLEAN UP" THE CAR. UPON OUR RETURN, WE WALKED RIGHT BY THE COROLLA WITHOUT RECOGNIZING IT! WHAT A TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE IT WAS......... EARLIER THIS YEAR, I DECIDED TO TRADE IN MY 16 YEAR OLD RAV 4. THEY FOUND ME JUST THE RIGHT VEHICLE (AGAIN) GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE FOR MY TRADE-IN, AND MADE THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION VERY EASY.UNFORTUNATELY, 13 DAYS AFTER I GOT THE CAR, I WAS HIT HEAD-ON BY A CARELESS DRIVE & THE CAR WAS TOTALED!YOU CAN GUESS WHERE I'LL GO AND WITH WHOM I'LL WORK WHEN I NEED A REPLACEMENT!KUDOS TO BOTH EVANS AND SCOTT...... IT'S EMPLOYEES LIKE THEM THAT MAKES CRAMER TOYOTA "OUR" PLACE FOR VEHICLES!WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE? I KNOW THAT WE WON'T.............

I was introduced to Cramer Toyota of Venice by way of the internet while looking for a new car. Having very little experience with buying a new car, I was delighted with the presentation and the offer, and the feedback that I got on e-mail. I traveled 40 miles to reach Venice and was greeted by Brian at the door. He showed me the new car and we did a visual inspection. He completed the paperwork as needed, and we agreed on a reasonable price for my traded in vehicle. At completion of the signing, he showed me the workings of the inside of the new car. I thought that I had an truly exceptioal experience and drove away delighted with my new toy.

When I walked into Cramer Toyota, a polite woman approached me and asked what I was looking for. Me dealing with auto dealerships all day for my job knew what I wanted but it wasn't the easiest to obtain. I wanted GREAT gas mileage, a very low APR and to trade in my faithful yet upside down sidekick car. She said if anyone knows how to make it happen, it was Mr. Davis. Somehow, Mr. Davis achieved all of those getting me into a brand new hybrid, not a used but new, my interest rate dropped nearly 14 points (which is wonderful might I add) and has helped me get back on track credit wise, economically with a car that gets great mpg and with a great standard warranty that I can say I don't see everywhere else. The Team at Cramer Toyota made it so that I was in a great position to better my present and future as far as my credit goes, and in a vehicle that isn't upside down and if the day comes that my new little hybrid has seen too many miles (a family members Toyota is reaching 200k so that's a long way away :)) I know exactly where I'll go back to. Very personable and we had laughs about our trade in which had seen better days, will miss that van. Thefinance people also very helpful in getting our loan approved. The car we bought by the way is very nice, a 2010 Corolla with only at 5ooo miles on it. we've put about 300 miles on it and the ride, handeling and gas mileage have been excellent.

Recently, I bought a 2006 Chrysler Sebring convertible from Cramer Toyota. I LOVE this car! While it wasn't the vehicle I originally went there to see, it turned out to be a much better deal. I didn't think that I could obtain the financing needed to purchase this car, but Fran, Randy & the finance manager put together the deal, and arranged the financing, along with an agreeable monthly payment. Also, while the car did need some repair, Cramer took care of me right away, and even included a 4-wheel alignment, all at no cost to me. KUDOS to Cramer Toyota. Yes, I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I had a awful experience with Cramer Toyota. They misdiagnosed my car, a Prius, and it cost me $1000 to get my car from being held hostage. I had an issue with my car not turning off, so they said it was the 12 volt battery. $300 later, it still didn't work right and wouldn't turn off, so I took it back in and they had the car for two days because they said they had not had an issue like mine before. They do not provide rental cars or loaner cars any more, so I was without a car for two days. I was told the driver would pick me up at 7:30 a.m. and I wasn't picked up until 9 a.m. In the end, it was a computer issue. Since they changed the battery first, I can't be sure I really needed a new battery. I was told the car would be ready by 11 a.m. and it wasn't, so it became a frustrating experience and well as expensive. I have bought 6 cars at Cramer and I like the sales people, but I am always terrified to go back for service because they always try to up-sell you into something you don't want or need. Another time I went in and they tried to sell me new tires when my tires were only 3 months old and I knew I didn't need new tires. Also, don't use their REVIEW site. They will get your review and "triage" it so your true feelings will not ever get out on the internet. I guess I will need to travel to Sarasota or Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda when it's time for a new Toyota. Cramer don't care if you are a good customer at all.

We bought our 3rd Toyota from Cramer yesterday, and I was reminded of why I keep coming back. I have to say this was the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. Not only did they give us the best price possible for the car, they also helped get our monthly payment to where we felt comfortable, although it wasn t the ideal amount we wanted to pay monthly, it was in range. However, the next morning we got a nice phone call from Bob saying he found another bank to finance us and brought our payment down $50 ! Most dealerships would forget you as soon as you hand over a check and drive off the lot, but not at Cramer. I truly feel they had our best interest in mind throughout our whole car buying experience. To the used car sales team of Ed, Jonathan, Paul, and Bob, thank you so very much for everything! You all were so helpful, friendly, and just made us feel very comfortable. You all treated us as if we were family. We will definitely be back to see you when we purchase our 4th Toyota from you!

