the previous review is not true, the customer made a ridiculous offerand was mad that we would not accept it. we sell cars out of state allthe time and never have a problem.

After finding what I thought was a good quality used Mercedes S-500 from this dealer, I made contact with them through the features of CarGurus where they had it listed.Through this site I was able to find their private web pages and used their in-house feature: Make an Offer. Using this feature and CarGurus price recommendations, I duly made what I considered to be a realistic, serious offer. Boy, was I shocked when I was told by their Sales Manager that I wasn't going to buy the car from them so he wasn't going to waste his time answering my questions or make me a counter offer.Whether this Sales Manager has had bad experience from buyers from out of State or not, this type of branding of individuals based on geographic location is absurd. I cannot think of any other reason why he would be so disrespectful.Perhaps I'm the lucky person here as I just cannot imaging him going beyond anything in customer satisfaction if we could have agreed on price.If you're out of town, don't waste your time with this auto-reseller, regardless of how good the vehicle you seek may appear. You're just not going to get the sales experience you deserve. There are so many other more reputable companies available to choose from in our great country you buy from these people at your own peril.

another summer another convertible top repair needed for 3 straight years what a joke and when they fix it it breaks down again and they overcharge have over 2k invested in the top

I found my car on Cars.com and luckily it was close by at Vertucci Automotive. I have a challenging credit situation and was told upfront that they'd do their best to find a loan. I gave my info and in 1 day had my loan, knew my monthly payments, interest rate etc! I'd given the same info to another dealership who first wanted me to come in with a heavy deposit to START searching for a loan. No Thanks. I was later told, at first the bank declined my application, but thanks to a personal phone call from Arnie to the bank, they took a second look at my info and decided to give me the chance I've needed to begin rebuilding credit! I can't thank Arnie enough! PS. I love my GTI!

I recently bought car for this dealer all was well for 1 day then the engine light started going on while the engine light was on the car was shacking when going past 60 miles an hour...so I luckily had warranty with Mercedes Benz...all was fixed except the wheels because when I bought the car the wheels were a pretty much bent...called the this dealer told them what the problem was even brought the paper in the said they would call me in a couple of days no call for a week i called them again they said bring the car back in for servicing so i brought the car back in apparently they were getting a wheel specialist to fix the wheels...called me the next day the car was all ready to go I took the car off the lot still the same issue if not worse...wheels were never rotated or balanced where my steering wheel shakes now which it didnt do when I bought the car...so with that said I have to bring the car to my local dealer that I trust to get all this fixed where I have to pay out of pocket to get all this fixed because Mercedes does not cover this...Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Vertucci Automotive is a throw back to another era. Pleasant, helpful, honest, and fair are the words that come to mind. I received good value for my trade and purchase. Checking the vehicle before releasing it, they found a minor oil leak. How many smaller operations would have just let us take it. Joe Vertucci repaired it and that's what good service is all about.

Very reliable and quality service at a reasonable price. They do not over sell. I have an older BMW that needs maintenance on a regular basis and Joe advises me what is important and what can be delayed to a future visit. The staff is very helpful.

I purchased a nice Mercedes C-class from Vertucci's. They could not have made the process more efficient and easy. My first one was bought via a dealer and the cost to maintain was far too expensive to justify. Vertucci's took care of that one too and the cost of repairs is much more reasonable and fair. I would not take my car anywhere else. I can even make get a repair scheduled online. Bottom line, Vertucci's is a great alternative to the high-priced dealers. No need to ever go back! I got to Vertucci's via a referral from two friends. It was a great move.
