I worked 30 years in customer service and it seems many places fall short. But when you notice outstanding, I have to mention it. I have been here 5 minutes and 4 good mornings. Offered coffee and the television to be on. The polite atmosphere is refreshing.

Bought my truck here about 2 weeks ago!! Experience was above and beyond!! They had tons of offers for my truck and they held it just for me since I was the first in line to contact them about it. The only complaint I had was they didn't budge on the price but other than that no complaints!! Thank you so much!! I'm a happy first truck owner!!!

The team at Vern Laure’s Auto Center is second to none. We had the best experience here and will no doubt buy all future vehicles here. The pricing was great and the salesman do not pressure you here. Our salesman, Donald, was terrific. He was polite, prompt, and very personable. I cannot express how great the customer service is here. We had an opportunity to meet one of the owners and just like everyone else, he was an absolute pleasure to interact with. If I could give this dealer more than 5 stars, I would. If you are in the market for a vehicle definitely give Vern Laures Auto Center a look.

My wife and I have bought three vehicles in our lives, and each time we started the search at Vern Laures, and didn't need to go any farther than that. The staff here work hard to find the vehicle that you're looking for and are extremely fair in their pricing. We've felt that they genuinely look out for our pocketbook as well, while we're looking for vehicle. They are straight-forward about what they have, and what they can get. If something needs to be taken care of they have been more than willing to do just that! Many places are sales and service. At Vern Laures, we truly feel that service comes before sales. It really can't get any better then this. Vern Laures is a family owned business that really knows how to take care of their customers. We have bought new and used cars and truck here and their service is top notch. No need to worry if you are getting the best deal, they are honest and fair. We travel a lot, yet try to wait to have our cars serviced and repaired at Vern Laures. They have the best prices by far. Plus their staff is the best!