Everyone is friendly and courteous and I enjoyed working with Brian. He was always willing to go the exra mile with answering questions and multiple test drives. He got me a great deal too. I was a bit uncomfortable with the method used at the final paperwork meeting. I felt pressured to purchase the tire insurance and the person actually said "you will be leaving here unprotected if you don't get this". Also I was told there is a state law requiring I sit and listen to these additional "exras" which all add more to the final price. I'm not so sure there is really a law requiring this.

Our salesman (Boris)at Cramer Toyota was so polite and helpful that it was actually a joy to buy our cars from him. We had dreaded going through the stress involved with buying new vehicles, but he put us at ease instantly and took care of our transaction with honesty and integrity. He explained all functions of our new vehicles throughly and even went above and beyond by helping me with the bluetooth functions by linking the music from my Iphone and helping me input my phone numbers for handsfree calling! (I would have been lost without his help). This young man is a valuable asset to your organization. We only went to Cramer Toyota to browse for prices and had planned to go to Wesley Chapel for our actual purchase, but after talking with Boris, we did not want to go anywhere else and ended up buying not one, but two vehicles from him. We were made to feel special and part of the Toyota family. It was more than a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Cramer Toyota to our friends and family. I would also like to add that I would specifically recommend they ask for Boris as their Salesman. This is the second time we have purchased vehicles from Cramer Toyota (the first being 9 years ago) and this time your staff, especially our salesman, Boris, far exceeded our expectations.

I was very apprehensive about buying another new car after my prior experiences left me with regrets and the feeling of having been taken advantage of as a single woman buyer. I did as much research as possible. I knew what I wanted to buy and had an idea what I wanted to pay for it. I came into the dealership prepared for a battle- that never materialized. I was greeted at the door and introduced to my salesman, Boris. He is a kind, well- mannered young man new to car sales. Through out the process he was very courteous and never said any of the cliche things that car salesman are known to say. I liked working with him. When I was given the first offer, I was actually speechless- it was an agressive offer that was not insulting! (unlike the last time I bought a car from a Honda dealer whose first offer was a few thousand OVER sticker!) I informed them I planned on securing my own financing and selling my car not trading it. The sales manager, Joey did his job in suggesting the benefits of using them for financing and trade-in, but did not hassle me or pressure me to take the deal and I felt treated with respect and courtesy through-out the process. There were no games like "What do you want your payment to be?". I left the dealership with the information and sold my car and secured the financing that week. When I was ready to buy I spoke with Joey who located a vehicle with the color and features that I was looking for from another dealership within a few hours. When I returned to buy the car, based on past experiences I was expecting something to be wrong - maybe the price changed or the same price -but missing some options that I was looking for. However, that was not the case. Everything was just as I wanted and that they had agreed too!! No games! They were efficient and respectful throughout the entire process. I will not dread my next new car purchase if I can go back to Cramer and work with Boris and Joey and the same process. I highly recommend them based on my experience. And I love my Toyoto Camry SE! I intended to check out a new Honda Accord as well, but felt so happy with my experience as it progressed I never went anywhere else. Also I want to note that I read other positive reviews here and on other sites that led me to go to Cramer first.

Cramer Toyota of VeniceCanadian customers watch out!A neat and smooth running operation.People you can trust during the negotiation process and a long time after if you need follow- up paperwork to bring back your car to Canada. It started badly. Driving from Miami, the car we were looking for , as seen on Internet, was not in the dealer lot!Our preowned sale man, Rob Kuhn found it in the backyard being cleaned and prepared for selling. Not much work to do... As said in the publicity it was in great condition with very low miles.Rob Kuhn let us inspect it as much as we wanted, made us drive it, answered all our questions and... went to marry his son!A few days later, after making financial arrangements, another salesman, Evans, literally<sweat>> for us.We should remember his family name... But lost his card... Sorry! But thanks to him too because he really took care of the last details, running from one place to another to prepare our Sienna. In all we met a very good sale team, a reputable dealership and a very good car. Recently I purchased a new camry at Cramer Toyota of Venice. I am a return customer and both experiences were the easiest and most stress free car buying experiences of my life. I have shopped for cars numerous times over the years and most times felt as though I was being taken advantage of being a woman alone entering a car dealership. Most times it wasn't just a feeling, it was reality. This is my third Camry. The first lived through almost 200,000 miles, my two teenagers, and was still going strong until wrecked by another teenager that I sold it to. I'm convinced that these cars are the best! I had a leased camry and Brian Casey let me know about a promo to forgive the last 6 months of the lease. 0 down, 0% financing, free maintenance for the 1st 50,000 miles made for a deal impossible to say no to. I am so pleased that I decided to upgrade to the XLE.I cannot say enough good things about Brian Casey. He spent so much time with me explaining the features of the car and connecting my phone. I have been back 2 other times when I got a new smart phone for his help and he was always very helpful and gracious. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase or service a car. They even took the time to sync our phones with the bluetooth system and show us how everything worked. The financing process was also surprisingly quick and easy, and very straightforward. We received the interest rate we were promised and had the papers signed and the keys in our hand in about 15 minutes.I test drove cars at many different dealerships, but made the decision to buy from Cramer because of the service I received from everyone there. Thanks again Cramer - We will absolutely be back!

