Heard about a special order GT350 they have been sitting on for a while drove 3 hours just to come look. Have been wanting one for months it was on sale and everything super interested but NOT A DAMN SOUL came out to assist us... Nobody we even waited in the front for over a hour. I came with 100% intent to purchase but with that kind of service i will not spend my money or time their every again. I would give my opinion to not go to this dealership. Sorry not sorry. But non of the salesman deserve any commission on that 60+ thousand dollar sale.

Sales man Morgan and sales manager Ralph put a new definition on what customer service looks like. Take for example a shortchanging and demanding salesman. Terrible experience.. Do not recommend

I know this is an old issue but, this is the worst place to ever buy a truck. I bought a 2006 F350 with only 49,000 miles on it I asked if there was any rust on the truck and they told me that it had very little, but when I got the truck delivered to me I looked over the truck and found out that the bed was rusted out, you know it is bad when the dealership that I had do some work on it say that they wouldn't even put it on there lot to sell because it was so bad. When I seen that it had so much rust I tried to contact the dealership and they said that they sold the truck as is, that might be true but they never said that it was that bad on rust and for that I will never trust that company again. I have pictures to prove it.

Straight up pond scum. They gave the finance company the wrong information. After I told them repeatedly I didn't receive mail at my house. So I was late on first payment. Called and talked to sales manager about it and his response was "nothing I can do about it". They also don't properly equip trucks anymore. They want to put their substandard hitch and bedliners in, rather than from factory. Been a loyal customer for awhile now, but never again.
