I worked with Ralph for the sale and Eli for financing. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and amazing at their jobs. I called on a car I liked and Ralph took a deposit but said if I didn’t like it it would be refunded. I was nervous but did this. I arrived later that afternoon to find two other people had inquired about the vehicle (the price has been significantly dropped) but it was ready for me. I test drove, signed my paperwork and was out in an hour and a half. Ralph asked if I needed my car delivered since I had driven to the dealership by myself. I’m telling you, they are so helpful with EVERYTHING. Even Eli in financing was awesome. Usually those guys try to sell you everything under the sun (warranties, extras, etc.) but Eli actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t push (I only ever get GAP insurance). I took my time and looked over the paperwork and he was fantastic at explaining everything and didn’t mind a bit that I read through it all. So long story long, when we need another vehicle Venice Toyota is where we will be going!!!

These guys were amazing. Tom was a great salesperson. He really helped me. The finance guy, sorry can't remember his name, was just as amazing. In and out no pain. No pressure sales. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. Highly highly recommend.

Our salesman Scott Foster was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking at. Scott explained and showed us every feature and how it worked including the road test. He took the time to set up the vehicle with my cell phone and made sure we were happy with everything before we left with our new vehicle. Scott got us into the price range I was looking for and made the whole buying experience awesome. Chris in finance was fantastic in getting us to the monthly payment and interest rate we were looking for. I would highly recommend Venice Toyota if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Got my vehicle in and out with regularly scheduled service in appropriate period of time. Service advisor advised me of other maintenance items items my truck “might” need but was semi-understanding when I declined it due to the fact that it wasn’t in my maintenance book. Still tried to sell me even more unnecessary services including fuel injection cleaning, air induction system cleaning, brake flush, and rear differential oil replacement despite the fact that I do not use the truck for towing, am not driving on dirt roads, etc. I took it to Venice Toyota because they sent a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for a lower cost than I could it myself, but don’t appreciate the sales push for these services that are not called for in the maintenance book at my current mileage.

Hi to everyone reading this. Monday my '99 Corolla was finished due to my not taking it in to the dealership for repairs. I called Venice Toyota Tues Eve and had a welcoming agt answer. Wednesday I was welcomed and not by over zealous sales people. Very laid back. Professional and human. Within minutes a Corolla was brought to me and was shown what I wanted to know. The sales rep Jason, the acct Chris and another man Ryan who stayed with me were the best. Few questions , minimal paperwork, they helped me with the sale that I didn't think would happen. Ninety minutes later I drove out in a beautiful new Toyota Corolla. It was easy. I've never had an experience like this. Highly recommended.