I really wanted to visit this dealership because I had heard that they were friendly, fair-minded, price-competitive and not pushy, and this is exactly what I found to be the case. Moreover, I ended up buying a different model than I intended buying without feeling that my arm was being twisted--and I really believe I got some great advice leading to a great buying decision on the Camry XLE. The sales representative Sue Duffy was outstanding. Her manager was also excellent. This is a very well run dealership that is deserving of its strong reputation.

Now, don't take this to mean that I have problems with my car, quite the contrary. I always take my car there for oil changes, tire rotations, and service. The service personnel are always super friendly and they help a lot. I've even had some great experiences with the manager there. Josh has helped me to understand why I need to do certain things to my car, like change the air filter. I know that they don't upsell and just try to get my money from me. They are great. This last time, I brought in the car because it seems to drive funny. It turns out that I just didn't have enough air pressure in the tires. They could easily have sold me new tires, front end steering parts, or any other products and I would have believed them. But no, not there. Instead, they politely told me to make sure that I keep a closer eye on the air pressure and suggested that I use the tire gauge more frequently in the colder months. WOW!As a female, you never know how you will be treated when it comes to "manly" things. As a female who did something a little less than intelligent, I was AMAZED that they were so kind even though I had done such a stupid thing. I always tell others that they need to use this dealership if they want to have it given to them straight and in a way that they can understand. This past visit, I decided to walk around the used car lot. I usually take a spin around it while they are working on my car. Many people take the time to watch tv or read a provided newspaper in the comfortable waiting area, but not me. I like to see what's on the lot. I know that they always have new vehicles coming in since so many people love this dealership. While there, I saw Darry who chatted with me. Last time, I bought from him, but he didn't have my dream vehicle there this time. You see, I've been looking to find a Toyota Tacoma for as long as I can remember. Darry said that he would let me know the next time one came in, but that not many Tacoma owners seem to be willing to give them up.I sadly walked back to wait for my car and the news as to what the problem was. Josh called me over and quietly told me the problem. It was really nice of him to tell me about it personally and quietly since I had done such a stupid thing. I mean, who thinks that tire pressure is going to make a crazy vibration? Anyway, as we were talking about it, I mentioned that I wanted a Tacoma. We chatted about how they keep their value and how he seldom sees them in the shop for any mechanical problems. He helped me with some online pricing to show me how they keep their value and even showed me the online website of Toyota. It was great to have someone so knowledgable helping me to understand the vehicle and my options. By the time that he was done bragging about the vehicle, I wanted one more than anything. He personally called over Eli to take care of me.Eli was incredible. We laughed the whole test drive and the whole time that I was working on the purchase. I knew that he really wanted to get me in that truck to make my dream come true. He personally saw to my trade-in and helped me to get the most for it. Eli was knowledgable and friendly and really made it a great experience. He even went so far as to help me sync my phone and setup a few other things. He filled it up, got it cleaned and made sure that the truck was ready for me! WOW! Talk about customer service. While I was buying my dream truck, Josh came over to check on me and see how it was going. We discussed my trade because I didn't think that they were being fair. Then, he showed me some information online and talked with me about it. It was really great. He helped me to understand the trade-in process and I was SOLD!Now I'm driving around town in my dream truck! My dog loves it, who knew that the commercial stating, "dogs love trucks" was true! She's always sticking her head out the window and smelling that Florida air. It's great. Besides her, I've already been buying furniture and hauling Home Depot loads. It's a great truck and I'm so happy to have had such a great experience at Cramer.

I received a call from Richard bond as to the service complaint of 01/10/12 He assured me that the problem of my complaint will be taken care of and that it would never happen again. I was satisfied with him taken the action he did and his prompt responce to my complaint. Because of his action I will take back the review of 01/10/12. I have been a long time customer and a very satisfied customer and because of one employee I should not hold this against them. Paul Vanderheiden 860-478-8322

I am appalled by what I observed today at Cramer Toyota of Venice, FL. After a discussion about the "Tires for Life" program and who should pay for the alignment when the visit is part of a 30,000 mile service (that includes balance and alignment), Richard Bond (the GM) offered me a complimentary Alignment. I observed my Sienna in a service bay directly outside of the service desk and never saw it move from that bay until I was told by Maria that it was finished. I asked her if they did the alignment and she said yes, it was right here on the print-out. That vehicle never went to the alignment machine which was in full view of where I was observing. Maria went our and asked the Tech who appeared annoyed and moved my vehicle to the alignment machine. It was clearly a case of deception and one of the most unethical egregious breaches of trust that I have ever been exposed to. That service tech was a part of the discussion of whether or not I should have received the alignment as part of the 30,000 check. He should be fired, unless he was instructed to not perform the alignment by management. That's entirely possible. The tech worked approximately 10 minutes passed his scheduled punch-out time and when he finished he handed me the Alignment printout and said "Have a nice day!" in a rather sarcastic voice. This experience is a disgrace to honest legitimate dealers.

I call the dealer where I bought the car in new england , they told me it was to premature for those services , when I took out the air filter it was like brand new , what a rip off company . No hassle done. When in to buy New 2012 Prius V Wagon. Told brian what I wanted. We discussed car color and options. Told him what I had to trade. We can to agreement on trade-in price and I signed for the card. On pickup of car, Brian explained in detail about functions (where, what and how things work) of the car and various warranties. Brian explain and show me how the Navigation, phone, etc systems work. He was more than helpful about all his knowledge of the car.He is "What Makes Things Right". Great Guy.Conrad J Andrzejewski

For the first time in buying a new car, it was a pleasure doing business. The salesperson of Sherrie Fox is to be commended for her professionalism. She was a delight in working with us in finding just what we needed and the right price to fit our budget. I cannot say enough about this lady and would recommend her above any other person to complete your needs so that you would feel completely satisfied when you have finished the deal.

I came to your dealership today to have the tires rotated and fluid levels checked, when the car had 25,000 miles.I walked out with a $162.05 bill after applying a coupon for 10% discount. The service rep recommended replacing the A/C filter, cabin air filter, de-carbon service and fuel injection flush. When I came home, I googled when these services are needed if any. Well, surprise, surprise.Once again I got ripped off by your dealership for something that is certainly not needed at 25,000 miles, if ever.Your dealership continues with poor customer service. I certainly was unhappy before with your service when your mechanic forgot to put the oil plug in at the 10,000 miles service and most of the oil drained out while driving around Venice. Your dealership didn't even bother to apologize, but instead lied about the problem. But I wanted to give your dealership another chance. Well you blew it. I certainly would never recommend your dealership to anyone. I previously bought 2 cars from your dealership, but that is certainly not going to happen again, even though I like the Toyota products.Maybe I should have mentioned that I worked for the biggest Toyota dealership in San Antonio.Maybe your manager would have the guts to call me with an apology and offer me a refund for all these services that I did not need.Sincerely,Henk Jansen

I was shopping for new vehicle and doing so online. I "contacted us" at Cramer Toyota, and was in a very short time contacted by Sue Duffy in sales. We emailed, and, questions, concerns and, pricing were addressed clearly and concisely. I made an appointment with Sue to make deposit for vehicle. On my arrival, I was greeted warmly and friendly at the front door. This is something quite new and refreshing for me. Sue and I sat and discussed vehicle options, needs, wants and requirements. All these issues were professionally cleared up and agreed upon. She told me that new Tacoma truck would be in appx 3-5 weeks. She was able to find the vehicle in question, and, had it delivered to the dealership in less than a week. Ron upstairs in finance, was most helpful in explaing the process and my many options for extended coverages. I was, and still am so very pleased I decided to do business with Cramer Toyota of Venice, and have passed along my easy and most plesant experience to others. Thank all of the staff for me, as this purchase was by far the most stress free, and family oriented new vehicle experience I've ever had. Everyone I have dealt with so far has made me feel welcome as a person, and not just another foot in the door. Thank You All. Eric

I was at the end of my lease on a Toyota Tundra and I approached Cramer Toyota with the intent to purchase an FJ Cruiser or the Matrix S. Upon entering the facility Saturday around noon I was greeted by a very friendly staff and was introduced to Roger Powers and Jason Smith. I worked with these two individuals during the process of purchasing the vehicle and they are the reason for a 5 rating in friendliness. I relayed to them what I was looking for in either of the two vehicles and while Roger assisted in showing me what they had in inventory, Jason was looking at what other Toyota dealerships had in stock. During my experience I did not feel pressured into buying any particular vehicle and between these two individuals they answered all of my questions regarding features, pricing, and turning in the lease. Eventually Jason found the vehicle with most of the luxuries I was looking for (more on this later). Unfortunately the vehicle was located at another facility in a different city and they mentioned it would take some time for the vehicle to arrive. Conveying to them that I needed to have a vehicle by the next day for travel reasons and without even asking, Roger offered to pick the car up for me that night and have it ready for me Sunday morning. While Roger was out picking up the vehicle, Jason discussed all the options for the purchase without any confusing jargon. I also talked to him about my visit to the Toyota website which was my reason for the 4 rating in quality of work. Prior to my visit of the dealership, I previewed vehicle options on the Toyota website where they have this "Build your vehicle" button. I took this to mean exactly that, kind of like Burger King's "Have it your way" slogan. What I didn't realize is that as you select options, the website is checking the inventory of the area to see if the vehicle exists and it allows you to select options which Toyota doesn't necessarily combine in any one vehicle. Because of the website, I entered the dealership with the idea that the vehicle, all options included, could be produced and it just wasn't showing up on the website. The 4 rating is against the Toyota website than Cramer Toyota. I would give the quality of work afforded me by Jason and his team a 5. All the financial and tag paperwork proceeded smoothly, with Jason patiently answering all my questions as the process moved forward. The final price exceeded my expectations, mostly due to the warranty and servicing options. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at Cramer Toyota. I would like to personally thank Roger Powers and Jason Smith again for all the work they put into making my purchase of the Matrix S enjoyable. I would definitely recommend asking for these two individuals if you find yourself at Cramer Toyota. When my lease on my other Toyota is up, I'll know where to go. Thank you.

One week ago, I took delivery of my new 2012 Highlander Limited; this is the 3rd new vehicle that I have purchased from Cramer Toyota of Venice; the second new vehicle in 22 months. This time when purchasing my new vehicle, I did not need to shop other dealerships. I know 1st hand from the exhaustive shopping and price comparison that I had done when purchasing my 2010 Highlander that the best price, the most knowledgeable, friendliest staff and best service was at my local dealership. Additionally I have ALL of my service done at Cramer Toyota. The only time that I did not have my vehicle serviced by the Toyota Service Department, I was told that I needed major repairs to my Toyota. I immediately took my vehicle to Josh Jorge in the Cramer Toyota service department; he looked over the vehicle and assured me that none of the major repairs were needed. 100 thousand miles later when I traded that vehicle, (at Cramer Toyota) I had not had a single one of the repairs made that a less than honest mechanic had tried to scare me into purchasing. This is the service and honestly that I can expect EVERY time I walk through the doors at Cramer ToyotaI continue to return to Cramer Toyota because of their excellent customer service, their honesty, the outstanding service department, and their knowledgeable and friendly staff. I appreciate that the staff at Cramer Toyota are always available to answer any question about my Toyota and do so cheerfully. Simply said, I am treated as a friend, not a customer by this dealership.

We purchased our Camry from Cramer Toyota of Venice this year, and have taken it in for service several times since. Every interaction we have had, from buying the car to taking it in for maintenance, has been excellent. The staff and service is professional, friendly, and organized. The work has always been done on time and if waiting for the car-the lounge area is super nice. Their customer service is great which is a hard thing to come by nowadays. We would definately recommend this dealership.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to have my truck detailed and oil changed and spark plugs changed. I scheduled it for early sat morning, because I work during the week. The whole reason I was going to use this dealer is because of gift card for a detail that I have so I was going to get other things done while I was there. I aranged for someone to bring me to drop my truck off and I drove all the way up there to be told they can't do the detail but would be glad to do the other exspensive work.I even offered to take just a regular old wash and vacuum but they refused? I don't think so, so I brought it to my local more friendly and respective toyota dealer in sarasota!!! THANKS FOR WASTING MY GAS AND SAT!!!!

I had a very bad customer service experience at the Cramer Toyota of Venice on Monday, July 18, 2011. The experience began 2 days earlier when I inquired about a 2011 Toyota Corolla lease. The sales manager, Jason Smith lost credibility at that time when he attempted, in effect, to steal the $500 Bonus Customer Cash offer. He explained that the actual down payment for the vehicle was 2,500, and by using the $500 dollar bonus cash offer the down payment would then be the $1,999 that Toyota advertised. After calling the Toyota Customer Relations Dept., I was notified that that is false information, and not in line with the honesty that Toyota values. Additionally, according to Toyotas own website, I qualified for a $1000 dollar Toyota Graduate Finance Program rebate. I was assured on July 16th that everything was in order, approved and ready to proceed. Salesman Ron requested a $1000 deposit which I reluctantly paid only after he reassured me all the paperwork had been approved, and that I did indeed qualify for all requested incentives. When I attempted to complete the deal on July 18th, 2011, I was suddenly told that I did not qualify for the Graduate Finance Program rebate of $1000, in stark contrast to the information I was provided 2 days earlier. I then requested multiple times that my deposit be returned. Sales manager Jason Smith and finance manager Ron refused to return my deposit, wanting instead to withhold the deposit in hopes that they could convince me to take a deal with higher payments, which I refused. Eventually, after being very adamant about wanting my deposit returned and highly frustrated at this point, your staff returned my deposit. I want you to know I work for one of the largest employers in Sarasota County, and I pledge to speak to friends, family members, and coworkers about the bad experience I had at Cramer Toyota. Because I do know the power of word-of mouth advertising, I will exercise my 1st amendment right and let every person I can know about the bad experience I had at CRAMER TOYOTA. I will look at this as my mission, I will talk to hundreds of people each month, and share my experience.Because these business practices are dishonest, I filed a claim number with Toyota Customer Relations(#1107182125) in order to have these facts documented. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and discovered CRAMER TOYOTA OF VENICE has had many complaints. You can view these yourself by going to the Better Business Bureau Website. Let us together make sure that your business cleans itself up, and begins to operate honestly and legally.Mr. Bond will try to dispute this information as he did with all the other negative complaints on this website, But rest assured, my version is true and correct.

I was referred to Brian Kramer of Kramer Toyta in Venice by a friend and colleague, who had a previous experience with him. I set up an appointment with Brian, and showed up on a Saturday at 11:00. Brian had been with a customer since earlier in the morning and wasn't able to sit with me. Instead of making me wait until he could get freed up, his partner Sherrie sat down with me and we got started. I had narrowed down my search to 2 different models, but was still undecided in which one to choose. Sherrie listened to what I wanted/needed, what price range I had to fit into, and began her search to find me the perfect vehicle. I also ahd a high mileage trade in vehicle that needed some work, but Sherrie was able to get me the right value for it. We test drove a Toyota Tundra work truck edition, and it was exactly what I needed but Kramer did not have 4 X 4 on site, which is a requirement for my job. Sherri did a dealer search, found one at another Florida dealership, and said she could have it delivered to me early next week. She was also able to find me financing within a half hour. I signed on the dotted line. The truck was brought in Monday morning, detailed, and I received a call early Tuesday letting me know it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Tuesday, Brian was waiting for me with all paperwork completed, and ready to go over the features of the vehicle. I sat down with their finance manager, signed where needed and was on my way within an hour. I gave the Chevrolet dealership where I purchased my previous vehicle the first chance at finding me another vehicle. The particular salesman I was dealing with there, tried to sell me what he had on the lot, and not what I was asking for or needed. I had also been to Ford and Dodge, with the same outcome. Because of Brian and Sherri's teamwork, and Sherri listening, they got the sale. I have had my truck for over a week now and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I lived an hour and a half away from this dealer, but it was well worth it. I researched used cars that are capable of four wheels down towing and found a Chevy Cobalt LT on this webpage at Cramer's. The saleman worked with me through several phone calls and requests, I even had him smell the car for me, as I have a newly transplanted lungs and needed a used car with no odors. He actually sat in the car and went through all of the features with me listening to the car. He even crawled under the car for me.Whatever we needed him to do, he was there for us.After we arranged to drive to Venice to close the deal, we found them very fair in negotiations and the car was all that Randy promised. I couldn't be happier.I tell my friends, who know me to be an internet shopper, that I even bought my car through the internet! Their web page is very helpful and they have special sales people to handle internet inquiries. Shopping for cars has never been easier. I was looking for a specific used car. I wanted a Corolla with low milage less than 5 yrs old in good condition. My salesman Evan Lampos was extremely helpful and surprisingly HONEST with me about everything. I returned 3 times to the dealership looking for the perfect car. I finally settled on a honda civic and came in the day after Thanksgiving to purchase the car and there was a man putting his stuff in the trunk. Evan informed me the civic was sold but he had a car that was just traded in and he knew it was the car for me. There it was a 2009 Corolla, only 16,000 miles, looked like new. I said the only thing missing is the spoiler I love. He said don't worry we can get one put on there for you. We worked out a good deal and I was thrilled with my nearly new corolla! We were a bit frustrated with other local dealers who wouldn't put a quote in writing for us and, in their inadequate responses, were slow in getting back to us. We contacted Cramer via the internet and received an immediate response that day, even though it was a Sunday. That was followed by several communications over the following few days, culminating in the requested written quote and the subsequent sale soon thereafter. All the while, the our sales rep was extremely courteous and cognisant of our priorities and needs. Furthermore, he was open and honest and did not try to pressure us to make the sale before the end of the month, as did other dealerships, who even stretched the truth to achieve that end. We would gladly recommend Cramer Toyota to anyone seeking a car!!

With a silent sale on Christmas, my wife and I had the opportunity to visit the dealership with no personnel present. We had a very good idea of the Venza that we wanted to buy. We located just the one we liked in the very back of the lot, sort of hidden? Maybe not. Anyway, we called early Sunday morning and asked to speak to Brian Kramer who had sold me a very special new 2007 Avalon limited on the internet . Our dilemma was we had two vehicles to trade in and did not know how to proceed. Brian was very helpful with all the paperwork and negotiated fairly with my wife and I. We love our new Venza that has the options we wanted. It did not have all the glass top and navigation options which we did not want. Maybe those are useful up north, but we have plenty of sunshine in Florida and if you go too far and reach the ocean, just turn around and retrace your route. By the way, I won't be trading in my Avalon as it is one of a very few with the options I have on it. I just love it. I'm sure my wife will love her Venza and the dealership in three years as much as I do my Avalon.

Bob and the rest of the sales team made it exceptionally easy to buy the used car we needed at a very fair price. The 2005 Town & County we bought had all the options on our wish list, yet we were able to stay within our budget of $9,000. Bob even knocked a few dollars off the already low Internet price, without us even asking. Overall, a great car buying experience.

Cramer Toyota is the best car dealership I have ever done business with. Everyone there is so nice, SO NOT the stereotypical sell-sell-sell pressure you think of when you think of car dealers. I did a lot of research online before deciding on a Toyota Yaris, and was able to get a lot of information about the car from Sherrie Fox, one of the Internet Dealers they have there at Cramer Toyota. She always emailed me back right away (and I sent her quite a few emails!) and quoted me a great price, before I ever set foot in the dealership. When I actually went in, Sherrie was great and so was everyone else. No one made me feel bad about my less than perfect credit - they were very casual about it and told me my options. Usually in similar situations, you are made to feel like a bug under foot for having bad credit, but these guys were all awesome. I am really glad I did my research online first, so I didn't have to "dealer-hop". Cramer Toyota is the best!

We have purchased two Toyotas from Cramer Toyota and have had excellent interaction with their staff and especially Roger Powers, whom we were fortunate enough to have as our salesman. He is the epitomy of what a car salesman should be. He is honest and knowledgeable, keeps in contact with us after our purchase and is always available if we have questions. He has made us feel extremely comfortable when deciding on our vehicle, never pressuring us and always giving my husband and me space to talk privately with each other. This is all very important to us and when we went back to Cramer Toyota to purchase our second vehicle, we asked for Roger and if he hadn't been there we would have returned on another day when he would be there. The people at Cramer Toyota worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted at a very acceptable price and everyone we dealt with during the financing was friendly and open and we felt very much at ease with all of them.We bring our vehicle to Cramer Toyota for service and have always been very satisfied. Someone will always come and talk to us about what was done and the low wait time shows us that Cramer Toyota cares for their customers and values their customers' time. We were in an accident, had our vehicle towed to Cramer where it was repaired in record time and they took all the burden of arranging for a rental vehicle off us, at a time when we were definitely stressed. The staff was kind, sympathetic and helpful during a time when we needed that.My husband and I wouldn't even consider going to any other dealership. Cramer Toyota and Roger Powers is the best there is, and this is why we have given this review.

We were in the market for a new car and had checked out a few dealerships in the area. Being most comfortable with Crystal's presentation, accommodation and kind demeanor, we bought from her the next day. After a little negotiation over price we were able to come to a favorable conclusion, driving the new car off the lot with big smiles all around. Both Crystal and Jodee were stellar!!!!! The whole transaction far exceeded our expectations! The incredible need to take a shower after leaving most dealerships is NOT present at Cramer Toyota of Venice! :) Everyone made sure that the what, when and how met OUR specifications. They even expedited delivery the next day from another location to facilitate our wishes... No pressure and no need to make any rash decisions with these pros! This dealership is definitely one that we do recommend and will purchase from in the future. The gathering for new customers to get to know management, sales, and service was also a really nice touch.

Sherie Fox made our buying experience a pleasure. She is totally professional: intelligent, informed, honest, helpful, efficient, and friendly. We went to Cramer after having been at another Toyota dealer in the area. The contrast in how we were treated was dramatic. We are glad we went to Cramer. We would go again if we needed another car.

Excellent sales and support. Sherrie made the buying experience very pleasant. She went out of her way to go over all of the features of our new Venza and even programed in our cell phones and garage codes. I would definetely reccommend Cramer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My previous experience with this dealership was not pleasant several years ago. Let's just say is was more like your stereotypical car dealer - very pushy. Needless to say I walked out as I did not appreciate being pushed. I know what I want to spend and a dealer can either work with in that or they can't. My husband has always appreciated the Toyota brand as it was his chosen brand in his youth. I had my reservations when he pulled in to Cramer expecting the same style of sales that I had experienced previously. Let me tell you things have changed! We were in the market for a car for our daughter and pulled up to the used car area. We were greeted by Allen a very pleasant gentleman with a calm demeanor - if you knew my husband you would understand how important this is to our whole sales experience. My husband is a tough cookie. Allen was not pushy at all. He appeared to be very straight forward and honest - he either could accept our offer or he couldn't. He was also very patient as we discussed almost all of the previously owned vehicles and then moved over to look at the new models. Though we did not purchase a car on that day, we did return the next day this time with our daughter. Again Allen was very patient with our 18 year old which if you have teenagers you know how indecisive they can be! He made us feel like he had all the time in the world and was our personal salesman. He didn't appear worried about any other customers on the lot and/or what sales he might be missing out on by being with us. He also has a fabulous sense of humor another plus with my crazy family! All in all because of how we were treated on the previous day by Allen we came back and purchased my daughter's first brand new car!Mike the manager was also great. He wasn't overpowering or your typical "I've got to take this offer to the boss" cheesy guy. He was straight up and straight forward.Ron in finance was also wonderful. We were paying for the car in full and did not require fianancing; however, he explained all of our options with additional warranty programs. I even bought a package for my own car! He made us feel right at home and very comfortable.Going foward, I would definitely recommend Cramer Toyota to my friends and family members to actually anyone who asks! The folks there handled us professionally and with grace. Thank-you, for making this purchase and extremely pleasant one for my entire family. While my daughter drove home in her new Toyota she commented that Allen was "Really Cool".

We have bought over forty new cars between the two of us in the last fifty years. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not only was the price acceptable but Brian Kramer also obtained the color and options that we were looking for. All other dealers that we went to were not as co-operative or helpful. He spent two hours with us on the day of delivery explaining the features of the car and told us to not hesitate to call him should we have any problems whatsoever. We have never, ever had service such as this before. If all your other sales people are as good as Brian you have an outstanding dealership. I am sure this is so. Communication and follow-up is excellent. Although it's a 30 mile trip for us, we plan to have our service performed at Cramer of Venice.

I am extremely pleased with both the service and the deal I received. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a brand new vehicle and not only did they stick by the price I was quoted they went out of their way to make sure the car I purchased was exactly perfect. When we went for a test drive Crystal was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She went over all the features and warranty information so I could be sure it was a safe and reliable purchase. I am a repeat customer at Cramer Toyota and plan to return again for my next purchase.Needless to say the surprise was a big hit!!!Sincerely,Anne M. Cicchetto

I contacted 6 dealers via the Internet. Although others purported to have Internet Sales Specialists, Cramer was the only one that had a person devoted to that function. Sherrie respected my wishes not to receive calls until I called to close. Super!

Salesman Brian Kramer was forthright, helpful and cooperative in the new car sales process. His knowledge of the car, financing and application to my particular situation was extraordinary and I would definitely recommend him to friends. After contacting two other dealerships and being disappointed, Brian was refreshing to do business with and made the buying experience a pleasure.

Our trip to Cramer Toyota of Venice was well worth it. We were welcomed by professional greeters and made to feel our time was valued. The showroom was impressive and clean. Our salesman's sense of humor and ability to make us feel at ease was a nice change of pace from other dealerships. I would strongly reccomend the trip down south to any of my friends intersted in a car.LOVE MY FJ!!!

This is the 2nd Highlander I've bought from Cramer Toyota and Brian Kramer. Both times I was treated with the greatest amount of courtesy and professionalism. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Follow up has also been terrific. I love the new Highlander and I highly recommend Cramer.

We called the dealership in response to a vehicle listing on Toyota's certified pre-owned vehicles website. There was a 2006 RAV4 that had a good price. I called spoke with Reginald who was very helpful and prompt in returning phone calls. He was also willing to negotiate a more favorable price. Since we drove 70+ miles from the Northern part of Tampa FL. this was after calling and speaking with several other dealerships who were not as friendly or accommodating. I spoke with Reginald on a Friday and drove down and purchased the vehicle the next morning and traded my other vehicle in which I felt that I received a fair price for. Overall it was a good experience with very little pressure placed on us by Reginald, I would recommend Reginald and this dealership to any of my friends or patients. The only foolish thing I did was leave my garage door opener on my trade in car. I am just waiting for him to mail the clicker back to me. From,Happy new owner of a RAV4

I purchased a 2003 Lexus from your dealership earlier this month. I live in Charleston, SC. I worked with Fran Slump. I bought the car without ever sitting in the car. I had asked Fran if she could leave the car at the airport for my son to pickup since his arrival time was almost midnight. Fran was outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! Her description of the car accurate. Her customer service was exceptional. She answered all my questions and I can honestly say, this was the best experience in purchasing an automobile I have ever encountered. I have purchased 21 vehicles from dealerships, so my statement does come with some experience. An outstanding employee who is honest and puts the customer first, you should be very proud of Fran, she was a pleasure to work with Rusty BrunsCharleston Southern UniversityChief Information Officer

Honestly, I should tell you that this is not my first time buying a car but this is the most lousy one I've ever had. The dealer was really nice but the manager, Jason something was so mean. We came there and didn't get the price we wanted, and then we called him on the next day, he agreed to sell a Corolla for 15,500 on the phone but when we came to pick up the car he denied it.I wouldn't buy that car if I didn't need it so fast and my uncle was so tired driving me around. Last but not least, after we negotiated our out of door price, he let the dealer talked to us and wanted us to pay also $200 for the license's plate. Maybe your manager didn't know what's the definition of out-of-door price! I talked to the dealer and he agreed. I have no idea. I had my car for a month now and everytime I think about it, I still get so mad. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone that I know. I have too much trouble with it already.

This rating is given for several reasons. But the most important one happened a couple of years ago, and I never stopped regretting that I did not report this to the dealship when it happened. I had ordered a door handle for the drivers side of my car. I spoke to a service representative named Derek. He said to ask for him when I came into the shop. I asked for a quote to install it. He told me 30.00 plus the price for the part. When I got there he told me that it would cost around 100.00. He said that i must have misunderstood him on the phone. I was quite upset. A bit later he came back and told me that he could do it for less, but I would have to SLIP the money to the mechanic. The amount was 40.00. The bill showed just the cost of the part. So he saved me 30.00. I think the part was 30.00. I later traded the car. I swore I would never buy there again. But a good deal came along, and a friend talked me into buying a 2009 Toyota Corolla. the price was pretty good at the time. I have had a nerve racking sound in that glove box ever since I got the car. When trying to get it fixed...a service man was very rude to me, on 2 occasions He said someone would have to take a ride with a me in the car. He could then hear the noise. of course it didn't do it then. Normally almost non stop until then. The next time that I could take it no longer the exact thing happened to me. I said just fix it, I am not going for a ride. He got very nasty with me. I was getting an oil change at the time. I was angry but left the car. When I got back he did say that they put insullation or something in there. It didn't work though. The next time I came in for the brake and accellerator fix. I finally got a real nice woman.I told her to please have them look at it again. She said of course. It worked for a couple of months and now it is making the noise again. I am coming in for an oil change today, I will attempt this again. It is really an irritating sound, and I fear it will never be fixed. I often regret that I ever bought the car from Cramer Toyota.

My car broke down during weekend out of town. They fixed it within an hour and handled the bill with my extended warranty provider. Moreover, they proactively took care of a recall item I haven't even been notified of. These guys rock, are fair and friendly. They definitely exceeded my expectations!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Jerry McArdle is a breath of fresh air when it comes to car salesmen. He was professional, respectful, knowledgable and patient. The first time I went to drive two cars I was not ready to buy.The following week the dealership followed up and wanted to know about my experience. They want to know what they can do better. I spoke to Jerry and arranged to come in and drive the car I was interested in, and negotiate a deal. The general manager, Phil, was involved in the negotiations and we were able to reach a price that made both of us happy. The other dealerships I visited, emailed and spoke to were for the most part dishonest, condescending, pushy and evasive. You ask them a question and they try to distract you with another question, or they answer in an incredulous manner that says "how dare you ask us that". If you don't want to play these games and be kept waiting for hours while they try to play mind games and wear you down into buying what they want you to buy, and for the price they want, go to Cramer Toyota and ask for Jerry McArdle. It made a difficult and sometimes stressful decision very pleasant!

I gave this dealer a $1,000 deposit for a (Beige) Highlander which was supposed to be in wihthin two weeks. When the vehicle arrived the color was not beige, but gold. I told the salesman that I was not pleased with this color and his reply was, I had to change my order and went to a lot of trouble to get you this vehicle, It has what you wanted inside, and you can't see the outside while you are driving. From that point they were very unfriendly and uncoperative. No one contacted us for 3 days. They are now refusing to refund our deposit.
